A quick look at an unreleased pair of @PublicSchoolNYC x @Jumpman23 12's.

We have more PSNY x Air Jordan 12 goodness to share with you. Although it’s unclear whether these will end up releasing or not, consider it a little bit of eye candy. The newest PSNY x Air Jordan 12 collab has the shoe rock a tonal Violet/Purple colorway from top to bottom. This includes the entire suede upper, laces, eyelets, branding and sole unit. The unreleased pair was shared on social media by @YesJulz, who gave us a sneak peak of this never-before-seen Jordan retro. Do you think these will ever see the light of day, or is this another PSNY x Air Jordan Friends and Family exclusive? Only time will tell, stay tuned.

Michael Jordan’s second signature silhouette is perhaps the most unloved of his first batch of Nikes. Perhaps that has to do with the injuries limiting his on-court time with the model or the strange lack of both Swoosh and Jumpman branding to not really give the pair an identity. Regardless, it’s nice to see that Jordan Brand has unearthed some more forgotten history regarding the Jordan 2 with the release of the Air Jordan 2 UNC Alumni later this summer.

The pair combines both Chicago and North Carolina chapters of Michael Jordan’s historic career through traditional Bulls’ accents blending with a Tar Heels’ themed Carolina Blue heel panel. The date on the back marks the day of the historic UNC vs UCLA alumni game at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles, California. Interesting enough, Michael Jordan actually wore this pair as one of his first PEs even earlier than that date suggests on January 18th, 1986 during the Carolina Pro Alumni basketball game. Given the unique heel branding that features the anniversary date of the alumni game – 6/28/87 – we’re going to keep June 28th as the tentative release date for this coming Jordan 2 Alumni retro. Following a first look, new detailed imagery of the forthcoming Air Jordan 2 Alumni is featured, as it commemorates the classic North Carolina vs. UCLA Alumni Game at Pauley Pavilion on June 28, 1987.

This specific variation of the sneaker was introduced by Michael Jordan on January 18th, 1986 as part of the Carolina Pro Alumni basketball game, and just like that original PE, this 2017 model is rendered in the same palette of white/varsity red with accents of carolina blue and black.

In addition, commemorative details are placed on the heel — ?MJ? and ?6/28/87? as tribute to the date the UNC vs. ULCA Alumni game was played.

Retailing for $190, you can expect to find this standout pair at select JB and Nike retailers sometime this Summer or Fall 2017.

With metallic silver and pink colorways releasing this Spring 2017, the Air Jordan 1 Mid is unveiled in yet another finish, this time in two shades of blue.

Covered in an official palette of varsity royal and ice blue, the darker blue tone is prominent on the toe cap, side panels, tongue, laces and inner lining — while the lighter hue is utilized for its toe box, Swooshes, eyelets and heel section.

Final touches include a perforated toe box, the iconic wings logo gracing its ankles, a white midsole unit and matching blue rubber outsole.

Retailing for $100, expect to find this pair at Jordan Brand retailers very soon.

The Air Jordan 4 returns this weekend as we’ll be seeing the retail debut of the Motorsport colorway.

Previously exclusive to the Jordan Motorsports team, this highly sought after colorway of the Air Jordan 4 features a White leather upper with Game Royal accents on the inner liner, waffle eyelets, outsole, and the Jumpman logos on the tongue and heel. The shoe is capped off by Black hits which can be seen on the wings, heel, and midsole. You can grab your pair beginning on March 25th for a retail price of $190.

What we’re taking a look at here is the Jordan Trainer Essential, a brand new upcoming trainer from Jordan Brand.

Looking at the sneaker we can see that the shoe takes inspiration from the Air Jordan 8, most notably the two cross straps across the tongue and the graffiti graphics on the heel/ankle. Other details include a mesh upper with perforations for ventilation, a sock-like bootie construction, and a midsole with “23” branding on it.

So what are your first thoughts on the Jordan Trainer Essential? Look for this Bred colorway, as well as other to arrive at select Nike retailers in the near future.

It looks like the Air Jordan 1 Mid is making a comeback at the perfect time. On the heels of the announcement that the Air Jordan 1 Mid “New Love” will be receiving a proper retro later this year, today we get a look at the freshly minted Jordan 1 Mid Ice Blue, a pair that features a UNC-vibe perfect for the current March Madness season given the Tar Heel’s trip to the Sweet 16. Sure, that Varsity Royal base color might be a little off, but there’s now denying that the head-turning Ice Blue shade on the heel, toebox, and Swoosh branding has some North Carolina origins. While the Air Jordan 7 Pantone is set to debut next month, this forthcoming Air Jordan 6 GS bears a similar color scheme, although, rendered in Still Blue.

Somewhat reflective of MJ’s alma mater as well — University of North Carolina — the basketball sneaker is simply treated in the defining vibrant tone across its premium tumbled leather upper. Complementing the design are crisp white accents gracing the logo, pull-tab and midsole unit, while it’s topped off with a milky translucent outsole.

With sizes up to 9.5, you can purchase this women’s exclusive pair at select JB and Nike retailers starting this Saturday, March 25, for $140.

If you’re a fan of the Air Jordan 1 Low then you’re in for a treat because Jordan Brand will be releasing a few new colorways newxt month.

With the Spring season officially here, the Air Jordan 1 Low has been covered in a premium suede all throughout the upper in Ice Blue. Vachetta Tan leather has then been added on the Nike Air tag on the tongue and the heel tab which features the Jordan Wings logo. Down below we see a white sole unit for contrast.

Just last week we gave you a first look at couple of new colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Low that are expected to drop at the beginning of April.

We now bring you new images of the black pair seen above. This low top iteration of the Jordan 1 comes constructed out of a premium suede all throughout the upper with Vachetta Tan accents on the tongue tab (which has been hit with Nike Air branding) and the heel tab. Other details include gold aglets and a contrasting white sole unit.

The Air Jordan 1 Royal won’t be the only Jordan 1 release on April 1st, 2017. Jordan Brand’s growing obsession with more casual aesthetics has grown over the past couple of years, and at the forefront of that movement has been a certain dependency on Vachetta Tan synthetic leather. While it’s a strong look on most occasions, other times it might not work (see the Air Jordan 4 “Ginger” for a better example).

We’re definitely fans of the return of the Jordan 1 Low going back to its original roots with the traditional Nike Air branding on the tongue and ‘Wings’ logo embossed on the heel panel. While a number of OG colorways dropped in low top form not too long ago, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG Premium “Vachetta Tan” Pack is next up featuring Black or Ice Blue suede uppers with luxurious Metallic Gold lace tips, smooth white midsole and outsoles, and that familiar Vachetta Tan shade returning on the tongue tag and heel.

Here is a sneak peak at @Jumpman23 's "WINGS" inspired retro collection that is currently displayed at @Nike HQ.

The Air Jordan 12 Wings was one of the biggest Jordan drops of last year. The majority of us loved the “Wings” theme of the shoe since it was something so different that we had never seen on a Jordan retro. What if I told you that en entire Air Jordan Retro Wings Collection actually exists? That appears to be the case judging by the pictures you see above.

Above you will see the said collection which is said to be currently displayed at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. We’ve already gotten a look at the Air Jordan 1 High Wings said to be releasing in limited quantities, but above you will find your favorite retros such as the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 4 also rocking the clean Black and Gold Wings aesthetic. The dope part of this collection is that every single retro appears to use the Wings theme in a different way instead of mimicking the Wings all over the upper look of the Jordan 12.

In order for Jordan Brand to ensure longevity, the original Air Jordan footwear of legacy must live on in alternate forms in addition to new Retro colorways. The Jordan Trainer Essential is another step in the path toward blending past and future as it features an updated for-the-gym silhouette with signature detailing from the Air Jordan 8, such as the graffiti-esque graphic on the upper as well as the straps that go across the foot. Jordan Brand’s current obsession with the Jordan 4 is highlighted by the coming KAWS collaboration at the end of the month, but you can’t forget about the number of OG colorways that will be arriving at retailers throughout spring and summer. Now another oft-forgotten colorway from the mid-2000s is returning with the Jordan 4 Linen getting a grade school exclusive release later this year.

The Air Jordan 4 Linen first appeared back in 2006 and while plenty of people back then were hoping for a full family size run, it was still designated for the smaller sizes. That seems to be the same here, as the lifestyle-inclined colorway comes equipped with a premium white tumbled leather upper, contrasting shades of Light Sand on the midsole, lining, and side panel ‘Wings’, and a Boarder Blue on branding duties.
