Hot Wheels and Nike come together to give a special iteration of Paul George’s latest signature sneakers, the Nike PG 6.

Paul George is known for being a huge car fanatic. Paying homage to his love for automobiles, the Hot Wheels x Nike PG 6 starts off with a Blue-to-Red gradient upper that is then covered in details from the nostalgic toy car brand. In addition to the gradient motif, other noteworthy details include the both the reversed Swoosh and his number ?13? given an update via the addition of flames. Elsewhere you will find checkerboard tongues nodding to the final lap flag in a race. Speaking of the tongues, the left tongue houses the Hot Wheels logo and the right tongue houses PG’s logo. Dual branding also appears on the insoles, all while being placed inside special packaging.

Retailing for $120, the Hot Wheels x Nike PG 6 is set to release on November 23rd at select retailers and Nike.com. The die-cast car (see below) will be available on MattelCreations.com. UPDATE (11/10): Nike and Mattel officially introduce a brand new collaboration between Paul George and Hot Wheels, paying homage to PG?s love of muscle cars.

“Cladded in checkerboard prints and flaming Swoosh logos, the PG 6 sneaker?s nostalgic design includes PG?s jersey number and the iconic PG backwards Swoosh with the Hot Wheels flames, as well as a checkered flag with the Hot Wheels logo on the tongue graphic. The shoe is equipped with a full-length foam midsole and a supportive lacing system, as well as rubber along the outsole providing stability, durability, and control on the court. 

PG and Hot Wheels also created a Paul George Hot Wheels Circle Tracker to match Nike?s PG 6 sneaker. The 1:64-scale vehicle is on fire featuring Spectra flame paint, George?s number ?13?, and a checked interior. It also has a rounded profile, cowl induction hood, and V8 engine that?s built for speed. “

Nike SB and HUF will be linking up to drop three special iterations of the SB Dunk Low that will be celebrating HUF’s 20th Anniversary. Known as the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low City Pack, the collaboration will include NYC, San Francisco and a Friends and Family colorway. Here is a first look at the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low NYC.

The official images show new features of sneaker such as the reflective hits on the New York skyline on the heels, while the Navy leather side panels can be removed to unveil a tie-dye/acid washed canvas/mesh-like underlays. Dual-branded Volt insoles and a custom Black bag will also be part of the release.

Celebrating the life of HUF founder Keith Hufnagel who passed away back 2020 as well as the streetwear brand’s  20th Anniversary, this collaboration will include three special editions of the Nike SB Dunk Low.

This HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low pays tribute to San Francisco where Hufnagel moved to in 2002 and opened the first HUF store. The sneaker is constructed out of a tumbled leather upper consisting of a White base and Black overlays. The official images show that the leather side panels can be removed to unveil a tie-dye/acid washed canvas/mesh-like underlays. New release details also suggests that this release will come in a mystery bag, so you won?t know which colorway of the HUF x Nike SB Dunk Low you got until you open them.

Dropping later on this year, here is a first look at the Nike Dunk Low Black Suede.

Done in similar fashion as the Nike Dunk Low Pink Suede, this new iteration of the model opts for a full suede construction consisting of a Bone base contrasted by the Black overlays. Other notable features include the double-layered motif on the Swooshes, heel overlays, and tongue tags done in Cream and Grey, mesh tongues, houndstooth laces atop a Sail midsole and Navy rubber outsole.

This women’s exclusive colorway of the Air Force 1 Low has the model dressed in a University Blue and Sail color scheme. Opting for a unique motif, details include a full suede build with an upper that is designed to look exactly like the Blue sky. An early look at the Nike Dunk High “Picante Red” is revealed as this forthcoming iteration of the classic silhouette is suggested to debut sometime next year, according to sources. Flaunting a clean and favorable color scheme of “White/Picante Red,” the high-top flaunts a white leather upper that is nicely contrasted by red accents adorning the Swooshes, rubber outsole, and branded tongue tags. The “What The” motif appears to have landed on the Nike PG 6. Currently known as the Nike PG 6 What The, this new iteration of the model is without a doubt the most attention-grabbing iterations we’ve seen thus far.

UPDATE (9/19): After surfacing earlier this year, Social Status has officially unveiled their next Nike Air Penny collaboration with the Social Status x Nike Air Penny 2 ?Playground? which includes two colorways of the retro Nike Basketball model. Social Status announces they will release the Black/White colorway on September 20th via in-store raffles at every Whitaker Group store location, along with a general online raffle, and Discord member-only draw. An online release is scheduled for September 30th at socialstatuspgh.com. The White/Blue colorway will launch at a later date to be announced. Both pairs will be priced at $200 USD.
