Fans of the NMD XR1, we’ve got a brand new version of the shoe to share with you. Said to be dropping later on during the year, here’s out first look at the adidas NMD XR1 Winter.

As the name of the shoe suggests, this version of the NMD XR1 is made for the colder months of the year. The main new feature on this version of the model is the fact that it comes with a high-arching sock-like ankle construction. This particular pair come in a tonal Grey upper, it’s hard to tell with this lone image, but it does appear to come in a Primeknit build. A White Boost sole down low creates contrast and adds lots of comfort. The model’s customary cage overlay also remains in play. Retail price is said to be $170. No release date yet, but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as that info becomes available. Thoughts?

Introducing the Kozoko, a new model which bears the unmistakable design aesthetic of Yohji Yamamoto up top in a mid silhouette that all sits on the Ultra Boost tooling. Kanye West and adidas look to dominate the month of key sneaker releases in February with the debut of two colorways of the Yeezy Boost 350 v2. The Black/Red colorway is confirmed for February 11th, and we’re just learning that the “Zebra” colorway is tentatively scheduled for February 25th. Featuring black and white Primeknit uppers with red SPLY-350 lettering and the heel pull-tab, this new Yeezy Boost 350 v2 colorway was spotted last year and was most recently spotted in a Snapchat update from Kanye West’s sister-in-law Khloe Kardashian. Earlier today we saw a brand new adidas NMD City Sock Gore-Tex collaboration heading to retailers this coming November. There’s even more adidas NMD creations looming on the horizon, as adidas Originals continues to revamp the coveted model featuring Primeknit and Boost in a number of new and exciting ways for the new year. Today we get a look at the adidas NMD XR1 Winter edition, as the popular silhouette utilizes a high-arching sock-like ankle construction, tonal light grey colorway with bolstered Primeknit throughout, and a matching cage overlay for lockdown support. adidas has officially unveiled their all-new Ultra Boost Silver Pack, which consists of the first ever Ultra Boost Cleat and a brand new colorway of the Ultra Boost 3.0.

First taking a look at the Ultra Boost Cleat we see that it features a Primeknit one-piece construction on the upper along with a midfoot cage that wraps around the foot to provide a lockdown feel. Other details include a Boost sockliner for comfort, an all-new RAZORFRAME which provides torsional rigidity, and strategically placed SPRINTSTUDS designed to provide peak performance and multi-directional strength and traction.

As for the Ultra Boost 3.0, this marks the first time that adidas uses silver colored Boost. The revamped Ultra Boost features a silver upper with a matching Boost midsole and contrasting black accents on the heel counter and Continental rubber outsole.

Draped in a versatile classic brown/light brown finish that’s more like off-white — suede comprises the sneaker’s upper, which also features serrated three stripes in a slight contrasting tone. Cream-colored laces further complement the aesthetic, while a full-length gum sole unit solidifies its overall sleek design altogether.

Today is a day of two big firsts for adidas, as the brand unveils the first-ever silver colored Boost cushioning as well as the Ultra Boost cleat. The silver-colored midsole appears for the first time on the adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 silhouette, the third iteration of the game-changing running shoe, while the Ultra Boost Cleat utilizes a one-piece Primeknit upper for the perfect fit, Razorframe to provide torsional rigidity, and Sprintstuds for peak traction on the green. While adidas does not disclose release date information on the shoes, retailers have the Ultra Boost releasing on Thursday, February 16th. Also not pictured is an Ultra Boost Uncaged with the same silver-colored Boost midsole.

Gore-Tex received the Costanza co-sign in the mid-90s as the Seinfeld character rocked that memorable oversized coat to humorous effect. Packer Shoes is showcasing their love for the legendary sitcom with a coming ASICS Gel Lyte V collaboration featuring a Costanzian theme throughout which is sure to be a runaway success with sneakerheads that double as fans of the show.

That won’t be the only Gore-Tex collaboration this year either, as the weatherized material is coming to the adidas NMD City Sock with a release date set for November 2017. Unfortunately, you won’t benefit from the collaboration this winter season, but today we get a couple of preview shots of two colorways in a simple high-contrast white and black. It will be interesting to see how the Primeknit woven upper will adapt to feature the coveted Gore-Tex technology, but we’ll have to wait and see. One pair even benefits from a black Boost midsole unit with matching bumpers. The medial side gets large Gore-Tex branding while teaser images showcase a slightly altered heel tab.

Sweden-based footwear boutique, Sneakersnstuff, has aligned with adidas to create a special edition NMD R1 Primeknit.

Co-founder, Peter Janssen, of SNS, recently showcased a preview of the highly-anticipated collaboration, referencing the shoe as a ?new SNS adidas SMU in the making.? For those of you unaware, SMU is short for Special Make Up.

Additional renderings were provided courtesy of @theyeezymafia, and the forthcoming silhouette is defined by a full ?Glitch Camo? motif across its knitted profile in orange, white, black and light green tones. Finally, a white heel counter, matching EVA inserts and full-length Boost sole unit rounds out the sleek design.

This spring the adidas running department combines the Pure Boost X made just for women with the Ultra Boost for the all-new Ultra boost X. The performance runner features the same “floating” arch of the Pure Boost X, buts updates the upper in Primeknit and places it atop the Ultra Boost tooling. Lady runners can get their first look at the Ultra Boost X in three colorways of black, “Oreo”, and black/coral here, and expect them to begin arriving at European retailer on February 22nd (no US date confirmed yet).

Flaunting a full Black primeknit build, the sneaker is now detailed with a matching leather caging system and a textured matte heel counter that reinforces its overall profile. Finally, a clean full-length white Boost midsole unit and black outsole caps off the simplistic design altogether.
