The iconic colorway will be available in kids sizes as well for $120 via Nike.com

Release Reminder: Air Jordan 31 Banned

Air Jordan 31 2 Air Jordan 31 Air Jordan 31 1 Air Jordan 31 3 Air Jordan 31 4

Although it was officially revealed in July, the newly-introduced Air Jordan 31 Banned edition will finally be available to the public starting this weekend.

Essentially a design inspired by the iconic Air Jordan 1, the model is treated in the classic black and red colorway which first debuted in 1985. Composed of flyweave throughout the majority of its upper, leather accents converge on the rear to solidify its build. Signature Jordan elements such as the wings logo and a subtle Swoosh are evident on the side panels, while a large Jumpman is placed across its heel.

Rounded out with FlightSpeed technology with full-length Zoom Air that enhances court feel, responsiveness and lateral support, you can purchase this pair at select JB and Nike retailers tomorrow, September 3 for a price tag of $185.

GS sizing (4y – 7y) will be offered as well and retail for $160.

Author’s Take

I?m not really crazy about it, but, I really do like refined makeup. The only thing that bothers me is the large Jumpman branding. It should?ve been removed or just sized smaller.

Release Reminder: Air Jordan 1 High OG Bred

Air Jordan 1 2 Air Jordan 1 Air Jordan 1 1

The iconic Air Jordan 1 in its classic Bred/Banned colorway will finally be available to the public once again, starting tomorrow.

Initially introduced back in 1985, the sneaker was renowned for violating the league?s uniform code when worn on the court. Donning the now ubiquitous black and red color scheme across its premium leather construction, this 2016 variation, however, does not incorporate the distinctive ?X? detail on the heel, which was a prominent element on the 2011 edition. Although, the classic ?Nike Air? branding has been implemented on the tongue and insoles for its retro appeal.

With the iconic wings logo also gracing across its ankles, the model is finished off with a clean white midsole unit and red outsole. You can purchase a pair at JB and Nike accounts worldwide starting tomorrow, Saturday, September 3 for $160.

GS sizes (3.5y ? 7y) will be offered as well and retail for $120.

I really like the look of the shoe. I really hate the price tag on it. This is a shoe I like, but I also don’t see myself wearing it a lot. It’s a little too fancy for my taste.

The Air Jordan Heiress Collection Continues With An Air Jordan 12 And Air Jordan 1

Remember the Jordan Brand Heiress Collection that dropped earlier this year? Well, it looks like Jordan Brand will continue to build on that collection as two more Heiress retros are on the way.

Above you will see the Air Jordan 1 Heiress and Air Jordan 12 Heiress. Both models take the luxurious route that give the shoes much more of a lifestyle look. Hues consisting of Light Bone, Plum Fog and Metallic Gold Star give both offerings that “Heiress” feel. Our first look at the Air Jordan 12 Heiress shows that the shoe comes in a Light Bone tumbled leather upper complimented by the matching mudguard. The tonal look is broken up by the Plum Fog hits noted on the lining and outsole. Hits of Metallic Gold Star are also noted on the eyelets to help give the shoe even more of a luxurious feel. The Air Jordan 12 Heiress will retail for $160, while the Air Jordan 1 Heiress will retail for $110. No official release date yet, but there are rumors saying that the shoes could actually end up releasing on September 10th. Stay tuned as we will be sure to confirm that as soon as it becomes official.

It’s dope to see the women get another exclusive colorway of the 12. The hits of Gold are nice, and the color blocking makes it very easy to wear.

Super clean. I’m a big fan of maroon/burgundy, and it looks real nice on the Jordan 11. I also like the fact that it’s a mid and not a low.

Just last week we found out that the upcoming “What The” inspired colorway of the Air Jordan 1 will actually be known as the Top 3 colorway.

This Air Jordan 1 is said to take inspiration from the OG Bred, Royal, and Chicago colorways of the Air Jordan 1. Today we get a first look at what are believed to be first images of the shoe. As you can see, the shoe does indeed incorporate features from the Bred, Royal, and Chicagos all mixed together into one shoe. It is still not confirmed whether these are indeed legit, but we should find out soon enough.

What are your thoughts on this colorway? Do you plan on grabbing a pair if they do release? At the moment the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Top 3 is scheduled to release on November 28, 2016 for $160.
