Sole Fly is in point when it comes to keeping Florida vibes strong with their Jordan collaborations, as the previous Air Jordan 3 “Lottery” and Jordan Spiz’ike “Hurricanes” captures local and state-wide culture and colors down to a tee. With a cryptic tweet released today, Miami-based SoleFly reveals an upcoming project with Jordan Brand on a sneaker that will be revealed shortly. There’s plenty to look forward to from Carlos and the Sole Fly team, so stay tuned for updates.
The Air Jordan 14 Indiglo Returns This Summer (Video)

The Air Jordan 14 Indiglo is back for the first time since the original release in 1999. A lot has changed in the sneaker world since that time, but one thing that has stayed constant is the unique place that the Air Jordan 14 holds in the hearts and minds of sneakerheads and Michael Jordan fans all across the world. While many remember the 14 as Jordan’s final game shoe as a Chicago Bull and revere it as such, others don’t put that much stock to them and save their love for Air Jordans 1-13. Released in June of 1999, the Indiglo 14 is also unique for not having a Chicago-style colorway, which was rare for the time period. Now one of the final OGs gets a retro release later this year and it will be interesting to see how the world reacts.

Jimmy Butler and Carmelo Anthony Wear Air Jordan 31 For Team USA

After getting what we believed to be a leaked look at the upcoming Air Jordan 31 over the weekend, today things got much more official a Jimmy Butler and Carmelo had the sneakers on full display with Team USA.
The two Jordan Brand stars are pictured above wearing the Air Jordan 31 in a USA/Olympic colorway. Melo and Butler seem to be wearing the same colorway which features a white knitted upper with blue and red accents. At the moment the Air Jordan 31 is expected to release on September 3rd. Jordan Brand just unveiled a sick Team USA team photo, and they may have unveiled the Air Jordan 31 on the feet of their brand athletes Carmelo Anthony and Jimmy Butler. From afar, the shoes like Nike product thanks to the Swoosh on the upper, but based on leaked photos of the Jordan 31 in the black/red colorway, the similarities are clear. Jimmy Butler already confirmed that he’d wear the Air Jordan 31 during the Olympics, and it looks like Carmelo Anthony may as well. The rest of the Team USA roster reps Nike, with the exception of Harrison Barnes and Kyle Lowry (adidas) and Klay Thompson (ANTA). Check out the full photo ahead.

Long before Drake earned a shoe deal with Jordan Brand, there was another prominent rapper who was doing wonders for Nike. An “influencer” before the term took off, Will Smith loved to rock sneakers – especially Jordans – during his Fresh Prince of Bel-Air days that it has become one of the enduring legacies of the show. Well, besides the short jokes, Carlton Dance and Will emotes that could fill up an emoji keyboard nowadays.
While Smith wore Js of all kinds on the show, the pair that he’s most associated with is the Air Jordan 5. Will wore the 5s in various episodes and on plenty of promotional material. The bond is so tight that Jordan Brand actually created an entire collection – including a new Air Jordan 5 colorway – that were unofficially inspired by the Fresh Prince.

The Air Jordan 5 in its classic Black/Metallic Silver colorway is set to be revived once again this season, as additional imagery of the forthcoming silhouette continue to be released as we’re days away from its arrival.
Simply one of the brand?s most versatile offerings with its distinctive colorwya, black comprises its majority, which is applied on the nubuck upper and midsole unit. Pops of grey are seen on the signature netting and reflective tongue to pronounce the stealthy build, while shimmering silver accents are prominent on the shark teeth-inspired component on the midsole, which also incorporates subtle Black speckling to give the model more appeal. More detailed previews of the upcoming Air Jordan 3 Cyber Monday are presented once again, as this particular variation of the silhouette will be the model’s first after a two year hiatus.
Mimicking the AJ 1 that released last year, the sneaker?s aesthetic is simply a clean two-tone makeup. Stealthy black covers the smooth and textured leather upper, while it’s juxtaposed against a crisp, white rubber sole unit to solidify the overall makeup. Subtle, yet distinguishable elements consists of a classic Jumpman embroidery on the tongue, as the rear portion reveals the distinctive Jumpman branded patch, which is treated in a tonal matte finish.

I?m biased towards the silhouette and even though it looks somewhat boring, the colorway is a classic. I?m not really into it that much yet. It might grow on me as the months pass till its official release though, but, I?ll still probably purchase since it?s a simple and clean offering.

Jordan Brand is paying homage to the 2016 Summer Olympics by releasing a bold colorway of the Air Jordan 11 Low. Said to be dropping sometime in September for the retail price of $170, let’s get a look at the latest images of the Air Jordan 11 Low Metallic Gold.
The low-top 11 comes constructed in a way we’re not used to seeing the 11 Low come in. One major difference on the shoe is the fact that the White upper comes in a leather construction instead of the customary mesh build we’re used to seeing on the shoe. Giving the shoe it’s Olympic touch is the Metallic Gold patent leather overlay placed on the toe and mudguard that goes all around the shoe. In addition to the Metallic Gold, the shoe also comes with Black hits located on the tongue tag, lining, and heel. Finishing up the look of the shoe is the clear translucent outsole placed below.
