adidas and Prada are teaming up once more on yet another footwear collaboration. This time, instead of Prada doing their thing on an adidas silhouette, adidas will be bringing  its expertise to Prada, creating the forward thinking A+P LUNA ROSSA 21 silhouette for the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team. 

Both Prada and adidas have continually expressed an innate passion for athletic performance. Prada has participated in the oldest trophy in sport, the America?s Cup, for over two decades with the Luna Rossa sailing team; adidas? continuous commitment to pioneering sporting innovation and precision technology has also extended to the America?s Cup, as the brand equipped a challenger team between 2005 and 2007. 

Crafted for the sport of sailing, the A+P LUNA ROSSA 21 shoes is inspired by the design of the new AC75 Luna Rossa boat as well as iconic Prada and adidas sneakers from the past. Celebrating a shared legacy of sporting excellence and designed as an extension of the athlete?s body, the silhouette features a sleek, lightweight look and feel, matched with flexible barefoot stability. The upper is composed of PRIMEGREEN, a series of high-performance recycled materials, which is then complimented by a hydrophobic E-TPU outer shell, providing flexible, breathable support and preventing water from penetrating the silhouette. The sneaker?s ergonomically designed EVA tongue and perforated, soft, synthetic-suede inner saddle accentuate its sailing performance capabilities. Moreover, the sneaker features a perforated BOOST midsole as well as a wrap-around outsole to provide elevated protection, durability, and freedom of movement. The specially crafted laces which have been designed to be narrow at the bottom, enabling Speed Lacing, and wider at the top, preventing tied knots from coming open easily during competition. The adidas Harden Vol. 5 was recently leaked when the “Chapter 1 / Creator” colorway was unveiled. Today we get a look at another colorway dubbed the adidas Harden Vol. 5 Chapter 2 / Support.

This colorway of the adidas Harden Vol. 5 comes with an an all-Aqua Blue upper covered in peaceful details such as flowers, clouds, butterflies, and doves. Added features include the foam padding on the inner ankle and the ?Volume: 5 Chapter 2 / Support? text on the medial. Enclosed Boost tech on the sole adds comfort and response to the shoe.

No word yet on when the adidas Harden Vol. 5 Chapter 2 / Support will release, but look for more info be announced in the near future.

Dropping this weekend, here is an official look at the Pharrell x adidas Superstar PK.

The latest collab between Pharrell and adidas gives the Superstar an engineered Primeknit textile upper that mimics the structure of the foot. The shoe is complimented by a knitted shell toe, and rubber outsole. The collection will include five monochromatic offerings contrasted by a secondary color noted on the branding. Details on the shoe include “HUMAN RACE” on the heel cap, a Trefoil woven loop label, and co-branded sockliners.

SNS retailer teams up with adidas to release a collaborative iteration of the adidas Ultra 4D. Releasing soon, here is a good look at the SNS x adidas Ultra 4D Green Teatime.

The SNS x adidas Ultra 4D Green Teatime is a follow up to the SNS x Ultra Boost Tee Time release from 2016. This bold collaborative iteration of the model comes dressed in a Primeknit upper done in a Matcha-like Green that ends up covering the majority of the shoe’s base stretching down to the futuristic looking 4D midsole. The original pair?s flip towards a Green Tea color-inspired twist, and wordplay on the original tee time ? informs the Ultra 4d Green Teatime.

Retailing for $250, the SNS x adidas Ultra 4D Green Teatime will release on December 11th exclusively on the SNS app. Sign ups for the raffle will be open from December 7th to December 10th.

The Social Status x adidas Ultra 4D is an exclusive iteration of the silhouette by the Charlotte-based sneaker boutique, and it’s debuting tomorrow. With its aesthetic inspired by the Renaissance period, in particular, the drawing from the color palette used for Leonardo da Vinci?s Mona Lisa.

Limited to 3,020 pairs, the model’s toe and vamp sports a mixture of khaki green and camel Primeknit, with the suede Three Stripe lace cage colored in the earthy hue. The rear is draped in burnt orange-tinted Primeknit, alongside a matching Ultra4D-branded heel clip. Finally, the full-length 3D-printed 4D midsole in Aero Green rounds out the style.
