As part of its next partnership with adidas, Reebok is set to release the Reebok Question Mid Iverson x Harden OG Meets OG.
This ?OG Meets OG? iteration of the Reebok Question Mid is a distinct crossover between Allen Iverson and James Harden?s first signature sneakers. The silhouette introduces the Harden Vol. 1 colorway to the historic Question Mid canvas, paying homage to two of basketball?s most influential on-and-off-court icons of all time and their mutual admiration and respect for one another. A black leather upper dominates the Question Mid with a white toe, and red detailing on the inner liner and branding. The Question Reebok logo gets placed on the heel tab in black along with the Harden logo on the heel of the midsole while a white rubber sole caps off the look.
?I was excited to work with AI because you don?t often get the opportunity to sit down and spend time with a legend, off the court,? said Harden. ?Going back to watching him on the court, knowing his competitive nature, everything he went through, and how he did it his way, that?s another reason why I was excited because I?m on that same path right now. The collaboration makes sense because it gives a lot of people the opportunity to see what AI did in his era, and how he was unapologetic and did stuff his way. And then me doing my version of that right now, it?s kind of the passing of the torch.?
While Harden and Iverson are each at different stages in their respective careers, both continue to share a common approach to life led by a tenacious drive to be best at everything they do.
