Hot Wheels and Nike come together to give a special iteration of Paul George’s latest signature sneakers, the Nike PG 6.

Paul George is known for being a huge car fanatic. Paying homage to his love for automobiles, the Hot Wheels x Nike PG 6 starts off with a Blue-to-Red gradient upper that is then covered in details from the nostalgic toy car brand. In addition to the gradient motif, other noteworthy details include the both the reversed Swoosh and his number ?13? given an update via the addition of flames. Elsewhere you will find checkerboard tongues nodding to the final lap flag in a race. Speaking of the tongues, the left tongue houses the Hot Wheels logo and the right tongue houses PG’s logo. Dual branding also appears on the insoles, all while being placed inside special packaging.

Paying homage to both heritage and innovation, Nike has blended 2 icons (old and new) to go beyond what’s expected in the Nike Air Max Flyknit Racer. The sneaker is super light and airy thanks in large part to the Flyknit upper and the Pre-Day tooling that consists of an elevated heel and signature Air Max cushioning. Other details include the leather overlays adorning the eyelets and heel area, a sock-like construction and pull tabs on the heel. Official images of the Nike Air Max Penny 1 Rattan show that it comes in an official color scheme listed as Rattan, Black, Summit White, and Ale Brown. Design details include a construction that combines mesh, leather, nubuck, and suede that’s then highlighted by the signature Swoosh on the lateral and rubber outsole. Black laces, a two-toned sole unit and pull tabs on the tongues and heels complete the look.

ABOUT THE MODEL: The Nike Air Max Penny 1 is Penny Hardaway’s first signature shoe with Nike. The sneaker made its debut in 1995, which was only two years after Penny made his debut in the NBA. Get an official look at the Nike Air Trainer 1 Don?t I Know You?. This brand new colorway of Bo Jackson’s Air Trainer 1 pays homage to a vintage Bo Jackson poster (see below) nodding to the fact that Bo can play all sports.

Done in a White, University Blue, and Old Royal color scheme, details on the Nike Air Trainer 1 Don?t I Know You? include a full leather construction paired up with mesh tongues. The White base is decorated with University Blue accents throughout as well as tonal baseball and football stitched heels to represent the two spots that Bo Played. Elsewhere you will find ?Don?t I Know You?? text on the inner tongue tags and graphic insoles that read out all the sports pictured in the poster.

Created by John Rattray (skateboarder and advocate for mental health awareness), the mission of ?Why So Sad?? is to help open up the conversation about suicide prevention in skateboarding and elsewhere. Our first look at the Why So Sad? x Nike SB Bruin Mid shows that back portion of the sneaker as it features a Brown leather base with matching suede overlays. Some of the standout details include the White leather Swooshes, the Orange tongue tags and heels and the ?Why So Sad?? branding on the inner tongue tag. Elsewhere you will find question marks embroidered on the heels, an embroidered skating chicken on the left heel and cycling chicken on the right. Co-branded insoles, two sets of laces and a Gum rubber sole round out the main features of the sneaker.

Frank Rudy” is officially unveiled and this exclusive variation pays homage to Marion Franklin Rudy, the engineer who created Nike?s iconic Air technology, which debuted on the Nike Air Tailwind back in 1978, and in 1980, he patented the tech to further cement the Swoosh as a giant in the footwear business. Overall, this rendition of the runner dons a clean white mesh upper with tonal leather overlays and suede mudguards. Additionally, the pristine profile is punctuated with blueprint insoles which depict the tech artwork and Rudy’s signature, followed by California ?Nike Air? license plate hangtags, EST. 1997 printed on the Air unit, and Rudy’s name adoring the laces tips.
