After releasing dad jeans-inspired cleats for Father’s Day, adidas Baseball returns to celebrate Independence Day with another vibrant colorway of the adidas adizero Afterburner 2017.

To celebrate Independence Day and America?s pastime, this adizero Afterburner 2017 pays tribute to the spirit of the holiday as adidas designers reminisced about the warm, sunny days of summer and the Fourth of July picnics from their childhood. The highlight of the day was an icy-cold popsicle enjoyed after a long day of playing in the sun. With those memories as inspiration, the limited edition adizero Afterburner ID4 features a melting popsicle theme that slowly fades from red into white and culminates with a blue heel and tongue. A wood popsicle stick-inspired badge sits atop the tongue and gold chrome stripes complete the look.

The popsicle theme continues onto the custom adizero sockliner while red and white striped lace tips add to the patriotic theme. A full-length LITESTRIKE EVA midsole provides comfort while a sparkly, iridescent plate with PROTRAX cleat configuration enables dynamic acceleration and traction.

Baseball fanatics can purchase the adidas adizero Afterburner 2017 Fourth Of July cleat on Tuesday, July 4th at adidas.com for $100. The limited edition cleats will also make their on-field debut on more than 100 #teamadidas baseball players over the weekend and for the holiday. ?

The adidas Y-3 Futurecraft 4D was spotted at this year’s Paris Fashion Week as part of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2018 apparel and footwear collection. This Y-3 version of the Futurecraft 4D model comes in a bit more of a lifestyle finish. The upper consists of a Primeknit-like base paired up with what appears to be a leather heel tab and a very unique lacing system that extends all the way down to the 4D sole unit.

The non-Y-3 version of the model is expected to make its debut this December (limited to 5,000 pairs), which hopefully means that this Y-3 version is not too far behind. You like what you see? Stay tuned as more info begins to surface.

Another Pharrell x adidas NMD Human Race colorway hs been spotted, but this one appears to be a sample. In other words, you can look, but you can’t touch. This time around the collaborative NMD rocks an Orange and Purple color scheme where the upper is done in Orange and the Purple takes care of the laces, caging system and EVA inserts on the White Boost midsole. Standout features on the shoe include the ?Rise? and ?Dawn? branding on the right and left shoe. If these even end up releasing, would you be down to pick up a pair? Two new colorways of the extremely popular adidas EQT Support 93/17 are set to drop next week as adidas has released official imagery.

Presented in Wonder Pink and Core Black, both of these iterations of the EQT Support 93/17 feature a classic pixelated graphic on the Primeknit upper with premium nubuck overlays, structured by the shoe?s signature molded TPU support panel and heel cap. Additional details include touches embroidery on the vamp, EQT branding on the medial side and essential EQT webbing tape showing the 3-Stripe mark. Down below we see a full-lwngth BOOST midsole with molded EQT features showing the 3-Stripe mark. Both pairs will release globally at select adidas retailers on July 8th for $180.

Last week President of the New York Knicks, Phil Jackson received lots of criticism for stating that he would consider trading away rising star Kristaps Porzingis if the right deal came along for the betterment of the team. The 7 foot 3 inch Latvian recently took to his social media to give us a look at a crazy colorway of the adidas Crazy Explosive 17 which features the colors of his national team. The Primeknit upper is done in maroon with white accents and asymmetrical translucent outsoles that depict the Latvian crest. Dope, right? These will most likely never hit retailers, but they’re definitely clean. Hopefully adidas has fun with the outsoles on future releases.
