PUMA has created City Packs – a series of limited edition boots tied to four different cities across the world. First up: Los Angeles.

Puma links up with Niky’s Sports (soccer retailer) to release the Niky?s Sports x PUMA City Pack Los Angeles inspired by the beating heart of Los Angeles. The partnership showcases the true roots and beauty of Los Angeles, CA. Niky’s Sports first opened its doors in 1986 in the city of Los Angeles by an immigrant family from El Salvador. It soon has become the one of the top soccer specialty retailers in Southern California with its heart being in the city. Neighborhood culture is imbedded in the LA community. Each district having its own diverse feel that is full of proud heritage and family history. This collaboration highlights three prominent districts of Los Angeles – The Jewelry District, Floral District and Fashion District.

The first piece of footwear is the PUMA Future boot – recognized for its knitted Netfit upper and bold look on pitch it perfectly embodies the spirit of the Jewelry District. Known for its radiant history with beautiful art-deco architecture the jewelry district in Los Angeles is the largest in the United States. This silhouette was inspired by cash, gold and precious gems the for its design. With a full muted green upper that gives way for influences of gold to pop throughout.

The second boot of this collection is the PUMA One, identified for its sleek appearance on the pitch the PUMA One gets revamped with inspiration from the Floral District. In the early 1900’s flower farmers drove horse-drawn carriages to sell their pickings in the area. Today, the Floral District is a six-block market place with over 200 flower dealers. Now the district is home to some of the largest selections of textiles and designs in the United States. Peaking interests for everything from novelty items to exotic silks and European upholstery. This piece of the collaboration was created with history in mind. The Classic Puma CELL Endura From The 90s Makes Its Return Next Month

Back in the 90s Puma created and released their Puma CELL Technology which was said to be one of the most durable and resilient cushioning technologies of the day. Twenty years later Puma celebrates the anniversary by reissuing a classic from the PUMA Archive: the Puma CELL Endura.

Back in 1998, PUMA introduced the first iteration of CELL Technology for stable cushioning. Stability came from blow-molded polyurethane elastomer (TPU) that was configured in a pattern of hexagonal cells. Combinations of these cells allowed us to engineer cushioning and solve for a variety of running needs.

The Puma CELL Endura was the brand’s pinnacle model in the CELL range. Being that the retro/chunky runner is currently trending, Puma thought it was a perfect time to bring back this 90s classic in its best form yet on the eve of the PUMA CELL?s 20th anniversary.

The Puma CELL Endura comes with standout features such as the distinctive eyelets, a chunky silhouette, and its green CELL Technology. Staying true to its OG glory, the model is updated purely with new materials and new production techniques. It maintains the running tech detailing of the original model along with the rubber toe cap plus a unique eyelet stay for the laces. The sneaker?s last was referenced from the PUMA Archive and reworked to create a sleeker toe shape. The original CELL Endura was hand-stitched but this version has evolved with the times and features digital stitching. A breathable mesh upper with suede overlays and PU coated leather overlays cover the upper which sits atop an EVA midsole and rubber outsole.

Look for the Puma CELL Endura to drop on October 4th at select retailers, PUMA.com and PUMA stores worldwide.
