If you like, but don’t love gold on your sneakers, then perhaps this new colorway of the Nike Cortez is for you.

Constructed out of a traditional nylon all throughout the upper, this Cortez gets covered in black with suede detailing on the toe, eyestay, and heel. White accents have then been added on the branding, tongue tag, heel tab, midsole, and outsole. Subtle pops of Metallic Gold can then be seen on the Nike branding on the tongue and heel, as well as on the lace dubrae. This women’s colorway of the Nike Cortez can be purchased at select Nike accounts beginning on June 1st for $90.

Nike is playing no games when it comes to celebrating the 45th anniversary of the Nike Cortez. Over the last week or so we’ve been seeing more and more colorways unveiled that will be dropping later this week. The latest collection sees the classic silhouette get covered in satin.

Available in three different colorways of Fiberglass, Barely Grape, and Barely Orange, all three pairs come comprised out of full satin uppers with leather Swooshes. Every pair has been finished off with a gum rubber outsole for that lifestyle appeal. You can purchase the Nike Cortez Satin Pack in women’s sizing beginning on June 1st.

This Classic Cortez Leather is for those that want to make a statement with their feet as the shoes come constructed out of a Metallic Gold leather all throughout the upper including the jumbo Swoosh. The next Nike Foamposite will be hitting retailers in less than two weeks as we bring you new images of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro Tech Fleece.

This seems like a release that would have been better suited to drop during the Fall or Winter seasons, but regardless if you like them you can still cop a pair and stash them away until the time is right. Nike has turned the Foamposite Pro into a lifestyle sneaker with this colorway as the traditional foam shell upper has been replaced with a dark grey heathered textile material that is meant to resemble fleece. Black detailing has then been added on the eyestay, tongue, laces, inner liner, heel, and the signature jewel Swoosh on the side panel. An icy blue translucent outsole caps things off. You can cop a pair beginning on June 9th for a retail price of $230.

While most of us were waiting for the Nike Air Vortex ’17 to get an official Nike release date, it looks like Nike pulled a quick one on us and already dropped them at select international retailers. One of the colorways that dropped is the Chicago-esque colorway you see above.

The Nike Air Vortex ’17 comes with a suede, leather and mesh upper, paired up with a set of Red laces, a White midsole, a Black outsole and White lining. Not noticeable on the images is the reflective detailing placed on the upper. If you’re a fan of the classic ’80s runners in dope color scheme, this is one you should add to your rotation.
