The Nike SB Dunk Low Chicago To Begin Releasing Stateside

Following a somewhat confusing release that only took place overseas, it appears that the Nike SB Dunk Low Chicago may be getting a release at US skate shops. US skate shop Premier has announced that they are currently holding a raffle to give the public an opportunity to purchase the shoes. This SB Dunk Low is composed of smooth, premium leather that is executed in the familiar color blocking of white underlays offset by red overlays. The Chicago theme is further completed via black leather accents on areas such as the Swoosh, lining, heel tab, and laces, while a white midsole and red rubber outsole tops it off.

No word yet on what other skate shops may be releasing the shoes or if we’ll be seeing a Nike SNKRS release but keep it locked to Kicks On Fire for more information.

Helping the shoe stand out is the use of materials found on the upper, which include textured panels and graphics topped off with Metallic detailing. The shoe even uses shaggy suede on the left toe. Other CNY tid-bits come by way of the Chinese token embroidered on the lateral ankle of the left shoe, along with Chinese character on the heels.

The Nike Kyrie 7 Is Officially Unveiled (Release Info)

Nike Basketball has officially unveiled the newest Kyrie Irving signature sneaker, the Nike Kyrie 7.

Said to be the best Kyrie model to date, the Kyrie 7 was designed with quickness and cutting in mind. This is done by equipping the model with a data-informed traction pattern for grip during ?shifty, unpredictable perimeter play? along with a supportive composite mesh upper.

The Nike Kyrie 7 (unlike past Kyrie models) gets rid of the strap and replaces it with TPU ?fingers? on both sides that go down to the strobel, that provide you with added security and an improved fit. Other tech details on the shoe include the articulated Air Zoom Turbo units in the forefoot for responsiveness and court feel. Design details include Kyrie’s iconography and the names of his mother and daughter.  The chassis is carried over from the Kyrie 6. Kyrie loved it, so he kept it.

The Nike Kyrie 7 will launch in four ?Preheat? colorways inspired by sport, art, film, and music. These styles will release on November 11th in a ?mystery box style,? which buyers won?t know which of the four pairs they have unlocked until a pair has been secured and then unboxed.

The ?Preheat? styles include ?Special FX? that pays homage to Irving?s love for filmmaking. The ?Expressions? draws inspiration from the baller?s love for art and the freedom of artistic expression. The third iteration is ?Icon of Sport? nodding to Irving?s list of ?hoop influencers.? And the final of the collection, ?Soundwave? inspired by his love for music and ?how the vibrations influence his game.? Each pair will retail for $140.

The Nike Kyrie 7 ?Sisterhood? was created to empower female athletes everywhere. This style releases November 14th for $130.

The BK Black colorway celebrates his Brooklyn home court. This pair arrives on November 16th for Nike Members and November 23rd elsewhere. The retail price tag is set at $130.
