adidas Baseball Celebrates The 2018 MLB Postseason With The Colorful Splash Pack

The 2018 MLB posteason is underway and adidas Baseball is celebrating by unveiling their all-new ?Splash Pack? baseball cleats ? a collection of special edition footwear commemorating those teams advancing to postseason play.

Inspired by the heartfelt post-game celebrations where players drench their coaches with coolers after a monumental win, the ?Splash Pack? cleats were designed to remind athletes of that moment and inspire them to strive for greatness in their postseason games. Featuring a moisture-like effect via textured droplets on the upper that represent actual splashes of liquid, the cleats also feature a drink cooler graphic inside of the tongue and ice cube designs on the sock liner to evoke a feeling of celebration. Leading with a lemon-lime colorway, the ?Splash Pack? cleats will also be available in neon orange, blue, red, and black iterations to match various team uniforms.

The collection includes the 2018 adidas Baseball adizero Afterburner as well as the 2018 adidas Baseball Icon. The entire collection is available now on adidas.com.

adidas Skateboarding Introduces The adidas Campus ADV Performance Shoe

adidas Skateboarding is getting set to release a revamped version of the Campus model dubbed the adidas Campus ADV. The adidas Campus ADV is the next evolution for the popular street classic that originally debuted as a basketball shoe back in the 80s. The Campus ADV receives a technical edge that blends its signature aesthetic with skate performance which makes perfect sense since the Campus model has been used for skating for quite some time now.

?adidas is the footwear brand that skateboarders choose to wear in the early 90s when they turned away from everything that had been previously offered to them,? says adidas Skateboarding Pro, Marc Johnson. ?I wore the Campus shoe during that crucial period of time when skateboarding was evolving and progressing faster than any one of us could keep up with. The Campus was an incredible shoe during an integral part of my own skateboarding. The Campus ADV has a timeless design, it?s more comfortable than most skate shoes, and it works for skateboarding. It?s the shoe I?ve been waiting for.?

The Campus ADV features a classic suede upper, tactile rubber cupsole with exposed ‘Bounce’ midsole for impact absorption and balanced flexibility, while a ‘Geoflex’ herringbone tread offers superior grip. For increased durability, the Campus ADV is constructed with double layered suede in high-abrasion zones and cold-pressed eyestays. A Geofit no-slip tongue construction and molded EVA lining provide exceptional form-fitting comfort to ensure uncompromised board feel.

Look for the Campus ADV to release at the adidas Skateboarding website and select retailers beginning October 6th for the retail price of $80.
