With triple white, blue and burgundy colorways already introduced, the new adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 is unveiled in yet another finish, this time consisting of Olive.

The upper flaunts a ribbed-like Primeknit construction with olive streaks following throughout, while the reinforcing cage system is rendered in a translucent makeover. A black heel counter further complements the theme, as it all rests atop a crisp white boost sole unit to finish its design.

First Look At The adidas Alphabounce Beige

adidas Running switched up their coveted Primeknit and Boost combination when introducing the adidas Alphabounce, an affordable runner with a head-turning design and construction championing ForgedMESH and AlphaBOUNCE technologies. The pattern heavy colorways that coincided with the Alphabounce’s debut helped the $100 model crossover into lifestyle territory with relative ease, and the latest “Oatmeal/Beige” shade will continue that winning streak once again.

The adidas Alphabounce “Beige” takes on a tonal sandy shade with an updated ventilated mesh upper that’s been revised for a sleeker, more functional design. The bolstered lace eyelets and supportive midfoot now comes equipped with a near-iridescent hit of copper to match the speckled brown tints throughout while an off-white holds down that unique ribbed midsole for a subtle finish to one of the more interesting running models on the market today.

Be sure to check out more of the latest adidas Alphabounce colorway below and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on a release date in the near future right here on Sneaker News.

Love the color selection, not crazy about the model. With price was a little lower, but the use of Primeknit justifies the price, I guess.

The adidas Alpha Bounce Will Soon Be Releasing This Smooth Tonal Beige Colorway

adidas AlphaBOUNCE 1 adidas AlphaBOUNCE 3 adidas AlphaBOUNCEadidas AlphaBOUNCE 2

It’s not quite a vachetta tan construction, but it does share a very similar look and motif. Up next for the adidas Alpha Bounce is this tonal iteration that has the model done in an all-Beige colorway.

This time around, the Alpha Bounce rocks the two different tonal shades of Beige, one on the BOUNCE infused midsole and another on the seamless upper. No word yet on when these will be dropping, but there’s no doubt in my mind this will be a hot seller when they do. Priced at $100, let us know if you plan on copping a pair, or two.

Author’s Take

The model has never really garnered much of my attention, but seeing it in this colorway makes me reconsider picking up a pair. Very nice, adidas.

Interview: Kyle Lowry Talks Call Of Duty, Wearing adidas NMDs Or Yeezys To A Game

“Hell no.”

That’s what Kyle Lowry told me when I asked him if he would wear a pair of Yeezys in an NBA game. Because whenever you interview an adidas athlete the conservation almost always leads to a question about Kanye. Something about SEO and getting people to click and stuff. There’s actually more to that answer but we’ll get to it later.

So here’s why we got a chance to speak with Kyle: Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The next installment in the billion-dollar video game franchise is dropping on November 4 and in the lead-up to the game, Lowry was talking to the media about his love of all things CoD. Being an NBA All-Star and Olympic Gold Medalist can take up quite a bit of your time, but Lowry makes sure to hop on to a game or two with some of the younger guys on the squad.

On playing Call of Duty lately:

“Nah, we’re still on the road right now. We’re in D.C. so I haven’t had a chance to get into [Infinite Warfare] and to have some with it yet.

I’ve been a fan of the series for a long time now. The game first came out when I was younger and a couple of years in the league already and me and my teammates would just play and get in from a late night and hop on a game. It was also a way to keep in touch with my friends back home and to be able to get online and still interact and have a video game relationship (laughs).”

Does his bring his own console on the road:

“Nah, man, I let the younger kids do that. I like to have fun with those guys and just enjoy the camaraderie with (his teammates).

I always get guys like Terrence (Ross) to play but it’s usually just whoever has the game and console to bring it around. There might be one or two guys who do that so you just go and hop on.”

His favorites from the past:

“I think (the first) Modern Warfare was my favorite one. Just the fact that it was so hyped when it first came out and being that type of (shooter) and the graphics were so far and ahead of everything else. It was a good, fun game, but it lived up to the hype.”

On how he plays CoD:

“I like to play sniper and get people where they can’t see me. I’ve tried the running around thing and that’s cool, but I like to try different tactics.

I’m an old school guy, man. I don’t need to be wall-running or doing that futuristic type stuff. I’m more into the battle and strategy that goes into it.

NBA
NBA

His relationship with adidas:

“I was actually with adidas for my first four and a half years in the league (before switching to PEAK and then coming back to adidas). They’ve always treated me well and they’re on top, man. It’s a great relationship, I love the company, they’ve done things the right away and they’re changing their style and always looking to the future.”

The switch from non-Boost adidas shoes to Boost:

“The comfort and stability are amazing. It’s always on balance and keeps you tight. The Boost gives you that confidence that you can just put it on new and go out and play.”

Sneaker History
Sneaker History

His go-to adidas Originals for off the court:

“Right now it’s the NMDs. I used to be all-white shelltoe guy, but right now the NMDs, they’re one of my favorites like the all-white pair. It’s the style and the simplicity of the shoe. You can wear them with any color and the changes between each NMD is so subtle. Like one or two pieces on the shoes can be different but changes so much. You can have an all-white NMD with speckles and then a different can have just slight changes. And they are comfortable as hell; you can wear them with sweats, you can wear them with jeans.”

On what he’s wearing for the season:

“I got the (Crazylight Boost 2016) for the first half of the season and then something new later on. I’m looking forward to wearing the different colorways that I got and the different jersey combinations that we’ll have for the season. I’m just looking to wearing them and winning games in them. I got some personal pairs that I might not be allowed to wear (because they don’t match the uniforms), but I’m thinking of going and doing it. They nice like that so for one of those national TV games I might break them out.”

Of course we talk about Yeezys:

“I got all of them. I don’t have the chocolate ones yet, but I think they’re on their way. But yeah, I have all of them and the most comfortable ones for me are the mountain boots (the 950s). Usually they try to get it so us as fast as possible and just it depends on the timing.

He’s brought so much to the brand (in terms of awareness and creativity). He’s shown a side of adidas that is just different from everything else. He can go out there and do his thing is unbelievable for adidas.”

Would he ever wear Yeezys on the court:

“Hell no (laughs). I can’t do that, man. I don’t feel safe enough to wear those in a game.”
