Take A Walk On The Wild Side With The Nike Air Max 97 Red Leopard

One of the loudest and craziest colorways of the Nike Air Max 97 has just surfaced and it’s one that is expected to drop during the current holiday season.

This Air Max 97 starts off by being covered in a red mesh and leather throughout the majority of the upper with strategic black accents seen on the piping, and the branding on the side panels, tongue, and heel. This Air Max 97 takes a walk on the wild side thanks to the addition of leopard print on the racing stripe that wraps all around the upper as well as on the insoles. A red midsole with a Black Air Unit and a red rubber outsole keep things two toned down below.

We still don’t have a release date to report for the Nike Air Max 97 Red Leopard but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.

The RAC x UBIQLAB Nike Air More Force Noir Custom Makes Visions Come To Life

Artist RAC and UBIQLab join forces to make one of RAC’s visions come to life. The shoe custom you see above is dubbed the RAC x UBIQLAB Nike Air More Force Noir. It started off as a sketch done by RAC which marries an Air Force 1 upper and places it on top of the Air More Uptempo sole. That alone makes for a very unique and creative custom but RAC took it up a notch by giving the shoe a genuine connection to himself and adding details that are inspired by the journey that we call life.

The RAC x UBIQLAB Nike Air More Force Noir starts off with a premium leather and rough-out suede construction. The luxe motif is complimented by the giant 3M Swoosh intended to look like duct tape as a nod to RAC’s personal customs and the idea of getting a concept off by any means. The multiple Swooshes on the side panels is a nod to John Geiger’s “Misplaced Checks”, a friend of RAC who encouraged him to get out there and create his own sneaker by any means necessary. The colors used on the shoe are inspired by RAC’s time growing up in the Middle East. Olive represents the Kingdom’s royal color and the suede is inspired by the sand and Desert Storm camo. Get a good look at the RAC x UBIQLAB Nike Air More Force Noir above and let us know what you think.

Want a pair? A potential release could very well happen in the near future, but expect the number of available pairs to be extremely limited. Make sure you give RAC and UBIQLAB a follow for release info on this potential custom drop.
