Who Picked Up A Pair Of The Air Jordan 11 Low Metallic Gold

Air Jordan 11 Low 1 Air Jordan 11 Low 2 Air Jordan 11 Low 3 Air Jordan 11 Low 4

The highly anticipated Air Jordan 11 Low Metallic Gold finally released this morning. Many people were looking forward to this release for the simple fact that it was a Air Jordan with hits of Gold. The fact that it was an Air Jordan 11 made it even more desired. One quick look at all the major retailers online, and it appears as if most sizes ended up selling out. Did you manage to pick up a pair? For those who did, were you satisfied with the quality of the shoe. The reason I ask is because we recently did a KoF Live Unboxing of the shoe and it appears as if some pairs came with a minor defect on them. The video shows that brand new pairs already come with creases on the Metallic Gold toe portion of the shoe. Did yours come with those same creases, or were you in the clear? Overall, what did you think about the shoe? Let us know in the comments below.

I was on the fence regarding this shoe until the very last minute. I decided not to pick up a pair in hoped of doubling up on the upcoming Bred 1s.

A Glimpse Of The Forthcoming Air Jordan 4 Motorsport

Air Jordan 4 Air Jordan 4 1

While we previously reported that the Air Jordan 4 Motorsport will finally be offered to the general public sometime during Spring 2017, a sneak peek of the purported pair has now surfaced online.

Simply one of the most coveted variations of the silhouette, the model is essentially an alternate variation of the AJ 4 Mars that debuted back in 2006. Royal blue accents are prominent across the sneaker’s profile, which essentially commemorates MJ’s Motorsports team.

With black and white rounding out its entire palette, stay tuned to KicksOnFire for more detailed images and its full reveal once it arises.

The Air Jordan 12 Black Nylon Drops In Two Weeks

The next variation of the Air Jordan 12 with a nylon/neoprene upper is set to debut soon, as another look of the model is featured.

Unlike the sneaker’s traditional construction, this particular pair is highlighted by its water-resistant build, which also promotes a durable and lighter feel. Dipped in black, its usual leather element is still placed on the forefoot and lateral portion, while hints of red are adorn the signature Jumpman branding across its tongue. Finally, a clean white rubber sole unit finishes off its stealthy makeup.

Priced at $190, you can buy this pair at select Nike and JB retailers starting September 10th.

Author’s Take

Like I shared before, it?ll be interesting to see how this model does. This variation looks really solid. I always wondered if the brand would explore new materials and apply it on classics just to see how it would be received. For example, the utilization of flyknit or engineered mesh as well.

Official imagery of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Bred in grade school sizing is now featured, as the model is set to make its debut at retailers next weekend.

Interestingly, compared to its adult counterpart, this particular pair inherits a slight different makeup, as it flaunts a smoother leather build unlike the more textured and premium variation of the aforementioned pair. Overall, black and red drapes its entire upper, which is further detailed with the classic ?Nike Air? branding on the tongue and iconic wings logo across its ankles.

All adhered atop a clean white midsole unit and red outsole — adult sizes will retail for $160 and GS sizes are listed at $120. Find it at select Nike and JB stockists on September 3.

Even though the 31st Olympiad has already passed, this particular variation of the Air Jordan 5 is suggested to celebrate the recent 2016 Summer Games which were held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Inspired by the celebratory medals given in award ceremonies, in particular, third place, the bronze element is essentially focalized across its tongue and the signature shark teeth component on its midsole. Composed of leather and synthetics across with a slight sheen for additional flair, the silhouette is rounded out with a white midsole unit and translucent icy blue outsole.

Retailing for $190, you can purchase a pair at select JB and Nike retailers starting Saturday, September 24th.

The Next Air Jordan 4 Premium Release Is In Three Weeks

Another Air Jordan 4 Premium is headed to retailers in the near future, with this luxurious quilted Obsidian leather colorway slated to release on September 17th for $400 USD. Jordan Brand’s been a bit experimental with this retro silhouette lately, as lifestyle intentions have brought both Pony Hair and Snakeskin accents to one of the most ubiquitous Jordan Brand archival models.

The Air Jordan 4 Premium benefits from detailed quilted perforations throughout while a remastered Obsidian leather adds a luxurious monochromatic finish throughout. A white midsole and outsole combination keeps things relatively simple on this pair while metallic copper accents to the heel construction and lace eyelets. What do you think about September 17th’s Jordan 4 Premium “Obsidian” release? Jordan Brand And Russell Westbrooks New Ad May Be A Shot At Kevin Durant

“Some run, some make runways.” That’s the tagline for Jordan Brand’s latest Air Jordan 31 video spot featuring Russell Westbrook, a nice homage to the history of Jordan Brand’s ongoing theme of flight for the upcoming “Banned” colorway of the latest signature Jordan model. But is it a not-so-subtle jab at Kevin Durant?

The video features a runway with Russell Westbrook preparing for liftoff, and once he starts soaring through the air a voiceover narrates the quote. We can’t wait for that fateful day on February 11th when KD returns to Oklahoma City. Having Jordan Brand potentially add fuel to the fire is just an added bonus. Check out the full video below.

Unveiled earlier this week, we now get our first good look at the upcoming Air Jordan 5 GS that seems to be inspired by the retro colors of the Toronto Raptors.

Covered in a Black nubuck all throughout the upper, this Air Jordan 5 for the smaller footed crowd is then complemented by hits of bright red on the Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel, as well as on the shark teeth on the midsole. Purple is then seen on the midsole as well as on the inner liner. A black tongue and an icy blue outsole finish off the look on this Air Jordan 5.

Author’s Take

I?m not that really into the silhouette in a low-cut profile aside from the recent varsity red and navy/gum colorways, but, I like this style even more in this finish. I also like how leather is applied on the upper.

Official Images Of The Air Jordan 1 Banned

We’re only a week from the return of one of the most iconic sneakers of all time – the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Banned”. Michael Jordan took the league by storm his rookie season and it wasn’t just his elite play, but in the famous words of Spike Lee’s Mars Blackmon character, “It’s gotta be the shoes.” At the time, what’s now considered the iconic “Bred” look of Black and Varsity Red throughout the Air Jordan 1‘s leather upper was deemed a bit too flashy by NBA standards, so the league office let MJ know that he’d be fined every game that he wore the colorway. Nike capitalized on the controversy and then some with clever advertisements and an all press is good press mantra. Now over 30 years later, the Air Jordan 1 Banned is a lifestyle icon.

This year’s Jordan 1 Banned retro features a premium tumbled leather on the toebox and Swoosh branding for a Remastered attention to detail missing in past releases. The quality control should please traditionalists with touches of ‘Nike Air’ branding landing on the tongue tag and a crisp white insole to match the original 1985 release. Three lace options of black, red, and white will come with the pair. Be sure to check out Nike’s official images of the Air Jordan 1 Banned after the break, and if you can’t wait until next Saturday, find your size on eBay.
