This Thursday (March 1st) we’ll see the arrival of a handful of new colorways of the adidas Prophere as the new silhouette from adidas continues to gain traction.

Here we bring you a look at another pair that is also scheduled to drop some time this Spring as the Prophere once again takes the tonal route as the entire knitted upper and chunky sole have been done in a dark grey (Onix). Nubuck detailing on the three stripes branding on the side panels and tongue, and leather hits on the heel complete the look on this adidas Prophere that will be releasing some time next month. James Harden and adidas will be releasing four brand new colorways of the all-new adidas Harden Vol. 2 starting today, and over the course of the next few weeks ? each one a testament to James? journey from a young middle school basketball player to the star he is now. First up is the “Imma Be A Star” pair that is available now.

Imma Be A Star

At just 14 years old, James Harden wrote his dreams onto paper with a simple note promising his mom, ?Imma Be A Star.?

?As every young kid, you have dreams…you have aspirations. You ask for things when you’re a kid and one day, I asked my mom for some money and I wrote her a note,? Harden explained. ?It said, ?Could u wake me up at 7:00 and could u leave me a couple of dollars. P.S. Keep this paper. Imma be a star.??

Living out the goal he created 14 years ago, Harden continues to rewrite NBA record books and solidify his status as a superstar of the game. The second edition of Imma Be A Star, designed with black and gold accents, serves to inspire future stars of the game and commemorate the note James? mom has kept to this day.

?You have those visions when you?re younger and you just don?t know how to get to them,? Harden continued. ?I was one of those kids who figured it out and didn?t let anything stop me.?

Traffic Jam

Drive the lane. Create through traffic. No one does it better. Steered by Harden?s unstoppable ability for getting to the basket, adidas introduces Harden Vol. 2 Traffic Jam which features black and white accents with palm tree camo on the lace piece.

Pioneer

Remixing the team colors worn by Harden in high school, adidas designed the second iteration of Pioneer with various shades of red and gray accents.

?My time at Artesia was when I made a drastic change. I believed in myself, and I had a lot more confidence in my ability to play the game of basketball,? Harden explained. I was pushed to become better every time I stepped on the court, which motivated me to accept every challenge.?

Concrete

This is where Harden built his game. Shooting from the driveway, dribbling on concrete. Inspired by James? early basketball days outside his childhood home, adidas introduces Harden Vol. 2 Concrete.

?I would always go out there and just shoot. That?s what I did. That was my job,? Harden explained to ESPN. ?I would be out there till 1:30, 2:00 in the morning just shooting, just playing.?

adidas?s Vice President and Creative Director Marc Dolce just gave a sneak peek at its next basketball silhouette with the adidas Futurecraft 4D basketball sneaker. The rendering shows a full knitted upper and equipped with the brand’s 3-D printed Futurecraft technology on the midsole and even on the side panels that makes the sneaker super lightweight and breathable.

The adidas Yeezy 500 Desert Rat Super Moon Yellow dropped in a three-piece bundle package in December and for those of us who were lucky to purchase, the shipment won’t happen until March 1st. In the meantime, a closer look at the silhouette is featured and displays the mixed material build of leather, mesh and suede. All colored in the same hue, a thick, matching rubber sole completes the design altogether.

A brand new silhouette has just been introduced by adidas Running with the arrival of the adidas adiZero Boost Sub2.

One year after running the fastest marathon time ever recorded on Japanese soil, adidas athlete Wilson Kipsang returns to Tokyo with hopes of breaking his own course record wearing the elite adidas adizero Sub2. To celebrate the silhouette being made widely available for the first time ever, Wilson will hand over the cutting-edge race-day-only shoes to the fastest adidas Runners racers after completing the 2018 marathon.

Engineered specifically for elite athletes on race-day, the adidas adizero Sub2 is the most advanced, fast and lightweight running shoe ever created by adidas. Featuring brand new Boost Light technology, the silhouette has been in the making since 2012 in collaboration with adidas? top-performing athletes, including Kipsang himself, who has been training to make sporting history by running a marathon under two hours. Now, following the Tokyo Marathon, adidas will set fast free by making the silhouette available to the fastest consumers around the world.

This new version of the Ultra Boost comes in mid-top form with a bit of a new design on the upper. Although no images of the shoe have leaked, many expect the shoe to look very similar to what you see above. Said to come dressed in a colorful palette, the shoe will include a Primeknit upper, a contrasting-colored trim and heel counter and even more different colors used for the Three Stripes and ankle collar. A White Boost midsole and Black rubber outsole is also expected to be in play. Said to be retailing for $220, look for adidas to drop the adidas Ultra Boost Mid Prototype during the month of May.

Just like the aforementioned pair, this colorway of the model also opts for a tonal finish as a Track Khaki covers the entire majority of the upper with the exception of the Pink hits noted on the tongue, medial side of the toe, and heel. The  Trace Khaki motif is truly broken up when you add the White chunky sole on to the design of the shoe. The Gum hits on the outsole complete the main features of the shoe.
