adidas and Humanrace are excited to bring to you their latest release, Humanrace Samba Tones by Pharrell. This latest Pharrell x adidas Humanrace Samba Pack will feature three new colorways – Terracotta, Charcoal, and White. 

The Humanrace Samba Tones by Pharrell looks to build upon the success of the recent May release of Humanrace Samba Colors by Pharrell and previously teased during Men?s Paris Fashion Week in June with a Samba Café pop-up. The collection infuses the DNA of Humanrace through meticulous craftsmanship and materials highlighted by premium ECCO leather, a world leader in innovative and premium leather. The raw materials are sourced from the Netherlands and transformed into the adidas Samba Leather through ECCO Leather?s water-saving tanning technology which saves 20 liters of water per hide, resulting in a higher color fastness and better performance.

The idea of continuing to sell Yeezy product does not sit well with adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden. Gulden is even opposed to selling Yeezy products without the Yeezy name on them. For that reason, during a recent earnings call, Gulden made it clear that the Yeezy product was created by Kanye West, and the company?s strategy does not involve selling his designs without the Yeezy brand. Furthermore, adidas is looking to manage the aftermath, clear the inventory, and eventually build a business that does not involve Kanye West or the Yeezy brand.

Statements from adidas CEO Bjørn Gulden also cleared up the future of adidas Yeezy. ?The Yeezy product is something that he created, he?s the inventor of it and we have been his partner. To take his designs and sell them off later, which we technically legally could do, is not part of our strategy,? Gulden said. ?Our task now is to limit the damage, get rid of the inventory, use the proceeds to good ? and build a business later without Yeezy.?

It goes without saying that adidas profited heavily from the return of adidas Yeezy as they neeted roughly $560 million back in May alone. Their focus moving forward will be the core business. While ?slightly better than [they] expected,? sales in North America were down by 16%, a number that would likely have been larger if the brand had not continued selling Yeezy product. As additional releases are rolled out through August and beyond, adidas? top and bottom line are sure to benefit. That said, once they officially rid themselves of all association with Kanye, it remains unclear what will become of the adidas entity.

The adidas Samba XLG is a premium variation of the classic Samba silhouette and it’s unveiled in a clean white and green iteration for one of its inaugural colorways. Essentially maintaining its iconic design language, this rendition is revamped with premium materials such as a white leather upper that is reinforced with light grey suede overlays on the toe box. Additionally, complementing green accents via the embroidered Three Stripes and heel tabs, ?Samba? printed on the lateral, followed by a thick semi-translucent Gum outsole solidifies the modernized profile overall.

The all-new adidas Trae Young 3 initially surfaced a couple of weeks as today we get a closer look at the upcoming signature sneaker of “Ice Trae” in the colorful “Arctic Night” pair. Still waiting to be officially unveiled by the three stripes, this adidas Trae Young 3 features a black engineered mesh construction on the upper with a splattered print. For some color we see pink on the heel counter and lace eyelets and a pink and orange gradient. Finishing details include a semi-translucent outsole, three stripes branding on the side panels, and pull tabs on the tongues and heels. The adidas Trae Young 3 Arctic Night will release via adidas.com and select retailers on August 3rd for $140.

In addition to the Blondey McCoy x adidas Blondey Pro Model ADV Night Indigo that we previewed yesterday, a Blondey McCoy x adidas Blondey Pro Model ADV in a White colorway will also be releasing later on this month.

This latest collab between adidas Skateboarding and global Pro team rider Blondey McCoy introduces a new Blondey Pro Model that is a tribute to his love for the timeless Superstar silhouette. Done in a White colorway, the Blondey Pro Model combines high fashion-inspired aesthetics with skate performance. Design details include the transparent TPU upper, a feature that is known be to a staple look in Blondey?s previous footwear releases. The see-through upper is then paired up by the classic Superstar shell toe, Gold foil accents, synthetic leather eyestays, signature sockliner, and serrated three stripes, all housing the skater’s name.

English artist, skateboarder and model Blondey McCoy has a deep love for sneakers, particularly vintage Three Stripes basketball shoes. This is evident on his latest collab with the Three Stripes, the Blondey McCoy x adidas Blondey Pro Model ADV Night Indigo.

The Blondey McCoy x adidas Blondey Pro Model ADV Night Indigo showcases his distinctive design flair and innovative material choices as the sneaker boasts transparent TPU materials in an effort to elevate the shoe?s appeal. The sneaker’s upper is entirely made of TPU, which is then decorated with synthetic Three Stripes as well as the timeless shell toe from the Pro Model. Other defining features include the golden branding throughout and the custom Blondey sockliner art.

One of Kobe Bryant’s signature sneakers, the adidas Crazy 8, will be returning in the classic Black/White colorway for August 2023 as we bring you a look at official images. This adidas Crazy 8 gets an official color makeup of Core Black, Cloud White, and Collegiate Purple as the shoe features a Black nubuck on the majority of the upper which is then joined by contrasting White accents on the three stripes on the side panels, midsole, and portions of the outsole. Additional features include “adidas Equipment” branded tongues, the FYW (Feet You Wear) logo on the vamp and medial collar, and gold and purple branding on the heels. Today adidas announced a further release of Yeezy inventory with a range of existing products being available in phases throughout the month of August across the world. As previously communicated, adidas will donate a significant amount to selected organizations working to combat discrimination and hate, including racism and antisemitism.

As with the release in May 2023, the second release will feature products which were initiated in 2022. The range available will include some of the most popular existing designs including the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, 500 and 700 as well as the Yeezy Slide and Foam Runner.

The products will be available through adidas digital platforms including the CONFIRMED app, adidas app and adidas.com. Selected adidas wholesale partners will also be a part of this release, through their digital platforms only. The products will be available from August 2nd with a phased release to help manage demand whilst ensuring a fair and premium experience for consumers. Availability and timing of release will also vary depending on location.

adidas will continue the support of partners combatting discrimination and hate with donations to existing and new partners. The company will continue to support the work of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change. In addition, adidas is proud to partner with Robert Kraft?s Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (FCAS) to fight all forms of hate.

To create further impact adidas will show support for the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism by including blue square pins with selected products sold directly by adidas in North America. These blue square pins were established by FCAS through their #StandUpToJewishHate campaign launched earlier this year, as the universal symbol for standing in solidarity and unity in the fight against antisemitism and all hate.

Dropping in a few days, here is a detailed look at the Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace in the all-new Cloud White colorway.

Opting for a tonal finish, this Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace features a clean Cloud White color scheme from top to bottom. The sneaker’s upper is constructed out of a premium leather that gives the sneaker a luxe and premium look and feel. Some of the design details on the model include the classic elongated football boot tongues and zig-zag stitching on the Three Stripes. A closer look shows that the right shoe comes with tonal ?HUMANRACE? embossed branding alongside the Three Stripes, genuine rawhide laces and a sturdy rubber sole that matches the color of the upper.  A dust bag and extra set of laces will also be included inside the special packaging.

We got another Bad Bunny x adidas footwear collaboration on the way. In addition to the Bad Bunny x adidas Campus Royal Blue that was recently unveiled, another pair that’s set to debut later on this month is the Bad Bunny x adidas Campus in this all-new Brown colorway.

This latest iteration of the Bad Bunny x adidas Campus is given a Brown suede upper gently contrasted by the darker shade of Brown used on the Three Stripes branding on the side panels. Design features on the model include the plush padded collars, double tongues, the distinctive heel design and Bad Bunny?s logos housed on the tongues and insoles. Other details on this pair include the Sail colored rubber some that distinctively extends over a small portion of the upper, rope laces, White Campus branding on the lateral and a extra set of laces that feature Bad Bunny branding on the tips.
