The original Air Jordan I sneaker, produced for Jordan in 1984, were released to the public in 1985. The shoes were designed for Nike by Peter Moore, Tinker Hatfield, and Bruce Kilgore.

Jordan Brand continues to celebrate Carmelo Anthony’s 15th season as they have decided to release the Air Jordan 2 Melo.

Originally a PE colorway that was worn by Anthony during his rookie season with the Nuggets in 2003, this Air Jordan 2 pays tribute to Melo’s time in Denver and features the team’s colors all throughout which include White, Varsity Maize, and University Blue. Added details include Melo branding on the sockliner and inner tongue finish it off.

The lifestyle sneaker is basically covered in white for its perforated mesh upper, followed by elephant print overlays on the toe and heel, then fire red accents throughout. The Air Jordan 11 Cap and Gown (Prom Night) was a design that was only seen part of the Air Jordan Blackout collection in 2011. This year, the all-black sneaker is releasing to the public, and in a premium update with a nubuck upper instead of ballistic mesh, and its traditional patent leather high cut overlays make it resemble OG iterations. Finally, a blue tint translucent outsole completes the design altogether.
