We’ll be getting a double dose of the Air Jordan 12 this weekend as we’ll see the release of the Black Nylon/Neoprene colorway as well as the Plum Fog pair for the ladies that joins the Jordan Brand Heiress Collection.

Today we bring to you the best images of the Plum Fog colorway that we have seen so far. Light Bone premium leather covers the majority of the Air Jordan 12 with Plum Fog serving as an accent color and landing on the outsole, inner liner, heel, and the branding on the tongue. Light Grey has been placed on the textured leather mudguard along with Metallic Gold detailing on the upper eyelets.

Ladies can purchase the Air Jordan 12 GS Plum Fog at select retailers beginning on September 10th for $160. Will any guys be going after a pair? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

Much like the neon pink pair that released earlier this year, I feel that this colorway is suited more for the women. Easy pass on my end.

Only 9,000 Pairs Of The Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat Will Be Released

Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat 1 Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat 2 Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat 3 Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat 4 Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat 5

At this point in time, I’m not really sure if the majority of the people are feeling the Air Jordan 4 Premium Wheat or not. What I do know is that a lot more people are going to begin paying attention to the shoe now that we got word that it’s going to be a limited release. How limited? Try 9,000 pairs.

The premium version of the Air Jordan 4 comes in a Wheat leather colorway that have many of us saying it’s looks shares many similarities to the Timberland Boot. Additional Wheat features extends on to the leather laces, embossed branding and the perforated side panels and tongue. We got a question for you: Now that you know how limited the shoe will be, do you view the shoe any differently? Sound off in the comments below.

via: 2muchsol3

Author’s Take

If it does end up being limited, and assuming the price is $400 (like other pinnacle/premium releases), my thoughts on the shoe remain unchanged. I still won’t cop. Perhaps for $190, but not for $400.

Drake Gifts Young Fan Autographed Pair Of Air Jordan 19s

Drake and Future’s “Summer Sixteen” Tour and Kanye West’s “Saint Pablo” Tour are two of the hottest tickets in town right now. Imagine what it would be like sitting front row at either one of those concerts. Dope right? Things probably couldn’t get much better, right?

Well they got MUCH better for young Drake fan Jackson Lane who was in attendance at the Houston show. According to @sneakheat, Jackson was singing the words to every Drake song and Drizzy took notice and invited him backstage after the show. Not only did young Jackson meet Drake backstage, but he was also gifted the pair of black/red Air Jordan 19s that Drake wore for the show. Up above we see the young fan with the autographed pair of kicks that we’re sure he’ll cherish forever. Great gesture by Drake.

The Air Jordan 4 Wheat Is Limited To 9,000 Pairs

Jordan Brand’s lifestyle sensibilities will continue with the release of this Pinnacle-esque Air Jordan 4 “Wheat” sometime in the near future, but if you were hoping to grab your size, we have some grim news: only 9,000 pairs of the Jordan 4 Wheat will be up for grabs.

The Air Jordan 4 “Wheat” takes the Timberland-like aesthetic native to Nike Sportswear’s Fall catalog with releases like the Nike Air Force 1, Nike Air Max 1, and Nike Air Max 90 over the past few years. This premium rendition utilizes a bolstered all leather construction throughout complete with boot laces in a Vachetta Tan for a luxurious effect, all while keeping the Air Jordan 4’s iconic silhouette shape. While we’re hoping for a Fall 2016 release, today we get a look at even more details including the Jumpman branding on the tonal heel, the premium tongue patch sans ‘Flight’ branding, and the matching midsole.

What do you th Jordan 4 Wheat? Be sure to check out more photos below and head over to our Jordan release dates page for more of the latest and greatest Jumpman updates.

air-jordan-13-flint-retro-september-2017

We have good news for all of you Air Jordan 13 fans out there, as it’s looking like next Labor Day Weekend will bring the return of the Air Jordan 13 “Flint”. Originally released in 1998, the last time we saw this retro was back in 2010, which means 7 years will have past by the time we finally get another shot at grabbing a pair.

So what’s in store for next year’s release? Hopefully the return of 3M reflective detailing throughout, a Remastered attention to detail, and that infamous holographic Jumpman branding. Past years have seen Jordan Brand focusing on the Air Jordan 13 Low as well as an onslaught of new colorways capped off by the likes of Chris Paul’s “Hornets” PEs, an entirely 3M Reflective colorway, and an homage to Michael Jordan’s time spent with the Birmingham Barons baseball team with a Holographic theme. Are you excited about the return of the Jordan 13 Flint?

For more of the latest Jumpman releases, be sure to head over to our Jordan Release Dates page.

The Air Jordan 12 Black Nylon Is Dropping Soon

Air Jordan 12 2 Air Jordan 12 Air Jordan 12 1 Air Jordan 12 3 Air Jordan 12 4 Air Jordan 12 5 Air Jordan 12 6 Air Jordan 12 7

This upgraded Air Jordan 12 with a nylon/neoprene upper is set to make its debut this weekend, as it’s defined by a new water-resistant build.

Ensuring a more lightweight and durable feel as well, traditional leather is still placed along the forefoot and inner lateral section to retain its OG makeup. The black-out upper is accentuated with the signature Jumpman branding across its tongue in red, while a clean white rubber sole unit finishes off the simple two-tone design.

With the gallery above featuring adult and GS sizes retailing for $190 and $140 respectively, the silhouette will also be available in PS (10.5c ? 3Y) and TD (2c ? 10c) sizes, which will be listed at $80 and $60 each.

Author’s Take

It?ll be interesting to see how this model does. This variation looks really solid. I always wondered if the brand would explore new materials and apply it on classics just to see how it would be received.

Detailed Images Of The Upcoming Air Jordan 31 Fine Print

A closer look at the new Air Jordan 31 Fine Print edition is now featured, as the model’s distinctive aesthetic is essentially inspired by Michael Jordan’s original Nike contract that was signed on October 24, 1984.

Flaunting a traditional color palette of black/white and wolf grey throughout its woven and leather makeup, the tones are simply reminiscent of the colors seen on the document. A crisp white midsole unit and icy translucent outsole which bears MJ’s signature on the forefoot solidifies the construction, as well as finishes off its respective theme.

With its retail price listed at $185, you can expect to find this standout pair at select Nike and JB stockists starting Saturday, September 17th.

Author’s Take

If I wasn’t made aware of the theme, it seems just like another generic colorway that was bound to make its way on to the silhouette. It’s a nice pair though nonetheless.

More Views Of The Upcoming Air Jordan 3 True Blue

Air Jordan 3 1 Air Jordan 3 2 Air Jordan 3

Another gallery of the forthcoming Air Jordan 3 True Blue is featured once again, as the highly-coveted pair is slated to make its arrival in two months time.

Last seen back in 2011, this variation is simply a remastered take of its OG counterpart. White tumbled leather covers the majority of its upper, while the signature cement grey paneling adorns the eye stays, heel and toe cap. Furthermore, its defining tone graces the midsole and inner lining, as pops of red adorn the outsole, tongue and eyelets. Finally, classic ?Nike Air? branding is seen on the insoles and back heel tab to finish off its distinguishable details.

Priced at $220, you can buy this standout pair at select Nike and JB stockists starting Black Friday, November 25th.

In addition to the Black Nylon (Neoprene) colorway, a grade school variation of the Air Jordan 12 will be offered in a new finish of plum fog this weekend as well.

Noted as part of JB’s exclusive “Heiress” collection, the Barons theme was notably the most recent iteration of the sneaker. This pair flaunts a palette of light bone across its premium leather upper with metallic gold accents, while the defining hue is prominent across its outsole, inner lining, rear and tongue.

I’ll always be an advocate for this silhouette. The colorway is a nice option for the ladies this season and it should garner enough attention for fanatics.

Another Look At The Kubo x Air Jordan 15

jordan 15 kubo 2 jordan 15 kubo

Unless you were down to spend big money on the Kubo x Air Jordan 15, chances you don’t have a pair of these. With the being the case, I guess the next best thing is simply look at the shoe, right?

Created as a tribute to the animated film Kubo and the Two Strings, the Kubo x Air Jordan 15 rocks a mismatched look as the left shoe comes in Black and Blue, while the right pair comes in Black and Red. Notable features on the shoe include the quilted detailing. A ?Raiden the Moon King? graphic is placed on the ankle, an of course, take a look at the heel! Rocking a furry construction, the back portion of the shoe is said to represent the protagonist?s monkey friend. Yeah, I know it’s a crazy look! Thoughts on the shoe? If these were to be GRs, would you have copped? Let us know in the comments below.

The Air Jordan 13 Low Brave Blue Drops Spring Of 2017

It looks like the Air Jordan 13 Low in the Chutney colorway will not be the only pair of 13 Lows dropping next year. Also getting the retro treatment is the return of the Air Jordan 13 Low Brave Blue.

Once simply known as the Air Jordan 13 Low Navy, Jordan Brand changes up the name but the aesthetics of the shoe remains the same. Above you will see a first look at the shoe that shows the back portion of the 2017 drop. For those not familiar with this colorway, it made its initial debut back in 1998 as the Air Jordan 13 Low Navy. The upper consists of a Carolina Blue sitting on top of a Black base. From this point of view, it appears as if mesh and suede/nubuck make up the construction of the shoe. White accents on the sole and branding round out the look of the shoe. Said to be dropping sometime in December for $175, are you low-key excited about this release?

via: zsneakerheadz

Author’s Take

I’ve never been too big on the 13 Lows, but if I had to choose a colorway, it would definitely be the Air Jordan 13 Low Brave Blue. It reminds me of the Air Jordan 13 Fling which I’m a big fan of.

Aboe you will see a first look at the Storm Blue colorway of the Jordan 1. For those of you not to familiar with this OG rendition of the Jordan 1, it comes constructed out of a White leather base accented by the Storm Blue placed throughout the shoe. Nike Air Branding on the tongue makes this an OG retro, while the Wings branding on the color complete the look of the upper. Below you will find a White midsole paired up with a Storm Blue outsole. Where would you rank this colorway when it comes to other OG colorways on the Jordan 1s? Said to be dropping on December 23rd for $160 (we assume), are you excited about this release? Air Jordan 12 Neoprene 1 Air Jordan 12 Neoprene 2 Air Jordan 12 Neoprene 3 Air Jordan 12 Neoprene 4

After seeing the release of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Bred and the Air Jordan 31 Banned this past weekend, Jordan Brand will be shifting their attention back to the Air Jordan 12 this upcoming weekend.

A durable Black nylon covers the majority of the upper with premium leather overlays to add some contrasting. A White rubber outsole and a Gym Red Jumpman on the tongue complete the look on this Jordan 12 that arrives at retailers on September 10th for $190. Full family sizing will be offered as well ? GS (3.5Y ? 7Y), PS (10.5c ? 3Y) and TD (2c ? 10c) sizes are listed for $140, $80 and $60 respectively.

Author’s Take

I like this colorway of the Air Jordan 12, but not enough to pay $190 for it. Plus I’d have to try it on and see how that nylon materials feels on your feet. I don’t plan on picking up a pair at the moment.

Russell Westbrook Debuts The Jordan Westbrook 0.2 In China

RUSSELL WESTBROOK 1 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 2 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 3 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 4 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 5 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 6 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 7 RUSSELL WESTBROOK 8

Russell Westbrook was in China this past weekend promoting the release of the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 31 Banned. But he wasn’t just wearing the two new releases on his feet for the festivities, the NBA superstar was also spotted wearing what is believed to be his 2nd lifestyle signature shoe with Jordan Brand.

Known as the Jordan Westbrook 0.2, Russell wore two different colorways of the shoe – one featuring a black/green/brown camo upper and another with a full olive makeup. The Jordan Westbrook 0.2 features a suede construction on the upper with Jordan 1 tooling on the sole. Westbrook’s “RW” logo has been placed on the tongue with the Jumpman landing on the heel.

No official unveiling has taken place for the Jordan Westbrook 0.2 just yet, but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates. In the meantime let us know your thoughts on the shoe.

Author’s Take

My initial take is that I like this pair better than the first. The Jordan 1 tooling is a nice touch. The toebox and tongue also kind of reminds me of the Jordan 6.
