The adidas Spezial got a recent Primeknit revamp, but there’s still nothing like a classic as far as trefoil branded pairs are concerned. Originally created for handball of all sports, the Spezial became a lifesstyle classic with its t-toed construction and joined the ranks of the Gazelle and Sambas for must-have status throughout much of the late-80s early-90s. adiads Originals is now dropping a special edition SPEZIAL Spring 2016 Collection that drops tomorrow. Five pairs are available in total with a wide range of material uppers and unique tonal colorways to hold you down. While a stateside release has yet to be announced yet, you can grab the latest adidas SPEZIAL Spring 2016 Collection from European retailers like Hanon starting tomorrow, March 19th.

Japanese label Kolor and adidas are no strangers to working with each other. The two brands have released two different collaborations that span between late 2015 and early 2016 featuring the popular adidas Ultra Boost.

The two are now working together once again but this time using a different BOOST silhouette from adidas. Kolor has put their own twist on the new adidas Pure Boost ZG. The Pure Boost ZG features a Primeknit upper done in Navy Blue, Tan, Red and Black with contrasting hits of beige/tan landing on the tongue, side panels and heel tab. Down below we see a white BOOST midsole and black rubber outsole.

Anyone interested can pick up a pair now at select adidas Originals retailers for $195.

It’s about time adidas recreate the Pure Boost and give it a Primeknit upper. I think the design is decent but this colorway/collaboration isn’t something worth going crazy over.

How many of you were able to pick up any pair of the adidas NMD models that dropped in the a.m.? I woke up at 5 a.m. PST tried logging on to Finish Line but had no luck getting in. So yeah, it was a Sadderday on a Thursday for me. The adidas NMD is currently one of the hottest sneakers out there so it’s no surprise that everyone wants to own a pair. For those who weren’t able to get a pair, be patient the hype will soon die down and you’ll be able to get a pair.

Today we take another look at another colorway set to drop next month, the adidas NMD Mesh Triple White. This mesh constructed version of the NMD comes dressed in white from head to toe. That includes the laces, branding, lining and Boost midsole of the shoe. The upper may not be Primeknit, but there’s no doubt that this is also a viable uber comfortable option. Releasing April 9th for $120, who is looking to pick up a pair?

All-white is cool and I don’t mind having a mesh upper, but the maintenance this colorway requires makes me want to wait for another color to drop.

Another colorway of the D Lillard 2 is on the way and this one helps you celebrate the upcoming holiday. Today we take a look at the official images and the release date of the adidas D Lillard 2 Easter.

The Easter-themed sneaker will come dressed in proper pastel hues to correlate with the holiday vibes. A dye print pattern is created using the pastel colors as noted on the side panels and toe of the shoe. Offsetting the pastel hues is the white base placed throughout the shoe. adidas branding is placed on the heel, while Lillard branding is spotted on the heel. A light blue hue is found on the outsole, tongue and lining while a set of pink laces tie up the look of the shoe together. Releasing March 25th, are you looking forward to this release?

It definitely has an Easter theme, but the colors of the shoe are a bit too soft. I’m nut really sure if I would were something like this. The model is dope, just not maybe on those colorways.

Just introduced early this month was the new adidas Pure Boost ZG Prime, which we now see is also receiving a style-minded re-interpretation from the Y-3 imprint. Also built in Primeknit, Yohji Yamamoto’s take on the silhouette features just a few differences than the initial ZG, including a modified leather tongue, a more streamlined heel counter, and side stripes also in leather. This colorway opts for a high contrast black and white look, sure to please fans of the popular “Oreo” sneaker motif. The Pure Boost ZG Knit is arriving now at Y-3 stockists internationally, and should hit the States soon.

A combination consisting of a Y-3 model equipped with Primeeknit and Boost seems to be the ideal sneaker that adidas can make. The adidas Y-3 Primeknit Boost ZG has all those three features and if you want a pair repare to pay good money for it and don’t expect it to be on the next installment of Save Your Money.

The shoe will come constructed out of a black and white Primeknit upper accompanied by the leather hits found on the tongue. A shoe is worth as much as you’re willing to pay or it. I’ve seen people buy sneakers (I’m guilty) made out of inferior materials for a lot more money. It all depends on taste and preference.

It turns out that adidas will be releasing a new all-white colorway of the adidas Ultra Boost for the Spring of 2016. This new Triple White Ultra Boost will feature a gradient pattern on the breathable Primeknit upper along with silver Ultra Boost branding on the heel and a white rubber outsole. Every adidas Ultra Boost colorway that has released so far has featured a white BOOST midsole. For quite some time now fans of the silhouette have been begging for colored Boost midsoles. Well now it looks like adidas will be granting us our wish.

This year we’ll be seeing the release of the Triple Black colorway that sees the entire shoe blacked out, including the BOOST midsole. With official images surfacing that means it shouldn’t be much longer until adidas announces an official release date for this colorway of the Ultra Boost.

As part of the standout adidas NMD R1 Monochrome pack, highlighted is the black variation, which follows up our previous coverage on its white counterpart.

Aside from upcoming iterations in mesh and suede, this particular pair is comprised of breathable primeknit across its upper. This component also allows an enhanced fit, while offering a flexibility and comfort. Additional details include a sock-like collar that provides additional security.

Ever since the release of the Kith x adidas Consortium Tubular Doom there hasn’t been a colorway that many people have actually looked forward to. That may change this weekend with this upcoming Special Forces Tubular Doom.

Previewed earlier this week, the adidas Tubular Doom Special Forces comes in a tonal beige upper reminiscent of Desert Camo. Other details of this shoe include a perforated heel, khaki overlays and an off-white Tubular midsole. This is not as bold as the all pink colorway and it’s not hyped like the Ronnie Fieg collab, but true fans of the silhouette will definitely appreciate this release.

The only colorway of the Tubular Doom that I?ve liked so far has been the Ronnie Fieg collaboration, until now. I love the off-white/beige hue used on this pair. My only problem would be figuring out how to wear a pair of Tubular Dooms.

Tomorrow is the day! Many of us have been wanting to get a pair of the adidas NMD the moment they released back in December. Unfortunately, up until today adidas has only released a handful of releases and most of them appear to be fairly limited. That has resulted in a lot of people going home empty handed. Tomorrow (hopefully) that’s all about to change and many of us will be able to finally cop our first pair.

Around 15 some-odd pairs will release tomorrow for men, women and children. A bevy of men’s, women’s and kid’s variations of the newly-introduced adidas NMD will make its official debut tomorrow, as we particularly focus the spotlight on the Light Onix colorway.

Certainly one of the more versatile finishes to be offered, the defining tone essentially covers the model’s comfortable and breathable mesh upper. Tonal synthetics are utilized for the iconic three stripe motif adorning its side panels, eye stays and rear EVA inserts on the clean white sole unit. A lighter grey hue is seen on the heel tab which showcases more branding as well, in addition to providing more reinforcement.

To subtly offset the understated palette, a bright red EVA component is seen on the frontal portion of its midsole. Finished off with matching grey laces, you can purchase this pair at adidas stores tomorrow for a retail price tag of $120.

Alongside a recent Adicolor iteration, this latest Raf Simons x adidas Originals Stan Smith consists as a more luxurious take on the iconic silhouette.

Boasting a bright yellow tone as its primary tone, just like the aforementioned pair, this model inherits a smooth leather construction instead. Its minimalist style overall is subtly detailed by the Belgian fashion designer’s “R” branding in miniature perforations, which essentially replaces the distinctive three stripe motif across its side panels.

Additional branding is seen on the heels via embossing, displaying the fashion designer’s full name. Furthermore, the German sportswear label’s signature trefoil logo is seen on the heel tabs in contrasting white, as well more traditional branding on the tongue tab which showcases a graphic of the legendary tennis player. Other details include tonal inner lining and stitching throughout its entirety.

Finished off with a full-length matching rubber sole unit and laces, you can find this pair at select adidas stores now for $400.

Over the last year the adidas T-Mac 5 has released in several different colorways. While that may sound good for people who are fans of the shoe, adidas decided to release most of them as Asia exclusives. So unless you live in Asia it was pretty hard getting yourself a pair. Another colorway has been unveiled and just like the past offerings, this also looks to be an Asia exclusive. Let’s take a look at the adidas T-Mac 5 Floral.

The shoe comes covered in a pink hue with a floral print gracing the entire upper of the shoe. The tonal hue continues on to the strap and midsole of the shoe. Hits of grey hues are spotted on the midsole, heel, tongue and part of the lacing system. While the hardwood accent on the heel is meant to represent T-Mac’s love for being on the court. Said to drop overseas, we will let you know if adidas decided to make these available in the states.
