The adidas Tubular Invader receives a premium update for the summer season, as it’s now detailed with a distinctive mid-foot strap that’s reminiscent of the popular Yeezy Boost 750 silhouette.

With this pair somewhat of a budget variation, the model does sport a premium construction with a full hairy suede upper shaded in light beige. The high-top is model is further detailed with a heel strap for additional flair, while the rear and sole incorporate subtle branding.

Further detailed with subtle perforations on the toe box, the silhouette is rounded out by a crisp white sole unit with bright pops of red on the heel.

You can purchase this pair at select adidas stores overseas starting July 15th for approximately $147. Stay tuned for its availability stateside.

New information has just been revealed regarding NBA 2K17. Ronnie 2K appeared on the NBA 2KTV Season 2 Finale and announced that Yeezys will finally be coming to NBA 2K17. Yup. I have an idea lots of people will be pretty hyped about this because since most aren’t able to get Yeezys in real life (stupid resell prices), at least they’ll be able to put them on their favorite basketball players. Whether it’ll be the 350s or 750s hasn’t been announced yet, but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.

The craze over the adidas Originals ZX Flux has died down significantly as adidas seems to be focusing their attention on some of the Tubular models as well as simpl and minimal designs of classics like the Stan Smith and Superstar.

Breathing some new life into the ZX Flux line is this new silhouette known as the adidas ZX Flux Virtue Sock. The low-top silhouette features a breathable and lightweight Primeknit or mesh upper with a collar that slightly resembles the NMD as well as some reinforcing on the toe and heel. Adidas branding is only present on the tongue and heel tab as no three stripes branding can be seen anywhere on the shoe.

Lately the adidas NMD has been featured with heavy doses of text on the upper, which some people may or may not like. If you’re into something more classic and easy to rock then this new colorway is for you.

This new pairs of NMDs that you see above comes in a tonal hue as the entire breathable mesh upper is done in a timeless shade of olive green. Adding some contrast is a White Boost midsole which has olive and grey EVA inserts. A black rubber outsole serves as the finishing touch.

First released outside of the USA last month, the arrival of the white adidas NMD stateside, has finally been confirmed by the German sportswear label.

Earlier today via adidas’ official twitter account, the company published a tweet referencing the official release date, which is scheduled for Friday, July 15th. The silhouette will also be joined alongside the City Sock in black — another silhouette that recently debuted overseas first.

After giving you a look at the black Ultra Boost with a hit of gold earlier today, we now take a look at another Ultra Boost that has been floating around for the past couple of months.

Previously believed to be just a sample colorway, it now appears that the Chocolate colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost will be hitting retailers. Up above are official images of the shoe which comes with a white and grey Primeknit upper with chocolate detailing on the laces,, heel counter, side panel cages, and the leather tongue. The leather hit on the tongue is a new detail that hasn?t really been seen in the past that adds a nice touch of luxury to this otherwise casual runner. Finishing things off is a white BOOST midsole and black rubber outsole.

No official release date has been announced yet but this chocolate Ultra Boost is expected to release some time this Summer. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more updates.

adidas Originals has been thriving off of the momentum found in their woven sock-like uppers over the past year, and the trend only continues to grow until it reaches critical mass. For those of you missing the days of the adidas ZX Flux dating back to 2013, it’s nice to know that adidas hasn’t completely forgotten about the retro running-inspired lifestyle model. Today we get a look at the freshly minted adidas ZX Flux Virtue Sock which blends the latest trend of woven slip-on uppers with lingering inspirations from the ZX Flux. The heel cage is missing and replaced by a simple suede panel while the blocky midsole is slimmed down for a more Tubular-like feel.
