Last week former NBA MVP Derrick Rose was traded by the team who drafted him and was sent to the Big Apple to play for the new York Knicks. The last few years of Rose’s career have been filled with injury after injury which resulted in him missing lots of time and him also losing some explosiveness.
Now part of a struggling New York Knicsk team, Phil Jackson and the entire state of New York are hoping and praying that Rose can team up with Melo, Porzingis and maybe one other big name player to lead the Knicks back to the playoffs. Considered as a fresh start for D Rose, he’ll be wearing a new sneaker come next season with the adidas D Rose 7. Up above we take a look at three upcoming colorways that will be arriving at retailers later this year. The D Rose 7 will feature full-length Boost cushioning along with a Primeknit upper.
Take a look at all three color options above and let us know your thoughts (so far) on the D Rose 7. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more.

Author’s Take
I’ve never considered actually buying an adidas D Rose sneaker, but the fact that this new D Rose 7 has Boost technology and a Primeknit upper is definitely a plus.
