adidas Ultra Boost Triple White

When you think of what the most popular colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost it’s pretty much a no-brainer. It’s the all-white/Triple White colorway that was worn by Kanye West and then exploded ever since. Who would have known that an all-white Primeknit sneaker would be so popular?
It turns out that adidas will be releasing a new all-white colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost for the Spring of 2016. This new Triple White Ultra Boost will feature a gradient pattern on the breathable Primeknit upper along with silver Ultra Boost branding on the heel and a white rubber outsole. The new Triple White Ultra Boost is expected to release in May of 2016 so keep it locked to Kicks On Fire for updates on this release.

Andres Carrillo, News: No matter how clean the white on white Primeknit may look, I don’t think I’ll ever buy a pair of all-white Primeknit/Flyknit sneakers. These things are a dirt trap.
Every adidas Ultra Boost colorway that has released so far has featured a white BOOST midsole. For quite some time now fans of the silhouette have been begging for colored Boost midsoles. Well now it looks like adidas will be granting us our wish.
This year we’ll be seeing the release of the Triple Black colorway that sees the entire shoe blacked out, including the BOOST midsole. With official images surfacing that means it shouldn’t be much longer until adidas announces an official release date for this colorway of the Ultra Boost.

Andres Carrillo, News: Finally adidas will be releasing an Ultra Boost with a new color on the Boost midsole. I wonder if they have plans to release all sorts of different colors in the future?
Aside from upcoming iterations in mesh and suede, this particular pair is comprised of breathable primeknit across its upper. This component also allows an enhanced fit, while offering a flexibility and comfort. Additional details include a sock-like collar that provides additional security.
All resting atop a contrasting white boost rubber sole unit with tonal EVA plugs to further define its aesthetic, the model is finished off with matching laces and three-stripe branding on the side panels.
You can purchase this pair at select adidas retailers starting March 17 for $180.
I’ve shared before that I’m already a big fan of the silhouette. The design itself is pretty sleek and stylish. This colorway itself is certainly a classic as well.
Another Look At The adidas Tubular Doom Special Forces

Ever since the release of the Kith x adidas Consortium Tubular Doom there hasn’t been a colorway that many people have actually looked forward to. That may change this weekend with this upcoming Special Forces Tubular Doom.
Previewed earlier this week, the adidas Tubular Doom Special Forces comes in a tonal beige upper reminiscent of Desert Camo. Other details of this shoe include a perforated heel, khaki overlays and an off-white Tubular midsole. This is not as bold as the all pink colorway and it’s not hyped like the Ronnie Fieg collab, but true fans of the silhouette will definitely appreciate this release.
Look for the the adidas Tubular Doom Special Forces at select adidas retailers beginning on March 19th for $160.
The only colorway of the Tubular Doom that I?ve liked so far has been the Ronnie Fieg collaboration, until now. I love the off-white/beige hue used on this pair. My only problem would be figuring out how to wear a pair of Tubular Dooms.
Release Reminder: A Whole Lot Of adidas NMD To Choose From Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day! Many of us have been wanting to get a pair of the adidas NMD the moment they released back in December. Unfortunately, up until today adidas has only released a handful of releases and most of them appear to be fairly limited. That has resulted in a lot of people going home empty handed. Tomorrow (hopefully) that’s all about to change and many of us will be able to finally cop our first pair.
Around 15 some-odd pairs will release tomorrow for men, women and children. Aside from being available for the entire family, the shoes will come dressed in mesh, suede, neoprene, Primeknit and some even come with graphics on them. With prices ranging from $95 to $170 there’s style and models for everyone’s taste. Check out some of the colorway/style above that are set to release tomorrow and let us know if you will be one of the many looking to pick up a pair.
There’s a lot of colorways that I like, but the one’s that I really like are the Men’s Collegiate Navy and the Women’s Suede Maroon. Hopefully I can pick up either pair tomorrow!
A bevy of men’s, women’s and kid’s variations of the newly-introduced adidas NMD will make its official debut tomorrow, as we particularly focus the spotlight on the Light Onix colorway.
Certainly one of the more versatile finishes to be offered, the defining tone essentially covers the model’s comfortable and breathable mesh upper. Tonal synthetics are utilized for the iconic three stripe motif adorning its side panels, eye stays and rear EVA inserts on the clean white sole unit. A lighter grey hue is seen on the heel tab which showcases more branding as well, in addition to providing more reinforcement.
To subtly offset the understated palette, a bright red EVA component is seen on the frontal portion of its midsole. Finished off with matching grey laces, you can purchase this pair at adidas stores tomorrow for a retail price tag of $120.
Alongside a recent Adicolor iteration, this latest Raf Simons x adidas Originals Stan Smith consists as a more luxurious take on the iconic silhouette.
Boasting a bright yellow tone as its primary tone, just like the aforementioned pair, this model inherits a smooth leather construction instead. Its minimalist style overall is subtly detailed by the Belgian fashion designer’s “R” branding in miniature perforations, which essentially replaces the distinctive three stripe motif across its side panels.
Additional branding is seen on the heels via embossing, displaying the fashion designer’s full name. Furthermore, the German sportswear label’s signature trefoil logo is seen on the heel tabs in contrasting white, as well more traditional branding on the tongue tab which showcases a graphic of the legendary tennis player. Other details include tonal inner lining and stitching throughout its entirety.
Finished off with a full-length matching rubber sole unit and laces, you can find this pair at select adidas stores now for $400.
This silhouette will always be stylish. This particular pair however is differentiated by its price. I’m a fan of the collaboration as well, but not for that price tag.
The adidas T-Mac 5 Floral Has Some Spring Vibes Going On

Over the last year the adidas T-Mac 5 has released in several different colorways. While that may sound good for people who are fans of the shoe, adidas decided to release most of them as Asia exclusives. So unless you live in Asia it was pretty hard getting yourself a pair. Another colorway has been unveiled and just like the past offerings, this also looks to be an Asia exclusive. Let’s take a look at the adidas T-Mac 5 Floral.
The shoe comes covered in a pink hue with a floral print gracing the entire upper of the shoe. The tonal hue continues on to the strap and midsole of the shoe. Hits of grey hues are spotted on the midsole, heel, tongue and part of the lacing system. While the hardwood accent on the heel is meant to represent T-Mac’s love for being on the court. Said to drop overseas, we will let you know if adidas decided to make these available in the states.

adidas Tubular Doom Primeknit Special Forces Releases This Saturday

While everyone goes crazy over the dozens of NMD Runners releasing this week, adidas has big plans for another one of their popular new silhouettes. The Tubular Doom has only been seen in a few colorways so far, but the general reception of the sneaker has been overwhelmingly positive. That trend looks to continue with the “Special Forces” edition, which comes in Primeknit form, with a beige tonal upper that pays homage to the classic army fatigues. While this version may not be a vibrant as the recently surfaced pink colorway, there’s no doubt that fans of the shoe are going to be very excited when this color releases this Saturday, March 19th. adidas soccer just added another heavy hitter to their arsenal as they have recently announced a partnership with soccer sensation, Paul Pogba. This brand new partnership between adidas and Pogba will secure the soccer star for many years to come. While being a part of adidas, Pogba will be given the chance to expand his creative talents as well as elevate his brand while doing the same for the Three Stripes. Both parties have a lot planned for the future as they are set to embark on many engagements and product launches.
In regards to cementing his decision, Pogba went on to say:
?This is the first sponsor contract I?ve signed and it?s a very important decision for me. I chose adidas because we have shared passions and values. adidas has the same vibe as I do, on and off the pitch.?
Both adidas and Pogba are excited to begin this new partnership. One of the first projects they will be working on will be on the first silhouette that Pogba will wear, the exclusive ACE 16+ PURECONTROL model, which happens to be the first laceless soccer boot that allows for optimal control and comfort. Being that he is now a part of team adidas, he will have his very own PE of the soccer boot which will come in hues of black and gold. Check out the images above and let us know what you think.
Last week, we got a glimpse into adidas’ vision of the future with their Tubular line. But one thing that we glossed over at the time was the number of people were wearing the NMD. And not just the limited colorways that have dropped either; influencers, adidas PR, cool people and myself were all wearing different kinds of NMD, including the City Sock. I almost felt bad I was wearing a pair that actually released. If that was any indication of where adidas is headed, the future might be Tubular, but the NMD is the revolution.
Starting tomorrow, adidas Originals goes public public with the NMD. After several months of hype and limited drops, the adidas NMD drops to the mainstream with a variety of colorways and styles at all the major retailers in both general and limited (that’s code for “it won’t be rare, but maybe don’t wait”) quantities. If you’ve been wondering what the fuss about NMD is all about, you’re going to soon get your chance to find out. As somebody who once boarded the adidas Pure Boost train and didn’t think it could get any better, March 17 is going to be an interesting day.
Aggressively priced between $95 and $170 in men’s, women’s and kids sizes, the three stripes is looking to target a wide audience, going from the impulse buy territory all the way up to those looking to follow in the footsteps of the more limited drops. Keeping with the theme of the urban nomad (get it?), the colorways are made for the casual city dwellers who want the pinnacle of comfort and modern style but don’t want to look like an Easter egg (not that’s there’s anything wrong with multicolor). Don’t live in the city? That’s fine too because the NMD appeals to all types with their muted color palettes. No disrespect to Kanye and what he’s doing, but I’m cool living in a future that moves in the Mass Effect/NMD direction and less the dystopian Fallout nightmares of his Yeezy fashion collections.

If everything breaks right, adidas could be looking at their modern day Stan Smith or Superstar. And considering how much money those two pairs makes for adidas now decades later, the NMD could be that “next” thing. And even if isn’t, you’re stuck with a very comfortable pair of kicks for a good price. Not a bad deal in the long run, really…
All of the Kobe retirement noise has brought back a wave of nostalgia for those who grew up watching the Black Mamba become one of the greatest to ever play the game of basketball. Nike’s yet to capitalize on any sort of Kobe retro – instead focusing on his Nike Kobe 11 with a number of enviable colorways. That being said, you can’t forget about one of the most prolific scorers the league has ever seen in Tracy McGrady. T-Mac was the victim of father time as his body eventually broke down with injuries throughout the years, but his ability to score in sporadic bursts with a sweet stroke and explosive first step despite a deceptively sleepy appearance made him one of the most unique players to watch throughout the 2000s. adidas brought back one of McGrady’s more memorable models in the adidas T-Mac 5 in a number of Asian exclusives, and the latest takes a lifestyle approach with a bolstered suede floral graphic. The T-Mac 2 and 3 served as the definitive peak of T-Mac madness, but his fifth silhouette did boast some interesting features; a 90s-inspired strap and hardwood on the heel to showcase Tracy’s love for simply being on the floor. There is no doubt that the adidas Tubular Doom is one of the best new Tubular models that adidas has to offer. The sleek Y-3 like aesthetics of the model have people loving the look and feel of the shoe. The latest colorway has the shoe rock the tonal Triple Black motif that people have grown to love. Let’s take a closer look.
As you should all know by now, Triple Black sneakers are basically an all-black colorway of a shoe. That includes all the upper along with its accents, laces, lining and and everything else I may have missed. Triple Black also means that the shoe usually comes with an all-black sole unit as well. This Triple Black version of the adidas Tubular Doom is no different as the extended collar and lacing system also come in black. If you’re looking for a stealth look and feel on the Tubular Doom, you will be able to pick up a pair for $165 beginning March 17th.
The Tubular Doom is a good looking shoe, but I’d much rather pick up a colorway with color on it. The black is cool and all but in order to fully appreciate the aesthetics of the shoe I’d like to start off with another colorway.
Could The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Appear In NBA 2K16

Ronnie Singh, the Community Lead At 2K, posted this picture today of the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 that he received as a gift. You’re probably asking why it’s even relevant, right? The interesting piece of news comes with the caption that he wrote with the picture.
The captions reads “New @adidas #Yeezy fire came over today from my guy @jrdup21. Think these would be pretty sick in#MyPARK. Whatcha all think?” For those us that play video games, specifically NBA 2K16, you’d probably know that Ronnie just hinted that the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 could possibly be appearing in the game. Ronnie is the man that can have sneakers scanned and have them show up in the game via an update, so if anyone has the power to get this done it’s him.
