adidas ZX Flux Red Space
By SoleInsider
The adidas ZX Flux goes into the great beyond with this latest space-themed graphic upper. Straying from the usual “galaxy” motif, this time the space scene goes all red for a trippy new take on the celestial theme. All the elements from the laces to the outsole also come in the vibrant shade of red, making for a sneaker that seems to blend the “Red October” and “Galaxy” trends into one. Find the “Red Space” ZX Flux arriving now at select adidas Originals retailers globally.
The Tubular Radial takes on a low-top appearance making it somewhat similar in appearance to the Yeezy Boost 350 with the exclusion of Primeknit. This particular colorway that you see above comes with a heathered textile upper very similar to what we saw with the KITH x adidas Tubular Doom. The Three Stripes cages on the side panels are made out of neoprene while suede can be found on the toe and heel.
This Fleece Grey colorway of the adidas Tubular Radial is beginning to pop up at select retailers now making them perfect for the end of Winter or even the Spring due to how light and comfortable they are.
The Nike tech fleece inspiration is very noticeable on this pair of Tubular Radials but it’s a good look for the shoe. I like the fact that adidas decided to give us another Tubular model in low-top form.
adidas Accidentally Sends Out Tweet Stating That The Yeezy Boost 350 Will Be Releasing On Saturday
By SoleInsider
The Pirate Black adidas Yeezy Boost 350 restocked all around the world today and many people got their hands on a pair while many people also missed out. But something interesting happened today at at 4:00 pm EST as adidas sent out a tweet that stated that there would be another release tomorrow, February 20th. You can see a screen shot of the tweet above. However, adidas deleted it soon after and as far as we know there is no plans for a Yeezy Boost 350 release tomorrow.
Guess someone slipped up and sent out an accidental tweet. It happens, I guess.
Back in December of last year, we gave you a first look at the adidas Spezial draped in a Primeknit upper. Today we get a closer look at the shoe, which also happens to include some on-feet shots of the aforementioned model.
The classic look of the upper on the Spezial gets a modern upgrade by utilizing a Primeknit construction to take care of the entire base of the shoe. This particular colorway comes in a tonal blue offering in which several shades of blue come together to form the accents, branding and everything else on the upper. The shoe also comes with a sock-like bootie construction to give it a nice sleek look. Keeping some of its original aesthetics, the Spezial will still come with a gum bottom sole, giving the shoe some nice overall contrast. Said to be dropping at international retailers beginning today, it’s only a matter of time before we see these stateside. Thoughts on the adidas Spezial Primeknit? Let us know in the comments below.
The Primeknit suits the model rather nicely, and the decision to keep the gum bottom sole unit surprisingly works well with the modern construction up top.

Federal Judge Demands That Skechers Stop Selling Sneakers That Look Like The adidas Stan Smith
By SoleInsider
Way back in September of last year we let you know adidas was suing Skechers for ripping off their classic Stan Smith design. More than 5 months later, a decision by the federal judge has finally been made.
For quite some time now, Skechers has been knowingly ripping off several different adidas models and calling them their own. They’ve managed to do this by mimicking the majority of the shoe and only slightly altering parts of it in an attempt to get away with it. Not anymore. Take for example the Skechers Onix you see above. When you put it side by side with the adidas Stan Smith, the resemblance in uncanny, colorway and all. For obvious reasons, an Oregon judge has ordered Skechers to stop selling the shoe since he couldn’t even tell them apart. Was this the right move? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

By SoleInsider
adidas keeps blessing a handful of their models with Primeknit upper, the latest model to get the upgrade is none other than the already modern looking adidas ZX Flux ADV ASYM. Coming in a black and hot pink colorway, there’s no doubt this will be one of the more popular offerings.
The shoe comes in a black Primeknit upper that is then offset by the Hot Pink placed on the underlay of the black Primeknit layer. Extra features on the shoe include the clear translucent heel cage, the all-white midsole and black outsole and the hot pink adidas trefoil branding hits on the tongue. Rounfing out the look is the striped heel pull tab and the tonal black laces. Said to now be arriving internationally, it’s only a matter of time before these drop stateside.
