Will The KITH x adidas Ultra Boost Mid Triple White Be A Friends And Family Release

kith-adidas-ultra-boost-mid-triple-white-ronnie-fieg-01 kith-adidas-ultra-boost-mid-triple-white-ronnie-fieg-02

This isn’s the first time we’ve seen this all-White iteration of the KITH x adidas Ultra Boost Mid, but this is definitely the first time we’ve heard that it could possibly be a Friends and Family only release. Damn. Although that’s currently just a rumor and there is still a chance that the general could be getting their hands on pairs, we just want to put it out there so you won’t get your hopes up too high. Then again, we all came across this stockroom image showing a bunch of the shoes in boxes, which could also mean that the shoe could be getting a widespread release? Maybe? Yes? I guess we’re going to have to wait and see.

What you see above is the latest image of the KITH x adidas Ultra Boost Mid Triple White. Coming in uncaged fashion, this mid-top version of the Ultra Boost comes in an all-White Primeknit upper sitting on top of a White Boost midsole. The only means on contrast is found by way of the Metallic Silver heel counter to give the shoe some extra oomph. Not pictures are KITH branding hits noted on both the insoles and tongue. Would you like to see these release? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

I love the Ultra Boost in mid-top form, but I wouldn’t pick up this all-White colorway. Way too much maintenance. I don’t need to be adding that stress to my life. Haha.

adidas Will Be Dropping Its First 3D-Printed Shoe Soon

adidas has just announced that it’ll be making its 3D technology shoes available to purchase for the first time with a limited edition release.

The aptly named 3D Runner is defined by an engineered 3D printed web structure with dense zones in high force areas and less dense zones in the low force areas, allowing for the optimum level of performance. A black Primeknit upper ensures high style, superior fit and performance, while a 3D printed heel counter has also been integrated into the midsole and avoids the typical process of gluing or stitching. Notable benefits include greater elasticity, compliancy and support.

Originally unveiled this past August, this highly innovative silhouette will be available for $333 via adidas Confirmed in New York, with sign ups starting today and reservations opening tomorrow, Dec. 13th.

Pairs can be picked up on Dec. 15 at adidas NYC, the brand?s newest flagship store.

In addition, a limited number of the shoes will also be made available on Dec. 15th in London and Tokyo.

Author’s Take

It was only a matter of time before 3D printing would be utilized for shoe making. This offering is a great example of what the future holds for the industry. I’m a fan and pretty biased right now.

The KITH x adidas Ultra Boost Mid Triple White Emerges

Ronnie Fieg and KITH’s 2016 has seen impressive collaboration after impressive collaboration drop at retailers for a number of the hottest brands, and their relationship with adidas continues to grow stronger with every drop. While the adidas Ultra Boost Mid “Triple White” is rumored to be a Friends and Family release only, there’s been some stockroom photos floating around featuring more than enough proof to hint at a widespread release coming in the near future.

The Ultra Boost Mid Triple White features a head-turning chrome heel support while a bolstered snow-white Primeknit gets an extension to wrap comfortably around your foot for a sock-like fit. There’s still no word yet on whether this pair will stay Friends and Family, but based on some recent photos circulating around Twitter, we have some reason to be hopeful for at least a limited release.

Ronnie Fieg Releases adidas Collaboration For KITH Aspen Opening

Ronnie Fieg’s 2016 has been highlighted by a number of high-profile collaborations with seemingly every must-have brand on the market. KITH has remained busy with their usual set of premium New Balance and ASICS retro runners, but they’ve also been busy adding a Miami flagship location to their arsenal of retail spots and have hit a stride with adidas Originals that’s only grown in momentum with every collaborative release. Today we get a look at the coming KITH adidas Trail Boost, a winterized implementation of the comfortable cushioning system that fits perfectly into KITH’s upcoming “Aspen” Collection.

The adidas Trail Boost features rich navy and obsidian accents throughout as a bolstered mesh pairs nicely with rich nubuck and Ronnie’s favorite pigskin suede. Bold three-stripe overlays leading into the lace eyelets have an almost adidas Y-3 aesthetic in origin.

There’s no word yet on an official Release Date, but you can count on this pair arriving before the New Year. What do you think of the initial preview? Stay tuned for more updates regarding Ronnie Fieg and KITH’s latest adidas collaboration in the near future right here on Sneaker News.

The newly-introduced adidas Tubular Shadow Knit is featured in one if its inaugural colorways this season with mystic blue or simply deep navy.

A modern style that unmistakably takes inspiration from the popular adidas Yeezy Boost 350, this variation bears a similar sleek and simple profile with a woven composition covered in the understated tone. A slightly darker hue is utilized for its full-length sole unit to maintain a monochromatic and minimalist finish.

You can purchase this street culture and high fashion-inclined pair at select adidas retailers worldwide now for $110.

Even if it looks like budget Yeezys, the design is pretty nice. I prefer the tan and black versions, although, this pair is still a solid/stylish option. It?ll be interesting to see how this sells.
