This Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race Stands For Liberty And Justice For All

“For liberty and justice for all”. That appears to be the message Pharrell is trying to deliver with this brand new Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race. This latest unveiled pair of Human Race sneakers comes dressed in a Tan upper highlighted by the Black “LIBERTY” and “JUSTICE” text placed on the right and left shoe. Adding to the minimal aesthetics of the shoe appears to be speckled rope laces and a colored Boost midsole (Tan perhaps?). Just like many Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race colorways we’ve seen lately, we’re not sure if these will end up releasing, but if they do we’ll be sure to let you know. Stay tuned.
adidas has just debuted a new runner for the ladies with the introduction of the adidas Athletics 24/7.
The adidas Athletics 24/7 is built with an added molded sockliner to encourage a faster recovery after your workout. The streamlined design features a flexible mesh upper with an adjustable lacing system, split tongue, and a lightweight EVA midsole. Finishing details include a textile lining and a rubber outsole. This pair seen above comes done in Burgundy on the majority of the upper with Black and White accents throughout. Ladies can purchase this pair right now at select adidas retailers for $100.
You knew it was coming. It was only a matter of time. But to be quite honest, this version of the adidas Iniki Runner dropped sooner than most of us expected. Above you will find the first ever Primeknit version of the adidas Iniki Runner.
I’m going to take it upon myself to name this sneaker the adidas Iniki Runner PK. This version of the Iniki Runner gets a modern upgrade by replacing the vintage looking upper that was usually made out of mesh and suede, with a brand new Primeknit construction. By doing so, this Iniki Runner no longer has that old school look and feel many of us were feeling. That’s not to say that upgrade is a bad one, it’s just one we have to get used to since the appearance of the entire shoe appears to make a 180 with this change. Accompanying the Primeknit upper us the use of suede on the heel, tongue and eyestay. Coming in four color options of Core Black/Crystal White, Raw Pink/Vapor Grey, Core Black/Raw Pink, and Grey/Core Black, the adidas Tubular Doom features a breathable and lightweight Primeknit upper with tonal detailing on the laces. Two of the colorways comes with tonal suede heel counters and two with contrasting heel counters. Every pair is then finished off with contrasting Tubular sole units.

adidas Skateboardings The Showcase Arrives In Los Angeles

Last week (Thursday), adidas Skateboarding?s global event series The Showcase made its stop in Los Angeles. For those who may not know, The Showcase is a community-driven group exhibition and cultural gathering designed to provide a creative platform to showcase works from rising artists and talent in skateboarding culture.
The event was held at the famed Seventh Letter Gallery and was hosted by Clint Peterson. It had featured artwork from nine different artists including adidas Skateboarding?s very own Pro rider Nora Vasconcellos; and artists Homeless Cop, Jason Keam, Ariel Wilson, Randy Gastelum (aka Randy Bruiser), Austin England (aka mochelife), Spacegoth, Jacob Messex, and Nicholas DelValle.
In addition, fellow adidas Pro team riders Na-kel Smith and Silas Baxter-Neal were in attendance to show their support. Everyone in attendance enjoyed complimentary drinks and a special live performance by The Technicolors who closed out the night.
Making each city its muse, The Showcase is curated by the community and encompasses the best up-and-coming talents while offering a unique experience and authentic representation of the people and the city. It enables the three-stripes brand to support the skate culture by elevating emerging, up-and-coming talent that is linked with the skate scene.
adidas Skateboarding looks to achieve the same authenticity and true representation of the local creative community across the globe. The brand aims to grow the creative locales and support their leading talents.

Last Friday, adidas Skateboarding and A$AP Ferg hosted a launch party in the Arts District neighborhood of Los Angeles for the second Trap Lord footwear and apparel collection collaboration. Not only was A$AP Ferg in attendance, he actually surprised top media, influencers, notable industry vets and party attendees with a surprise concert performance in celebration of the adidas Skateboarding x Trap Lord collection.
Before all of that happened, the adidas Skateboarding Skate Copa Court took place at the same venue with legendary Karl Watson and Matt Price co-hosting the day?s event. Skate Copa Court is an open skate jam that invites local skate shops and the community for friendly competition and cash prizes. adidas Skateboarding team riders Daewon Song, Pete Eldridge, Na-kel Smith, Jack Fardell, Miles Silvas, Alec Majerus, Silas Baxter-Neal, and Nora Vasconcellos were present and participated in team demos with the local skate community.
The adidas Skateboarding x Trap Lord collection was on display alongside complimentary drinks, food and giveaways for the packed event. The collection is inspired by the mismatched style and creativity of inner-city youth. From the contrasting clothing style worn by nomadic youth to mashup of genres, the collection bridges the gap between skate culture and hip-hop.
adidas Basketball Salutes Tracy McGradys Hall Of Fame Induction With Bold T-Mac Custom Sneakers

Although his career was filled with numerous injuries, Tracy McGrady managed to still have a Hall of Fame worthy career. That being said, Tracy McGrady will be entering the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame tomorrow as part of the 2017 class.
To celebrate the occasion, adidas Basketball linked up with artist Jon Moody to create custom adidas T-Mac designs inspired by epic career moments from 2002 to 2005. Above you will find custom creations of the T-Mac 1, 2, 3 and 5. During these years, McGrady was at the top of his game and the league. Arguably one of the best players in the league (during that 4 year stretch), the designs of the shoes commemorate T-Mac?s 46-point performance against the Detroit Pistons on Christmas Day and the 52-point outburst against the Chicago Bulls, among other games.

A Second Magenta x adidas Skateboarding Collection Is On The Way

Today we take a good look at this upcoming Magenta x adidas Skateboarding, the second collab collection between the two. Consisting of footwear and apparel collaboration the adidas Skateboarding x Magenta capsule puts a new lens on football, court, and track staples through original art direction and color palate. Functionality, adaptability, and attention to detail are central to Magenta?s vision and with adidas Skateboarding?s own legacy as the canvas, each piece is a testament to premium design and artistry.
The adidas Matchcourt RX x Magenta shoe is the key piece of the collaboration. It comes constructed out of a White perforated leather upper paired up with the classic Gold detailing found throughout. Other features include the pastel piping on the heel and the Magenta ?leaf? logo.
A nod to European Football culture and style, the Magenta Jacket is the boldest piece in the capsule, while still maintaining an intrinsically ornate quality. The focus is on premium materials and construction, from the heavyweight piqué fabric and embroidered detailing, to the full zip, stand-up collar, and ribbed cuffs and hem.
For this iteration of the modern sweatpants, adidas Skateboarding and Magenta focused on function and detail. The Magenta Pants are constructed with heavyweight piqué, the drawcord elastic waist and closed elastic cuffs, provide ample mobility and comfort. Adorned with signature Magenta art and fashioned with a secure, button flap back pocket, attention is focused to subtle detail and utility.
To exemplify simplicity, modernity, and heritage, the Magenta Tee takes an artistic spin on a staple. Featuring an aspirational illustration by Magenta?s Soy Panday, this ringer tee uses tonal embroidery, ribbed color contrast neck and cuffs, and a clean fit to convey the collaboration?s spirit. Additionally, the tee?s material itself was provided by partner Better Cotton Initiative, a partner driven to improve cotton farming globally.
Collegiate flair mixed with football heritage, Magenta co-designed the Magenta Jersey as a clean, classic, street staple. The jersey showcases bold simplicity, with its 3-Stripe sleeve branding, 100% piqué construction, and ribbed cuffs. As homage to their creative relationship, Magenta?s ?leaf? adorns the jersey?s front, balanced by the adidas trefoil.
The new adidas Skateboarding x Magenta collection will be available only through specialty retailers in the U.S. and theadidas Skateboarding website starting September 16.
