As part of the return of the Gazelle, this season, adidas Originals presents the “Remember the Future” campaign, led by the iconic image of supermodel Kate Moss wearing the famous sneaker back in 1993. No image could be more appropriate for the return of the early-90s iteration of the Gazelle than Kate wearing her favorite shoe, which was the inspiration for artist Doug Abraham AKA @bessnyc4 for a “hacked” interpretation of the photo. Aiming to create a re-appropriation of fashion and the collective memory of pop culture imagery to reinvent a new visual commentary, Abraham leads the Remember the Future campaign with a video presentation of the Kate Moss image, which can be viewed below. adidas Hoops is taking their basketball models to an interesting place this upcoming season with a number of unique looks on the horizon for 2016-2017. Finish Line could not be more happier that they are a retail partner of adidas! Why? They just reported that they have surged the most it has in the past 7 years. They managed to surpass the  first-quarter expectations.

Finish Line CEO Sam Sato mentioned that adidas was one of the main reasons Finish Line is increasing their business.

?We continue to experience explosive growth in our Adidas business, The Adi brand itself has a ton of momentum. The excitement around that brand globally is very high, and it?s no different in the States.?

Popular shoes such as the Ultra Boost, NMD ans Stan Smith have all had a helping hand in the current success of Finish Line. Bloomberg also reports that Finish Line defied a global stock market rout this week, going up as much as 21% in wake of the U.K.’s Brexit. This increase marked their largest intraday gain since December 2008. Finish Line is pretty pumped about this considering that they recently decided to closer many of their stores due to poor quarter reports.

The adidas NMD is arguably the biggest model of the first half of 2016. The hype for the shoe was unreal and the shoe continues to steadily sell very well. So what’s next for the model? How about a adidas NMD R2?

White Mountaineering previewed a brand new adidas model during a recent Paris Fashion Week showcase. The shoe is said to be the adidas NMD R2. The model is considered to be an evolution of the original NMD while rocking a whole new style on the upper. Th NMD R2 comes dressed in a Primeknit upper. A new feature on the shoe is the Three Stripes branding placed on the toe box opposed to seeing it on the side panels. Boost tech remains on the sole, while only a single stabilizer is spotted on the medial side of the shoe. No word yet on when these will drop, but we will be sure to let you know as soon as we find out.

Today we get our best look yet at the adidas Y-3 Qasa Hi Vista Grey. Opting to take the subtle route this time around, the shoe dons a tonal Vista grey upper that evoked a sweet and sophisticated look.

The Qasa-Hi consists of a neoprene wrapped upper accompanied by a nubuck heel counter and a suede toecap. All these materials put together result in a premium look and feel.
