A few hours before Myles Garrett was selected as the #1 overall draft pick by the Cleveland Browns in the 2017 NFL Draft yesterday, adidas announced an agreement to a multiyear partnership with the rising star.

Garrett already has a few achievements under his belt, including Dallas area Defensive Player of the Year as a high school senior, finalist honors for the Lombardi and Hendricks Awards as the nation’s top defender as a sophomore, and finishing his college career at Texas A&M as a 3-time All-American and ranked seventh all-time in the SEC in sacks. With his unique blend of speed and power, Garrett is one of the fastest and most intimidating athletes in the game and is sure to be a terror for quarterbacks for years to come.

Garrett joins the adidas Football roster that includes Offensive Rookie of the Year Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys, Defensive Rookie of the Year Joey Bosa of the Los Angeles Chargers, Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller of the Denver Broncos, among others.

Perhaps the most luxurious edition of the modern classic skate shoe ever, the Dennis Busenitz signature model gets an ultra premium bison leather upper by renowned Chicago tannery Horween Leather Company. The soft and supple textured leather is presented in a tonal deep burgundy shade with embossed branding, while a semi-translucent gum sole, additional leather lining, and waxed laces all add the perfect final touches. The Busenitz Pro Horween will be available at specialty adidas retailers worldwide starting May 1st for $120.

The adidas Ultra Boost ATR Mid has yet to release in stores, but we’re getting some advanced looks at some colorways that you can expect to hit retail. This khaki pair is the latest to surface, as it comes packaged with a tonal heel cup, black Primeknit embedded into the upper, and a black ankle rim. A release date for the Ultra Boost Mid has yet to be confirmed, but we expect a late Summer/early Fall release as the model itself is more fitting for that time of year. The women’s adidas EQT Support ADV will be receiving a new colorway of tactile green for its latest iteration this year. The sleek runner features a mixed material upper consisting of breathable mesh with synthetic and nubuck overlays placed along the sides and heel section. An off-white colored EVA midsole is applied for a complementing finish, while other details include branding on the tongue, heel and the signature three stripes across its side panels.
