The Fire Red theme lands on Michael Jordan’s 9th signature shoe. Dropping this fall season, here is a first look at the Air Jordan 9 Fire Red.

Done in a White, Fire Red, and Cool Grey color scheme, this brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 9 starts off with a White leather upper that’s then gently offset by the Grey patent leather overlays and the Red contrasting accents. Elsewhere you will find Grey laces, a glossy Grey midsole and White rubber outsole.

In other release news, the Shelflife X Air Jordan 2 Low debuts this week.

ABOUT THE RELEASE: The Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Jordan 9 made its debut way back in 1993-1994. It is notorious for being the first Air Jordan model to release when Michael Jordan retired from the NBA to begin his short-lived career in baseball. It is also the only signature sneaker that Michael Jordan did not wear during his playing days with the Chicago Bulls. This new Fire Red iteration of the Air Jordan 9 is influenced by other past Fire Red Air Jordans such as the Air Jordan 5 and Air Jordan 3.

UPDATE (10/17): GOAT hits us with product images of the Air Jordan 9 Fire Red. In addition to the new images, it is also being reported that the Air Jordan 9 Fire Red will now be releasing on November 23rd for the retail price of $200.

UPDATE (7/5): Brandon Starr gives us another look at the Air Jordan 9 in the brand new Fire Red colorway. Often overlooked, the Air Jordan 9 signature sneaker looks to turn some head by borrowing the Fire Red theme made popular by other Jordan Brand signature sneakers, most notably the Air Jordan 3 Fire Red that’s currently set to make its return in the coming months.

Making its debut later on this year, here are official images of the Air Jordan 1 Mid Cement Grey.

Done in a Cement Grey, Sail, and Anthracite color scheme, this new iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Mid is constructed in a tumbled leather base paired with mesh tongues and lining. Design details include a Black base, Grey overlays, White Swooshes and midsole atop a Grey rubber outsole. Jumpman branding appears on the tongues and insoles, while Wings branding appears on the lateral collar.

In other release news, the Shelflife X Air Jordan 2 Low debuts this week.

An initial look at the Titan x Air Jordan 2 Low WMNS is revealed as it’s another exclusive collaboration with the Philippines-based retailer. Draped in an official color scheme of “Sail/Safety Orange-Chlorophyll-Coconut Milk,” the low-top’s vibrant makeup consists of a white leather upper that is complemented with grey suede overlays. Punctuating the profile are Chlorophyll Green corduroy mudguards and orange accents adorning the inner lining and wings logo on the tongue. Additionally, three different sets of laces, a custom Titan-branded hangtag, hits of teal for the eyelets and tip of the tongue, followed by a speckled midsole and sail rubber sole rounds out the style.

UPDATE (10/14): Nike has announced that the Titan x Air Jordan 2 Low will be releasing in women’s sizing via SNKRS on October 21st for a price tag of $200.

UPDATE (6/14): Yankeekicks shares on-feet images of the women’s Titan x Air Jordan 2 Low collaboration. There is still no release date but current reports still have them releasing this holiday season.

UPDATE (6/13): Private Selection gives us a detailed look at the Titan x Air Jordan 2 Low WMNS. New images showcase the graphic insoles consisting of doodles of hoopers as well as Jumpman branding on the right and Titan branding on the left. 

UPDATE (06/08): Take a look at new images of the upcoming Titan x Air Jordan 2 Low courtesy of sneaker_head_sample. The collaborative Air Jordan 2 dons a white leather upper with grey suede overlays and pops of color throughout. A release date is not known yet.

Shelflife (South African-based streetwear retailer) is the latest retailer to get their very own Air Jordan 2 Low collaboration. Making its debut at the end of the year, here is a first look at the Shelflife x Air Jordan 2 Low.

Done in a White/Sail-Light Bone-Bright Mandarin color scheme, the Shelflife x Air Jordan 2 Low is highlighted by its mixed material premium construction made up of textured leathers and suedes. Done in a predominantly White and Sail hues, the sneaker also features Orange contrasting accents as well as ?Team Only? text on the inner tongue tags, co-branding graphic insoles and hangtags. Two extra set of laces and a semi-translucent outsole round out the main features of the sneaker.

Shelflife has announced that their Air Jordan 2 Low and apparel collection will be releasing on October 20th in-store at Shelflife Joburg and Cape Town as well as online on October 21st. No word yet on when/if these will be dropping on SNKRS.

The Air Jordan 2 Craft consists as a forthcoming iteration of the silhouette and it’s suggested to complement the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG Craft, Air Jordan 2 Low Craft, and Air Jordan 4 SE Craft – all of which are slated to debut in 2023.

Done in a “Sail/Desert-Sunset Haze-Light Steel Grey” color scheme, the model features a White leather base with a tan textured-like overlay. Finally, an aged midsole and grey rubber outsole will round out the profile.

The Air Jordan 6 is revealed in an upcoming “Cool Grey” variation which is slated to debut next year, according to sources.

Notably taking cues from the iconic Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey”, this new iteration of the Air Jordan 6 comes dressed in a Grey nubuck base that’s offset by the White leather overlays. More Grey accents adorn the tongue, lace locks, heel, and midsole, while a White and Grey midsole followed by an icy translucent outsole round out the profile.

Is another Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan collab on the way? Below you will get a first look at what is believed to be an upcoming Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 High OG Black collaboration.

Slated to be a follow up to the original Nigel Sylvester X Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG collaboration that dropped back in 2018, this new iteration of the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 High OG comes dressed in a Black leather upper that also appears to be detailed with scuffs throughout. Other details include White Swooshes on the side panels as well as mini Swooshes placed on the lateral forefoot. An aged midsole and Red rubber outsole round out the main features of the sneaker.

As of today the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 High OG Black does not have any release info, but if/when anything changes we will be sure to let you know. Stay tuned.

In Jordan Brand news, the Air Jordan 2 OG Chicago is slated to return on December 30th.

UPDATE (10/13): We got good news and bas news regarding the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 High OG Black. The good news, we got new detailed images of the shoe to share with you, and they look GOOD. The bad news,  it is being reported that these were actually gifted to Nigel in celebration of his BMX athlete?s book launch. This means that a retail release does not appear to be in the works. In addition to the Tan colorway of the Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low that will be releasing this month, two new sample colorways of the model just surfaced during Two 18?s friends and family launch. The sample colorways of the Two 18 x Air Jordan 2 Low come in your choice of Black or White and feature many of the same or similar characteristics/details seen on the retail pair. A new grade school colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Mid with this Pink Lavender offering. Constructed out of a full leather build throughout the upper, this Air Jordan 1 Mid gets hit with a pristine White hue on the base while a light shade of pink is seen on around the toe and a brighter shade is then placed on the ankle/heel portion of the shoe. Black detailing on the Swooshes, Jumpman logos and laced provide the sneaker with some more contrast while a white rubber midsole and lavender rubber outsole finish off the look on this Air Jordan 1 Mid that will be releasing in the coming weeks.

By now you’re pretty somewhat familiar with the hybrid Jordan Two Trey, a silhouette which brings together elements from the Air Jordan 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 14 as the sneaker features a blend of mesh and leather throughout the upper with tongue tags and mudguards reminiscent of the Air Jordan 11. This colorway seen below brings together the iconic Air Jordan 11 “Bred” and “Concord” colorways as the shoe features a White mesh and leather base on the upper with a black patent leather mudguard. UPDATE (6/16): According to zsneakerheadz, the Air Jordan 5 Aqua is expected to release January 21st for the retail price of $200. The sneaker has yet to leak, so the best we could do is provide you with a mock-up of what the sneaker is expected to look like.

The Jordan Two Trey “Legend Blue” is officially unveiled and as its moniker suggests, the colorway derives from the iconic Air Jordan 11 ?Legend Blue?which debuted in 2014. With its overall design cues unmistakably inspired by the Air Jordan 11 and Air Jordan 7, the AJ 7-inspired upper is composed of mesh and smooth leather, followed by the AJ-11 inspired patent leather mudguards. Finally, a matching white midsole and icy translucent outsole rounds out the clean design nicely.
