Jordan Brand is celebrating the Chinese New Year in style with two upcoming renditions of the Air Jordan 12, each featuring premium Bamboo details, a cross-hatched textured mudguard, and premium 3M reflective details. While international retailers released the Air Jordan 12 Chinese New Year this past weekend, those of you dwelling in the United States will have a chance to grab the men’s and grade school girls’ colorways this Saturday, January 28th for $250 (men’s) and $160 (girl’s).

This detailed look at the Air Jordan 12 “Chinese New Year” comes courtesy of Politics, as we get the best preview yet at the premium details throughout. The Air Jordan 12’s metallic lace eyelets and midsole accents are replaced here with real bamboo to match the Air Jordan 31 that coincides with this retro release. The men’s pair takes on a Taxi-like appearance with a white upper contrasted by a texturized black mudguard, heel, and lining. The carbon fiber remains on the outsole in a Taxi-esque yellow and black while Chinese characters celebrating the Year of the Rooster appear on the tongue. The girl’s pair takes a different approach as an off-white upper features accents of Orewood Brown to make that Varsity Red lining truly pop.

Remember those Air Jordan 5 Michigan PEs? Jordan Brand has even more retro models in store for their latest sponsored school, as Michigan assistant coach Jay Harbaugh unveiled a number of navy and varsity maize Michigan Wolverines Air Jordan PEs over the weekend.

Of course, the Air Jordan 11 will be the most sought after featuring a navy patent leather finish to contrast a vibrant yellow outsole unit, but there were plenty of other silhouettes gifted to one of the best college football programs in the nation. An Air Jordan 7 and Air Jordan 8 were also grouped together as well as an Air Jordan 10 that skipped out on any traces of white featuring that patented alternating striped outsole unit.

Ok, help me out here. Is this the 3rd Pink Air Jordan 1 we’ve gone over these last couple of weeks? First was the Serena Williams pair, then came the Vivid Pink pair, now we got this latest one currently known as the Air Jordan 1 GS GG Valentines Day. I guess love is in the air! Ha!

The Air Jordan 1 GS GG Valentines Day may look kind of familiar since it happens to use the same color blocking as the Black Toe. The only difference is swapping out the Red for Hyper Pink. The shoe comes constructed out of leather. Features worth mentioning are the reflective rear panel, and the heart-shaped basketball logo taking the place of the Jumpman branding on the heel. Said to be releasing in girl’s sizing (GS GG), you can expect to see these drop around Valentine’s Day (February 11th). Who’s picking up a pair?

The new partnership between Jordan Brand and University of Michigan is sure to bring an endless amount of Jordan PEs. We got our first taste of what to expect late least year, now we have even more retros rocking the school color’s to share with you.

The latest retro player exclusive Air Jordans come in the school?s signature colors of Maize and Blue. Above you will see PE iterations of the Air Jordan 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 19 and 20. Jordan 5 lovers, we’ve got a brand new colorway to share with you. It has no official name yet, but the internet is labeling it as Pure Money and some are even saying it’s a part of the Flight Jacket collection.

The Air Jordan 5 is constructed out of a White premium leather upper accented by the woven detailing placed on the side panels instead of the usual plastic netting. Other notable features on the shoe include the triangular leather lacelock, tonal laces and all-White sole unit. This year we’ll be seeing a couple of new colorways of the Air Jordan 8 arriving at retailers after the silhouette took a leave of absence in 2016.

Things will kick off next week with the debut of this Take Flight colorway that we see above. This Jordan 8 takes cues from military bomber jackets and fighter planes and features a Sequoia green upper. For the first time ever the shoe will also integrate neoprene materials on the upper. Hits of Max Orange have been added on the Jumpman on the tongue, the insoles, and outsoles to give the shoe a color pop.

Look for the Air Jordan 8 Take Flight to land at retailers on January 28th for a price of $190.

In honor of its 20th anniversary in 2017, one of the colorways that will be releasing is the OG Taxi pair. Inspired by the Air Jordan 12 Taxi, this Jordan Jumpman Pro features a classic white and black color scheme while being constructed out of leather and nubuck on the upper. Gold hits appear on the upper eyelets, and the Jumpman branding on the tongue and ankle.
