The Nike Air Max 1 Grand Piano is considered a grail to a lot of sneakerheads. When it made it debut way back in 2009, this Air Max 1 was limited to just 400 pairs as it released exclusively at PHANTACi?s Taiwan store. Fifteen years later, Nike will once more be dropping the “Grand Piano” iteration of the Nike Air Max as a wider release, giving us another chance at copping this highly coveted release.

Arriving in an official color scheme listed as White/Black-Metallic Gold-Pink Rise, the sneaker is defined by its Black and Gold patent leather overlays that work alongside the White leather and mesh base. Standout details come by way of the two sets of ?Piano? lace locks that come in both Black and Pink. Also worth noting, the 2009 pair come with PHANTACi-branded locks, whereas this 2024 version does not, which most likely means that this release will not be associated with the Taiwanese retailer. Finishing touches include the plush Pink velvet sock liner, the additional Gold hits on the top eyelets, Black laces, and the Nike branding on the insoles, tongue tags and heel tabs. Lastly, the sneaker gets with with a White midsole atop a speckled Pink outsole.

UPDATE (4/17): Nike has officially announced that the Nike Air Max 1 Grand Piano retro will debut on April 27th, exclusively at Phantaci stores, followed by a wider release on May 5th through SNKRS.

Not to be confused with the Nike Dunk Low Court Purple that released in May 2022, another very similar white/purple colorway of the popular silhouette will be releasing next summer we get a first look at the Nike Dunk Low “Concord”. Taking on a simple two-tone color makeup, this Nike Dunk Low gets constructed out of a full smooth leather on the upper with White serving as the base hue and the defining Concord Purple hue noted on the overlays, Swooshes, laces, tongue tags, inner liner, and heel tabs. To keep things uniform we see white rubber midsoles and Concord outsoles to wrap things up.

Arriving in a two-tone finish, this new iteration of the Dunk Low is given a Viotech and White color scheme. Color and contrast is added to the shoe by way of the Viotech hits on the Swoosh logos, tongue tags, overlays, laces, and durable rubber sole. Bold in design, this women’s iteration of the Zoom Vomero 5 is given a monochromatic finish consisting of a Racer Blue finish that comes constructed out of breathable mesh with leather overlays. A closer look also unveiled suede eyestays, 3M reflective hits and Metallic Silver Swoosh logos. Even more Blue hits land on the plastic cage, heel overlays, and two-tone midsole. A Black rubber outsole completes the look.

Done in a White/Black-Game Royal color scheme, this latest unveiled colorway of the Nike KD 17 definitely gives us some Nike Air Penny line vibes. Inspired by the colors of the Orlando Magic (the team that drafted Penny Hardaway), the KD 17 is defined by its wavy vertical lines that are inspired by the Air Max Plus?s thermoplastic veins. This standout feature helps KD’s latest signature model stand out from the pack. Additionally the KD 17 also features a Cushlon midsole design that mimics the contours of the Nike Air Talaria running shoe. This feature manages to seamlessly blend style with functionality. Patta will be joining forces with Nike to drop a collaboration centered around the Nike Air Huarache Plus.

Previewed below, the Patta x Nike Air Huarache Plus collab looks to deliver a product that seamlessly blends style with functionality. Arriving in three different colorways to choose from, this revamped iteration of the Air Huarache comes with an open-mesh toe box alongside a neoprene inner bootie and the use of leather on the overlays. What really makes this version unique are the buckled nylon straps as well as the tongue branding that reads ?Air Huarache by Patta,? and the ?Nike Patta? text on the heel pull tabs. Fans of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Linen will be happy to hear that the fan-favorite sneaker from the Nike CO.JP collection is slated to make a return in 2024. For those that may not know, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Linen first made its debut back in 2001 as part of the aforementioned Nike CO.JP collection. Initially dropping as a Japan exclusive, the shoe dropped once more back in 2016 coinciding with the opening of Kith?s Miami store during the Art Basel festivities.
