The day is almost here. One of the most highly anticipated sneaker releases of 2016 will be arriving retailers in only five days. Yeah you know, the beloved Space Jam 11s.

Differentiating itself from all other past releases, this version of the Space Jam 11s mimics the pair worn by Michael Jordan when he came out of retirement back in the mid 90’s. A full black upper with a higher patent leather cut and a Concord Jumpman highlight this release. Nike Air branding has also been added on the insoles with a white midsole and icy blue outsole wrapping things up. The Air Jordan 11 Space Jam will be available this Saturday, December 10th for the entire family. The men’s pair will be retailing for $220. Jordan Brand’s main focus this Holiday 2016 season will be on their ever-growing Space Jam Collection to help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the legendary film starring Michael Jordan, but there’s still plenty of goodies marking the release slate up until the New Year like the latest lifestyle creation, the Air Jordan 3 “Wool”, slated to release on December 17th for $200 USD.

The Air Jordan 3 was recently brought back from the vaults after a long hiatus with the Air Jordan 3 Cyber Monday and the ‘Nike Air’ branded True Blue 3s, but if you wanted something a bit different, then the new wool construction just might be for you. Today we get the best look yet at the new material on Michael Jordan’s classic third signature installment. The shoe lacks any trace of elephant print for a simple, refined heather grey finish throughout while the Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel is nearly camouflaged thanks to matching grey stitching. An off-white Sail midsole adds a fresh finish to tie the entire release together.

The highly-anticipated 2016 Air Jordan 11 Space Jam is only days away, as it caps off the celebration of the film?s 20th anniversary which recently took place on November 15.

This particular rendition essentially stays true to its OG build, similar to the pair that MJ first wore during the 1995 NBA Playoffs. Notable design elements consists of a higher cut black patent leather overlay which encompasses the upper, classic Concord Jumpman branding, as well as the number ?45? stitched on the back heel.

Although not pictured, this 2016 edition will be packaged in a special Looney Tunes-themed box with cartoon graphics to further commemorate the iconic movie.

Full family sizes will be offered as well, with adult sizes listed at $220, followed by GS, PS, TD and Crib sizes retailing for $170, $90, $70 and $55 respectively.

Purchase a pair for yourself and the entire family at select JB and Nike retailers on Saturday, December 10.

The countdown to one of the most highly anticipated Jordan retros of the year has begun! We’re one week away from the release of the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam. With everyone and their mom looking to pick up a pair, how hard is it going to be to actually get one (at retail price)? Judging by the info above, not too hard.

Retail stores have begun sharing info regarding how many pairs they will have in stock. Not only is virtually every Jordan Brand retailer going to have them in stock, they’re going plenty of them to go around. Take a quick look at the map above and it shows you all the Foot Locker locations set to have the Space Jam 11s in stock. Here’s some words of advice if you want a pair: Don’t pay resell from the get-go. Wake up early and try to get them online from an array of different sites. If that doesn’t work (it should), go to the actual (physical) store and try your luck there. There should be plenty to go around for everyone that wants a pair. I mean, look at the True Blue 3s, I went to the mall last night and every sneaker store still had them in stock one full week after the release date. It was quite a sight to see. If all else fails, try Kixify, we’re pretty sure you can find a sweet deal there as well.

The shoe will be releasing on December 10th in full family sizes with the men?s pair retailing for $220.

Other than the Banned/BRED iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Ultra High, the revamped silhouette will also be offered in another OG finish, consisting of Royal Blue.

Sporting a classic palette of black, sport royal and white — the sneaker is defined by its premium textile composition and extended ankle collar. A crisp white midsole unit complements the overall profile, while a blue rubber outsole caps off the respective theme.

A release date has not been announced yet, although, it’s suggested that this pair will debut sometime early in 2017.

2017 will be bringing us more new colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Rare Air.

Having made its debut last year in a couple of different colorways, the “wingless” Air Jordan 1 will be back next year in at least three new colorways inspired by past releases of the OG Air Jordan 1. Featuring a premium leather upper, the three color options take inspiration from the Chicago, fragment design, and Shadow colorways of the Air Jordan 1. Details include “AIR JORDAN” branding on the ankle instead of the wings logo and NIKE AIR branding on the heels.

Having a tendency to make almost any shoe look better, Vachetta Tan has now landed on Russell Westbrook’s 2nd off the court signature shoe. This colorway of the Air Jordan 12 is believed to be a special pair that celebrates Chinese New Year, which will take place on Saturday, January 28th 2017. Looking at this colorway of the Air Jordan 12, we see that it features a 3M white leather upper which is then contrasted by black detailing on the outsole, mudguard, inner liner, and the special tagging on the tongues, which reads ???? that translates to the number ?12? in Chinese. The mudguard features textured detailing along with wood accents on the upper eyelets, aglets, and the branding on the side panels.

Part of the Heiress Collection, this Air Jordan 11 features a full Night Maroon upper that combines a premium nubuck leather and velvet for an eye-catching appearance. Metallic Gold branding has then been placed on the “23” on the heel, the Jumpman by the ankle, and the branding on the tongue. A white midsole and translucent maroon outsole wrap things up.

As you probably already know by now, Jordan Brand began releasing their Space Jam Collection this week with the arrival of the OG White/Black Air Jordan 9 as well as the all-new Air Jordan 31.

But one silhouette that is being overlooked is the Air Jordan 1 Ultra High that is also part of the collection. This Air Jordan 1  features textile and patent leather upper done in Black with Concord accents landing on the Jumpman logo on the tongue and insoles, the Wings branding on the ankle, and the Swoosh on the side panels. A White midsole and icy blue translucent outsole finish off the look.

The Air Jordan 15 will be returning next year not only in the OG Stealth colorway, but also in the OG Obsidian colorway.

After finding out the news earlier this week, we now have new images to show you of what’s believed to be the 2017 version of the Obsidian 15s. The shoe features a blue leather and woven upper with white accents on the inner lining, tongue, laces, heel, and outsole. The shoe is then finished off with metallic silver lace tips for that premium look.

There is no confirmed release date for the remastered Air Jordan 15 Obsidian yet, though it is expected to release some time during the Spring of 2017. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more details.
