Adidas Unveils The adidas Futurecraft M.F.G. (Made for Germany)
By SoleInsider
Adidas took the time this week to unveil something truly innovative and game changing with the adidas Futurecraft M.F.G. (Made For Germany).
Created at its industry-changing SPEEDFACTORY facility in Ansbach, Germany, adidas believes the Futurecraft M.F.G is the first step in what they hope will be a game-changing moment for the industry. It represents the first high performance footwear to come out of the adidas SPEEDFACTORY, which will ultimately allow for the creation of footwear made for the specific fit and functional needs of consumers.
James Carnes, Vice President of Strategy Creation at adidas, said:
?The launch of the adidas Futurecraft M.F.G. is a defining moment for the industry. With SPEEDFACTORY, we have an industry-changing innovation that can be placed anywhere in the world ? taking the lab to the street. It gives us the opportunity to combine unique manufacturing speed with the flexibility to rethink conventional processes. The starting point on this journey is the adidas Futurecraft M.F.G. and our ambition is we will give consumers what they want, when they want it.?
The shoe features the highest design precision possible. ARAMIS technology has been used to understand the precise detail of how an athlete?s foot moves whilst running. This has led to the 3-stripe cage and traditional heel counter being replaced with a series of patches that are placed across different parts of the shoe to provide the best possible support. To top things off, the shoe also utilizes adidas’ Boost technology that provides all the energy return benefits of recent adidas Running shoes. The final key feature is a new torsion bar, which is fitted into the outsole, for greater flexibility. The shoe has a PRIMEKNIT upper with all the elements combining to create the highest level of comfort, support and style.
At the moment the first launch coming out of the SPEEDFACTORY facility will be exclusive to Germany with the US being the next to experience this new innovation. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more.

The adidas Harden 1 Will Come Equipped With Full Length Boost
By SoleInsider
Now that everyone has stopped laughing at the “first look” of the adidas Harden 1, maybe you can keep a straight face and listen to the newest information regarding James Harden’s first signature sneaker.
Although many people aren’t feeling (that’s putting it kindly) the aesthetics of the adidas Harden 1, they may have a change of heart once they hear that the shoe will come equipped with full length Boost. The pictures above will show that the medial side of the Boost midsole is visible while the lateral side is contained, sort of like the adidas Crazy Explosive. Is this enough reason to have you pay closer attention to the shoe, or do you still stand firm on regards to how you feel about it.
I’ll admit, the first look was not impressive at all, but I’m also going to hold my judgement until I get an official, or at least better look at the shoe.

Buy, Pass, Wait: Do You Keep The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Beluga Or Resell Them
By SoleInsider
So we ran a poll on Twitter earlier this week to see if people were going to Buy, Pass or Wait on the upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Beluga. However, instead of giving our readers the “wait” option, we realized nobody was going to ever wait on these and that it’s either now or never. So in lieu of “wait”, we went with “resell” because come on, let’s be honest here, that’s what people are going to do. Anybody that gets the opportunity to cop the Yeezys on Saturday will either keep them or resell/trade them away ASAP. Here’s what the KoF community said:
Buy, Pass, Resell: adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Beluga. We want to know what you think… https://t.co/eZU0m3PW9R
And if the people are going with Buy, Pass, Resell one time, we had to ask the staff the same question one time in this special edition of Buy, Pass, Wait.
Juan Martinez, Editor-In-Chief: (BUY TO OWN) This might be the upset of the year because how can a shoe that looks so bleh in leaked and official images turn out to be hot flaming fire in person? It just goes to show you that you can’t judge a sneaker until you see it for reals. The Solar Red stripe and accents look out of place in even the highest quality video but it makes sense once they are in your hands and feet. Worth the $220 if you cop them this weekend…
Renz Ofiaza, News: (BUY TO RESELL) I would’ve preferred it a bit more with a tonal upper or minus the solar red accents. Although it is appealing to my eyes, I’m not really too keen on it. I’d rather buy it and sell it for a profit, haha.
Andres Carrillo, News: (BUY TO RESELL) I tried getting a pair through the adidas Confirmed app but failed miserably. I literally clicked the reserve button the second it popped up and it told me that all the sizes were already reserved. What?!?? Oh well. The only reason i would have bought these was for trade bait.
EIC Juan: (PASS) Oh, other shoes are dropping this weekend?
Renz: (PASS) Last week’s Air Jordan 4 Premium Obsidian was a much more appealing option and the color combination on this sneaker is pretty solid as well. I like the matte sheen and it’s a nice pair overall, but, I’m not crazy about it.
Andres: (PASS) Not sure why JB decided to wait so long after the Olympics ended to release these. Decent looking shoe but it’s one that I wouldn’t see myself wearing too often.
Nike Kyrie 2 Black Speckle (Wolf Pack)
EIC Juan: (PASS) I like most Kyries, but this looks like a pair that should have dropped during the regular season instead of something that’s going to effectively be buried underneath the hype of the Yeezy drop. I’m not familiar with the Wolf Pack theme, but if there was any callback to this I would be lining up for these on Saturday.
Renz: (PASS) Solid colorways for the sneaker as of late and these iterations are nice options once again. I’m more inclined towards the black pair and I like how the theme is placed subtly on the strap and midsole only. Still an easy pass though.
Andres: (PASS) I feel like more could have been done to this shoe to make it look better. The speckle detailing was a good start, but other than that that this Kyrie 2 is just too plain.

Since Kanye?s abrupt departure from Nike, a part of me feels this is a subtle jab towards the brand with a ?flat? Swoosh. Other than that, I like the overall colorway and it?ll obviously get the attention it deserves.
adidas Football reveals its Unearthed Pack, featuring the 2017 Freak x KEVLAR and adizero 5-Star 6.0.
Serving as a theme for Halloween, the distinctive design consists of a skeleton. 3-D skeletal patterns as if it would appear as an actual cleat is applied on the upper, while it also utilizes reflective glow-in-the-dark materials to highlight the bones and structure of the foot in order to create a disruptive design and intimidation factor on the football field.
Marking a new era of style combined with innovation and performance for football, you can purchase both standout cleats at select adidas retailers nationwide starting October 10th.
Following its Speed of Light collection, adidas Soccer unveils its latest range with the Stellar Pack.
Inspired by the light side of the moon, the theme is applied on the adidas X16+ PURECHAOS and Ace 16+ PURECONTROL cleats. Each pair dons a pristine white-based upper, while the signature element of gold shimmers throughout the upper and outsole that offers stability during high-speed movements.
You can see both cleats in action starting September 27th, as the ACE 16+ PURECONTROL will be worn by the likes of Paul Pogba and Mesut Ozil, while the X16+ PURECHAOS will be worn by Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez.
