The Nike KD 8 Elite was received with mixed reactions due to its very distinct and abnormal look. Whether you like it or not, the shoe is here to stay and it’s close to releasing. For those who like the sky high look on the shoe, today we take a look at the official images of the Nike KD 8 Elite Home colorway that’s set to release next month.

The colorway of the shoe comes dressed in a white upper contrasted by the navy blue hits found on the branding of the shoe such as on the forefoot and on the actual sock-like construction. KD branding in the same tonal fashion is also found on the side panels and on th icy translucent outsole. Another colorway of the Nike Kobe 11 has been unveiled, and this version appears to be inspired by television, yes, television. Currently dubbed the Nike Kobe 11 TV, the shoe is said to be inspired by the static and color bars seen on the TV screen when the channel you’re watching is currently off-the-air.

The majority of the shoe comes dressed in a Grey and Black Flyknit upper done up in gradient fashion. The TV inspiration/theme is placed on the heel, as the multicolor off-the-air television graphic can be seen all over the heel behind the silver-colored Kobe logo. A black Nike Swoosh, a translucent outsole and a multicolor logo on the tongue complete the main traits on the shoe. Not bad. I’m curious to what the inspiration is. Based off the shoe’s looks alone, i’ll give it a 6 out of 10, it may go up or down depending on the story behind the shoe.

It may be a little late for March Madness, but it looks like Nike will soon be bringing back at least a couple of the original team-based colorways of the Nike Dunk from 1985. It’s the “Kentucky” and “St. John’s” versions we get a preview of here today, in blue/white and red/white color combinations, respectively. Surely a welcome sight for any fan of the Dunk or Nike’s vintage basketball silhouettes, would you like to see even more of the original “Be True To Your School” colorways release? Who here has a pair of any of the colorways of the classic Nike Dunk High Be True To Your School Pack? Odds are that if you do, you’re probably in need for a fresh new pair being that they released quite some time ago. We have good news for all of you who are looking to pick up a new pair, Nike is set to retro the classic “Be True To Your School” pack and today we get a glimpse of some of the colorways that will make a return.

The two colorways you see above represent Kentucky and St. John’s respectively coming in the Varsity Royal/White and University Red/White colorways. Just like the OG versions, the shoes come in a leather constructed upper done up in the same color blocking we’re used o seeing the shoe in.  Tonal laces, lining and branding are in place, while a white midsole and tonal outsole complete the classic aesthetics of the shoe. No word yet on what other school will make up the pack this time around, but as of right now these are the only two that have been unveiled. Both pairs are currently available in Japan, but stay tuned to find out when you will be able to pick up a pair in the states.

I’ve always like the Michigan pair. Never got the chance to pick them up when they initially release, hopefully I get to this time around, that’s is Nike decided to bring it back.

The Nike Air Force 1 is as classic and iconic as it gets when it comes to basketball shoes. The Nike Air Force 1 being recognized as a golf shoe? Not at all. Things are about to change as Nike has decided to created a version of the Nike Air Force 1 that’s more than suitable for the golf course. Introducing the Nike Lunar Force 1 G.

Made especially for the golf course, the new model utilizes Lunarlon cushioning paired up with a waffle tread traction pattern that provide you enhanced stability while doing your thing on the course. The upper appears to keep the majority of the shoe’s classic aesthetics, whereas the sole unit appears to be the area that undergoes the majority of the changes. The White/White version is the colorway you see above, but the shoe is said to also be releasing in Black/White beginning on April 1st for $140. Thoughts on the shoe? It doesn’t look too bad. The Air Force 1 is a timeless and classic looking shoe, and being that the upper appears to look the same, I don’t see anything wrong with the shoe. Jordan retros have transformed into golf shoes, why not the AF1?

Nike Sportswear appears to draw some influence from the classic Vandal for this next new edition of the Air Force 1 High, featuring a fully canvas constructed upper. With both models coming from the same early 1980s era and having similar designs, the Vandal-like makeover for the Air Force 1 translates pretty seamlessly, as you can see by this clean pair in black with off-white accents for a vintage feel. Do not adjust your TV sets. For this upcoming Nike Kobe 11 release, the shoe gets a creative look inspired by the static and color bars of off-the-air television. After giving you a first look at this upcoming delicious colorway of the popular Nike SB Dunk High last week, we have now learned from Nike that the Waffle colorway of the popular high-top Dunk SB will be releasing this weekend.

Dubbed the Nike SB Dunk High Waffle, this new option of the SB Dunk High features a special waffle woven fabric for the upper done in Flay Gold Star/beige, chicken & waffles artwork on the insoles, and sweet syrupy Swoosh branding. Finishing off the look is a gum midsole/outsole. According to Nike, the favorite meal of a number of Nike SB pros is the hearty and comforting dish of Chicken and Waffles. As a result they created a colorway that serves as the perfect representation of the ideal dish that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a late night snack.

Look for the Nike SB Dunk High Waffle at select Nike retailers and online on nike.com beginning on April 2nd for $110.

I’ve only had chicken and waffles one time in my life and it was delicious. If half the amount of people that like chicken and waffles buy this shoe then it’ll be a great success for Nike.

The Nike Air Presto last released in the Safari colorway earlier this month to the delight of many sneakerheads and soon we’ll be seeing the release of the perfect Summer colorway,

Later this Spring/Summer we will be seeing the release of the Nike Air Presto in a pristine all-white color scheme. The shoe features white all over the upper including the mesh, laces, inner liner, side panel cages, and midsole. The only hit of contrast comes on the outsole where we see a slight touch of black by the heel.

No exact release date is available yet for the all-white colorway of the Nike Air Presto but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates. In the meantime take a look at these official images and let us know if you plan on copping down in the comments.

This will definitely be a banger for the Summer, but I just can’t rock an all-white mesh sneaker. I think this will be as popular as the all-white Air Huarache that released last year.

After a year of limited releases and a few limited restocks, the Nike Air Max Zero is now available for everybody… provided you have $190 (plus tax) and some semblance of creativity to make your own colorway on NIKEiD. In the year since the Air Max Zero made its debut during Nike Air Max Day 2015, the shoe has become a favorite among those who managed to cop a pair and those who were stuck out in the cold. Not bad for shoe that was purportedly first conceptualized three decades ago by Tinker Hatfield.

The Air Max Zero options right now on NIKEiD are standard fare for a shoe making its debut on the service. Anybody who was expecting some crazy special print or maybe looking to produce a decent looking “What The?” pair will be disappointed, but if you want create something that would right at home on a retail shelf (ie. something with mass appeal), there’s plenty to like here. The surprise addition of a gum sole option made for some classy tonal renditions, while the ability to either create a solid or translucent overlay made all the difference in the world.

Check out the 21 samples we’ve put together for your enjoyment and maybe to use as a a reference point. According to NIKEiD, the shoes will be available for a while so you won’t have to worry about rushing to get something out of the door.
