A New Colorway Of Pharrells Latest Sneaker With adidas

Over the last couple of weeks we’ve gotten a few different looks at a new silhouette from adidas and Pharrell which seems to take heavy inspiration from the iconic Stan Smith model.

Initially we had taken a look at the white/green pair that is inspired by the OG colorway of the Stan Smith, but today we switch things up. This time around the Pharrell x adidas Human Race (we’ll call it that for now since it doesn’t have an official name yet) features a white, blue, and pink woven upper along with a textured white/grey midsole.

There aren’t many details yet regarding this new silhouette from Pharrell, but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.

adidas NMD CS2 City Sock 2 Pearl Grey

The adidas NMD has transformed into a bonafide staple over the past few months with a number of new iterations coming with the second generation of the coveted Boost x Primeknit silhouette. The three stripes are set to debut the adidas NMD City Sock 2 this Spring 2017 season, and what better way to do it than with a clean “Pearl Grey” option perfect for any occasion?

The adidas NMD City Sock 2 Pearl Grey benefits from an off-white Primeknit upper with a unique wrapped construction adding an overall refined aesthetic when compared to its predecessor. Contrast black stripes hit the ankle collar to match the outsole while the bumper is missing entirely on the full-length Boost midsole unit until you get to the medial side. That’s where you’ll find a light blue circular knit pattern and a Pearl Grey oversized bumper to match more Boost than ever before.

Stay tuned for an exact Release Date on this clean NMD CS2 in the near future right here on Sneaker News, but it looks like this $180 USD offering will be available in the early stages of May 2017.

Titolo and adidas Consortium Create A Frigid NMD XR1 Trail

Switzerland’s finest sneaker boutique Titolo has teamed up with adidas Consortium to overhaul the adidas NMD XR1 Trail with a construction that you’ll want to keep off the beaten path given just how clean this pair is. Known as the Titolo x adidas NMD XR1 Trail “Celestial”, the all white Primeknit and icy blue jagged bottom pays homage to the region’s dramatic outdoor scenery and the hidden glacial phenomena and is due out at select retailers on March 18th followed by a global release on March 25th.

This isn’t your normal adidas NMD XR1 either, as the Primeknit pattern has been updated to create a sweeping loose gauge pattern to contrast the luxurious leather and nylon medial side. The white Boost midsole adds supreme cushioning giving way to the exposed glacier points of the icy blue outsole unit. Co-branded tongue labels add a unique twist to the slip-on ankle collar while off-white EVA bumpers add a distinct finishing element to the glacier-inspired NMD.

Check out more detailed shots below and grab the Titolo x adidas NMD XR1 Trail “Celestial” starting next weekend and throughout the month of March.

Another Look At The adidas Y-3 Arc RC Core Black

Previewed back in early February, one of adidas Y-3’s newest offerings is beginning to arrive at even more Y-3 retailers. Making its debut in this Black and White offering, let’s take a look at what’s known as the adidas Y-3 Arc RC.

The adidas Y-3 Arc RC Core Black rocks the classic Y-3 futuristic motif. It comes constructed out of a neoprene upper paired up with leather overlays on the heel and midfoot to help give the shoe additional support, protection and a touch of luxury. Like many other Y-3 models, the asymmetrical lacing system helps give the shoe a unique look and feel. The entire upper comes in a Core Black colorway, while the Torsion-equipped sole unit comes in White. adidas decided to keep the colorway simple for the model’s debut, but you can expect more bold colorways to drop later on this year. The adidas Y-3 Arc RC can now be found at select retailers for $320. Hot or not?

The Snoop Dogg x adidas Adizero 5-Star 6.0 Suited N Booted Is Unveiled

Snoop Dogg and adidas link up once more to release yet another football cleat. This time around the collaboration is centered around that adidas Adizero 5-Star 6.0 Suited N Booted. Dropping tomorrow, get a good look at the Snoop Dogg x adidas Adizero 5-Star 6.0 Suited N Booted.

Said to be inspired by Snoop Dogg’s “Suited N Booted” record hit, the Snoop Dogg  x adidas Adizero 5-Star 6.0 Suited N Booted evokes a sense a style, flash and grace all wrapped up into one. It manages to do this by coming with an upper that reminds you a smooth and clean pre-game wardrobe. The White upper draws comparison to the aesthetics of a gator boot, while the Gold cleat plates help give the shoe even more of a luxe appeal. Custom lace jewels inspired by hood ornaments on luxury cars and Gold speckles on the laces are also placed on the shoe. As an added bonus, “Suited” and “Booted” is printed on ‘money-bands’ that mimic the look of a strap, while Snoop’s lyrics can be seen on the sockliner.

“Some of my main passions are music, fashion, football and helping the next generation of kids for the future,” said Snoop. “Working with Adidas Football to design a cleat that blends all these elements was a no-brainer and our new cleats showcase how we’re evolving the cleat game and truly fusing sports and culture.”

Look for the Snoop Dogg x adidas Adizero 5-Star 6.0 Suited N Booted to release on March 7th for the retail price of $120.

A Sleek Hybrid With The New adidas Copa 17.1 Ultra Boost

A brane new silhouette with this adidas Copa 17.1 Ultra Boost is unveiled, as it merges the silhouette’s soccer boot aesthetic and the brand’s renowned running tech into an appealing hybrid.

Inspired by the iconic Copa Mundial colors of black, white and red — the sleek design inherits a black leather upper with the defining white three stripes adorning its side panels. Subtle red accents are prominent along the collar, tongue and outsole for a complementing finish, while a crisp white full-length boost midsole unit and black rubber outsole caps off the design altogether.

With its suggested retail price listed at $180, this silhouette is expected to make its official debut very soon.

Stay tuned to KicksOnFire for further updates.

Who Picked Up A Pair Of The adidas Stan Smith Boost

adidas dropped the adidas Stan Smith Boost earlier this week. Although the shoe wasn’t as heavily marketed and advertised as the Superstar Boost, I actually like the overall design of the adidas Stan Smith Boost more than the Superstar Boost. It looks like the shoe had a ‘quiet’ debut, but that does not mean you should be sleeping on it.

The reason I like the adidas Stan Smith Boost more than the Superstar Boost is because adidas gave it a sole that exposes the entire Boost, which I’m pretty sure makes it much more comfortable the the Superstar Boost. One of the model’s inaugural colorways is the White and Green pair you see above. It’s the classic look of the leather upper, upgraded by the comfort of the Boost sole. Best of both worlds, right? People are sleeping on these, so it’s not too late to pick up a pair today for $120.

The adidas EQT Support ADV In Grey And Turbo

At the beginning of the year we let you know that the adidas EQT line would be switching from using Sub Green as the color that represented the line, to using the Turbo (Red/Pink) hue as the line’s official color of choice. In other words, get used to seeing this shade of Red and lots of EQT drops.

Up next is this new colorway of the adidas EQT Support ADV that comes in a Grey mesh upper along with more Grey on the laces, lining and branding, offset by the Turbo TPU overlays that wrap around the heel. A White EVA midsole with Black Three Stripes branding also appear on the bottom half of the shoe. Are you feeling this look? If so, pick these up today for the retail price of $110.
