Releasing exclusively in extended GS sizes, this Air Jordan 5 unofficially takes inspiration from the Toronto Raptors. Looking at the shoe we see that a Black nubuck covers the majority of the sneaker while hits of purple and red, an homage to the retro Raptors uniforms from the 90’s, can be seen on the midsole, inner liner, and the branding.

If you can fit up to a 9.5Y (same as a men’s 9.5) then you can purchase this pair of Jordan 5s at select retailers tomorrow (September 17th) for $140.

Next week we’ll be seeing the release of the Air Jordan 5 Bronze which appears to be a pair dedicated to the Olympics even though they’re long and gone. About a month ago we saw the release of the Air Jordan 5 Gold Medal which featured a vibrant gold tongue with a white leather upper. As soon as this shoe released, customizers were already putting their own twist on the shoe.

Today we take a look at one of the best customs that uses this colorway of the Air Jordan 5 and it comes from Mache Customs. Mache decided to create a pair of 5s inspired by Ray Allen and his time with the Celtics. Dubbed the Air Jordan 5 Ray Allen Alternate Championship PE, Mache added hits of green on this Air Jordan 5 as well as Allen’s signature by the heel.

Many people were happy and excited when we received the news earlier this year that Jordan Brand would be bringing back the Air Jordan 16 this year.

However, those same people probably won’t be happy when they find out what the sneaker will retail for. If you want that feeling of nostalgia, it’s not gonna come cheap. Just like the Air Jordan 17 that was recently given the retro treatment, the Air Jordan 16 will retail for $250. Why? We’ll we’re not exactly sure. That would be the most expensive Air Jordan retro this year aside from all of the “premium” releases that have been priced at $400.

Suggested to be inspired by the celebratory medals given in the 31st Olympiad, particularly, third place ? the bronze element is focalized at the tongue and distinctive shark teeth component across its midsole unit. Midnight navy for its leather and synthetic construction also emits a light sheen for additional flair, while complementing the theme overall. Finally, a white midsole unit and translucent icy blue outsole finishes off the design.

Essentially similar to the aforementioned pair, the basketball sneaker is comprised of luxe components, such as stingray leather utilized on the forefoot, in addition to premium nubuck dominating the entire blacked-out upper. Furthermore, dark translucent outsoles and gold OVO owls are stamped on the insoles to cap off the respective collaboration.

You knew it was bound to happen. You knew it was only a matter of time. Here’a a first look at the Jordan Future Boot in the classic Black and Red colorway, also known as the Bred makeup.

The Jordan Future Boot rocks a Black woven-like upper, while the hits of Red can be seen on the inside of the tongue as well as on the outsole. A Grey midsole with Black speckles on it breaks up the two-toned look of the boot. Tonal laces, eyelets and branding on the leather tag on the tongue keep everything in order. Also worth mentioning, the boot’s upper appears to be weatherproof as the “eVent Waterproof” tag on the heel suggests. Will this color scheme have people talking about the boot (in a good way)? We just got a hold of the rumors circulating stating that yet another classic colorway of the Air Jordan 12 is releasing later on this year. Jordan Brand is said to be bringing back none other than the Air Jordan 12 Flint Grey sometime during the month of November!

The last time we saw this shoe get a release was back in 2014 when they retailed for $135! More than 12 years later, the shoe appears to be making a return. Simple in color scheme, the shoe dons a White leather upper offset by the Flint Grey placed on the mudguard region of the shoe. Even more of the same Grey takes care of the majority of the sole unit. Metal eyelets and branding on the tongue and heel complete the subtle look of the shoe. No exact release date or confirmation of release for that matter, but stay tuned as more info will soon drop regarding this breaking news.

The Jordan Future Boot has been getting a lot of press as of late. It seems like a new colorway is surfacing every couple of days. The early consensus show that you either love it or hate it, with the majority of the people being on the latter group. Perhaps this newer version of the Future Boot will help you look at the boot from a different light.

The Air Jordan11/Jordan Future inspired boot ditches the woven-like upper this time around in favor of a more traditional boot “look”. The boot is seen dressed in a Sandy Brown upper done in what appears to be a suede-like construction. The new material used on the upper is sure to have more people paying closer attention to the boot, right? Fans of the Air Jordan 9, rejoice. Jordan Brand has continued to surprise us throughout 2016 with a dedication to true and through OG retro releases, and it doesn’t look like the Jumpman is going to stop anytime soon. From the Space Jam 11s coming this Holiday season to past releases like the White/Cement 4s and even the recently released Banned 1s, traditionalists are having a field day with all of the nostalgic ‘Nike Air’ branded goodness. Now the Jordan 9 Retro OG will release on December 3rd for a perfect addition to anyone’s rotation.

The Jordan 9 occupies a strange place in the Jordan signature series given that it came at a time when Michael Jordan was busy focussing on his baseball career after abruptly retiring from basketball. Tinker Hatfield and Nike decided to move on without no.23, creating his 9th signature model even though they believed that Mike may never play hoops professionally again. The pair still came in a signature ‘Chicago’ inspired colorway too, with a white upper accented by a high-contrast black midsole and outsole unit with True Red branding.

Miami-based SoleFly recently collaborated with Jordan Brand when they released two colorways of the Jordan Eclipse dressed in new woven uppers.

Now it appears that the two will be teaming up yet again as Solefly has just teased at another collaboration, this time inspired by sports. Solefly posted a video of when the Florida Marlins won their first ever World Series back in 1997. There is no word on what shoe will be used in this collaboration or the colorways, but by their tweet we expect it to be inspired by the Marlins.
