Flaunting a timeless and aesthetically pleasing combination of sail and varsity red, the pristine tone is essentially utilized for the majority of its composition, which is constructed of durable canvas. Back in December of 2015 it was reported that Marcus Jordan, son of Michael Jordan, would be opening up his own sneaker boutique in the Spring of 2016.

The store will be called Trophy Room and will be inspired by Michael Jordan’s trophy room that is housed inside of the family?s iconic mansion outside of Chicago. Trophy Room will be full of Michael Jordan memorabilia and will sell products from Nike, Jordan Brand and Upper Deck. We have now just learned that Marcus Jordan’s Trophy Room will be located in the Disney Springs shopping/dining center located inside the Walt Disney resort in Bay Lake, Florida. The store is currently scheduled to open its doors on May 15, 2016 but if anything changes we will let you know.

Also releasing this weekend from the Jordan Brand camp will be this brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 KO.

Being known as the Timeless Canvas colorway, this Air Jordan 1 KO comes equipped with the traditional canvas upper done in a retro-inspired Sail hue. Contrasting Varsity Red detailing then lands on the Swoosh branding on the side panels, Nike branding on the tongue, AJKO branding by the ankle and on the Nike Vandal High-inspired outsole.

According to the Nike release calendar this Air Jordan 1 KO will release in men’s sizes only through the SNKRS app and not on nike.com. Retail price will be $140.

This is easily the best colorway of the Air Jordan 2 that we’ve seen this year. I like the simple black and white color scheme but not enough to pay $190 for it. I think I’d rather just wait for the black/chrome or the Chicago colorway to return and pick up one of those two.

Flight has always been a theme for ‘Air’ Jordan models given Mike’s legendary high-flying ability in the earlier seasons of his illustrious career, so it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that the Jumpman eventually spread their respective wings and took off to the outer realms of the cosmos with this Air Jordan XXX. Fans of galactic graphics on basketball models will inevitably be reminded of 2012’s iconic All-Star Collection that featured the Galaxy Foams and here the Air Jordan 30 Cosmos does its best impression thanks to the limitless capabilities of the Flyweave upper. Landing this weekend is the Air Jordan 2 Wing It, the other half of the Air Jordan Poster Collection along with the recently released Air Jordan 12 The Master. The Wing It colorway takes a simplified approach with white, black and grey adorning the silhouette. It’s a classy approach to a model that was originally conceived as a luxury basketball shoe and of course, the “Wing It” catchphrase that you can find on the the shoe’s heel adds a little bit of that Nike “Just Do It” attitude that was prevalent during their ’80s advertising campaigns.

When Nike launched their SNKRS Application during All-Star Weekend 2015, sneakerheads everywhere rejoiced that there might be a better chance to grab the latest Jordan retros in a more modern, time-friendly fashion. The SNKRS App proved that and then some, as the Swoosh decided to expand the SNKRS process to their full website in a section that requires one to login in order to snag exclusive pairs. The Air Jordan XXX “UNC” will debut through that method this Saturday, March 5th for $200. With March Madness at the end of the month, what better time than now for the Jumpman to roll out collegiate colorways of Mike’s latest signature silhouette? The bolstered Flyweave upper features a University Blue to White gradient throughout while the ‘XXX’ heel cage contrasts the Black lining in a smooth White. At 23-6, the Tar Heels shouldn’t have an issue getting into the big dance, but hopefully the latest Air Jordan 30 provides them with the added push to finish atop the ACC. Did you catch last night’s game between the Golden State Warriors and the Oklahoma City Thunder? If you happened to watch the game you were in for a treat as Stephen Curry once again proved why he will go down as one of the best shooters in the history of the NBA. Not only did he break his own record for most 3-pointers in a season, his game winning 3-pointed during overtime also tied the record for most 3-pointers in a game (12). Enough about Curry though, if you’re into sneakers as much as we are, you also probably noticed the shoes that were on Russell Westbrook’s feet, a never before seen version of an Air Jordan 30 PE. The shoe was done up in a black and white motif accented by the orange hits placed throughout the shoe including the Jumpman on the toe, laces and XXX branding on the heel.
