We previewed a handful of new upcoming colorways of the adidas EQT Support ADV Cool. It was reported that many of the new colorways would be dropping this month. Just recently we found out that the adidas EQT Support ADV Cool Grey is already arriving at select international retailers. Today we take another look at the shoe.

This version of the adidas EQT Support ADV comes constructed out of a suede, mesh and synthetic upper predominantly done in a Cool Grey color scheme. Notable features on the shoe include the Three Stripes branding placed on the side panels and of course, the signature translucent cage  reinforcing the rear portion of the shoe. The sole comes in a clean White rubber fashion that not only provided nice contrast, but comfort as well. Already available internationally, we hope these land stateside any day now.

Earlier in the week we gave you a first look at a new colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost that featured a new design/pattern placed on the Primeknit upper.

It turns out that this may be the next Chinese New Year colorway of the Ultra Boost. Completely differentiating itself from the CNY pair that released earlier this year, this Ultra Boost features a black and red Primeknit upper with a special circular Chinese New Year logo on the tongue. A white Boost midsole and black rubber outsole complete the look on this Ultra Boost.

There is no release date yet, but the shoe may be releasing in early 2017. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.

The new pattern on the Primeknit looks pretty dope. These will most likely be limited though so my chances at getting a pair will be limited. I look forward to seeing more pictures.

That’s about to change this fall, as the revamped Gazelle designed to its early 1990s specifications arrives in this stealthy all-black leather look. Ranked number 10 in the nation, the Louisville Cardinals is currently facing the Florida State Gators (ranked number 2) for College Game Day.

To support the Louisville Cardinals football team, a special variation of the adidas Ultra Boost is revealed and somewhat similar to the previously released Multicolor 2.0 version this past July. Unlike that aforementioned pair, this iteration flaunts a clean white profile with the only notable contrasting element directed at the heel cage in red to perfectly coordinate with the team’s signature color.

Last offered in all-black, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350-inspired ZX Flux ADV X is revealed in another tonal finish, this time consisting of Olive Cargo.

Perfectly suiting the Fall/Winter season, the defining hue essentially covers the sneaker’s entire profile. Breathable mesh is utilized for its upper, while suede accents adorn the heel patch and pull tab, along with a synthetic heel cage. All adhered atop a full-length rubber sole unit, the aesthetic is topped off with rope laces as a tribute to the Yeezys.

No football cleat in the history of cleats has gotten the type of buzz that they adidas Yeezy Cleats have gotten over the last week. Adidas created the adidas Yeezy 750 and Yeezy 350 Cleats in the OG Grey and Turtle Dove colorways and had adidas-sponsored NFL players Von Miller, Adrian Peterson, and Deandre Hopkins debut them on the field last week. Adidas even released the 350s to the public yesterday.

But not everyone is a fan of the Yeezy cleats. It’s being reported by ESPN that the NFL has banned the adidas Yeezy 350 Cleat and also fined Deandre Hopkins $6,00 for wearing them during a game last week. The cleats don’t fall in line with the NFL’s uniform policy which states that all cleats must have a solid base color unless pre-approved.

When Hopkins was asked if he would continue to wear the cleats and take the fine, he said not unless Kanye West was willing to pay for the fines himself. This “banning” of the Yeezy cleats could be a big opportunity for adidas as they can take a similar approach as Nike when the NBA banned the Air Jordan 1 Bred back in 1985. We’ll see how adidas decides to play this out.

Tomorrow we’ll be seeing three new NMDs make their way to retailers, all with colored Boost midsoles. But with Fall and Winter approaching, will everyone still be able to wear their NMDs?

Probably not, unless you want to run the risk of messing them up. This is why adidas has created the all-new adidas NMD Trail. This new version of the popular runner feature a new look that is better suited for the colder times of the year. Seen above in two colorways of black and blue, the NMD Trail features a nylon upper for comfort. Other details include EVA inserts on the midsole, a white Boost midsole, and a new trail outsole that has ridges on it.
