Following up the deluxe version of the Nike Air Max 1 with a premium deconstructed suede upper known as the Air Max 1 Royal, Nike Sportswear is now giving the same treatment to the Air Safari. The classic model originally released in 1987, the same year as the Air Max 1, seems to be a fitting choice for the next silhouette to receive the luxurious construction, and as you can see here by an early preview, the Safari Royal is definitely looking nice. Presented in tonal colorways with the safari pattern stamped on, the Safari Royal also features Vachetta Tan leather detailing on the midsole and a solid white outsole just like its Air Max 1 counterpart. The Nike KD 9 in Black White is scheduled to make its official debut this month, as more images of the new silhouette are introduced as we creep closer to its release date.

While the Pre-Heat colorway was recently seen on Kevin Durant during the 2016 NBA Playoffs, this pair is essentially defined by its traditional color scheme. A mixture of black and white shades are prominent on the flyknit upper, while tonal black graces the rear section and inner lining for a nice touch of contrast.

Adhered atop a matching full length Zoom sole unit and laces, large white Swooshes on the sides and branding on the heel finishes off the design.

Retailing for $150, you can purchase this pair at select Nike retailers nationwide on Saturday, June 18th.
