The latest offerings of the women’s adidas Tubular Defiant looks a little different. Can you guess what’s missing? Figure it out yet? It’s the laces, they’re gone!

This new modification ends up giving the sleek looking adidas shoe even more of a sleeker aesthetic. The shoe’s upper now only consists of the neoprene strap construction and a premium leather heel. Coming in either off-White or Black, the shoes are paired up with tonal sole units to complete the monochromatic look. Both pairs are said to be dropping as a part of Rita Ora?s upcoming collection, you can now pick up either of these two colorways at select international retailers.

The removal of the laces, really gives the shoe a brand new look. I wouldn’t be surprised if these do well as a men’s shoe if adidas ever decides of doing that.

Severe weather is making it real difficult for the Hot 97 Summer Jam to take toake place today. The latest update shows that the Summer Jam Festival Village Stage may have to be cancelled due to weather but there’s still a chance that the main stage performances will still be happening. If that ends up being the case keep an eye out for Jay-Z and Fat Joe as they may be seen wearing custom versions of the adidas Originals Stan Smith. The Stan Smiths will come with custom lasered hits that say Roc-a-fella for Jay-Z and the Terror Squad logo for Fat Joe. With extreme attention to detail, adidas Originals replicates the shape and materials of the early ’90s version of the Gazelle with premium suede, leather interiors, and off-white soles for a vintage look. Expect more colorways to come, but for now you can preview the dark green and slate blue Gazelles from the Vintage Suede pack (also including a light grey version not pictured) that launch at select adidas Originals retailers globally on June 3rd.

More adidas NMD R1 colorways are on the way. As a matter of fact, a total of 5 brand new iterations are set to drop next weekend. One of those drops is the women’s adidas NMD R1 Vapor Pink.

Constructed out of a mesh upper, the shoe takes on the tonal route as a Vapor Pink colorway takes care of the majority of the shoe. A lighter shade of pink is spotted on the heel tab and Three Stripes. Offsetting the tonal look from the upper is the all-White Boost sole unit. It’s safe to say that the adidas Ultra Boost ST will never be more popular than the adidas Ultra Boost. That’s not to say that the model is no good at all. In fact, it may be better than the Ultra Boost, but since the Ultra Boost has more of a casual aesthetic, it manages to garner more people’s attention. Today we take a look at the official images of the adidas Ultra Boost ST Running White.

Coming in an all-White upper, the shoe comes with a Primeknit construction on the upper. Offsetting the tonal look of the shoe are the hits of Blue and Orange placed in areas throughout the shoe. Additional White can be seen on the caging system as well as on the heel counter. A White Boost midsole and Blue Continental rubber outsole round out the main features on the shoe. Although adidas brought back the adidas Gazelle make it look more like the original version, the look and this new iteration is anything but “classic”. Donning a reptilian look, let’s get a better look at the adidas Gazelle Sliced Snake.

The Gazelle opts to take the luxe/modern look by coming with an upper constructed out of a Black premium nubuck covered in a snakeskin texture. Hits of White leather can be seen on the heel tab and Three Stripes branding which not only adds contrast but even more of a premium feel. Gazelle branding comes in a Metallic Gold hue placed right above the Three Stripes branding. Lastly, a Beige colored sole unit give the shoe a bit of a vintage aesthetic. Another adidas NMD R1 Primeknit set to drop on June 10th is the Beige colorway you see above. If you’re looking to expand your adidas NMD collection, this pair is a pretty clean pair to add to your arsenal.

Primeknit construction in a Beige colorway takes care of the body of the shoe. Even more of the same hue is placed on everything else on the upper not made out of Primeknit. The only means of contrast appears on the full-length Boost sole unit. Like all the other pairs release on June 10th, this one also appears to be a Europe-release only. No word yet on whether these arrive stateside, but if they do we will be sure to let you know.
