Last night was the first day of the 2016-2017 NFL season as we saw the Carolina Panthers take on the Denver Broncos in a rematch of last season’s Super Bowl. Super Bowl MVP and adidas athlete Von Miller decided to be the center of attention by debuting a unique pair of cleats for the big game.
Von Miller wore the first ever adidas Yeezy Cleats as you can see in the image above. The shoe is essentially a Yeezy Boost 750 but with some modifications in order to make it properly suited for the field. The adidas Yeezy 750 football cleat worn by Miller featured an off-white/grey suede upper (similar to the OG pair that released) as well as the midfoot strap and the zipper on the ankle.
What are your thoughts on this Yeezy football cleat? Would you ever wear these if they ever made it to retailers?

Author’s Take
These don’t look like they’re suitable for the field. What would happen if another players steps on you with their cleats? The suede upper doesn’t look very protective.
