Official Images: Nike Air Max Plus OG Sunset

It’s the 20th anniversary of the Nike Air Max Plus, and one of its original colorways like the Sunset theme is making a comeback this fall. Officially colored in a mixture of Black, Pimento, and Ceramic Resin, the model was originally designed by Sean McDowell, and he was inspired by a Florida sunset, which explains the mesh upper covered in the dramatic sunset tone. The sneaker’s signature wavy black synthetic overlays are a nod to the palm trees that inspired McDowell when designing the shoe in sunshine state, while a translucent plastic toe cap, white midsole and orange Air Max unit completes the design.

Retailing for $170, look for the Nike Air Max Plus OG Sunset at select Nike stores and online on November 24. Always keep it locked to KicksOnFire for the latest in sneaker news, release dates and where to purchase your favorite kicks.
