I’m not a fan of pink sneakers but this Zoom Soldier 10 looks pretty clean and I’m sure they look even better on-feet.

The Pigalle x NikeLab Air Unlimited Collaboration Brings Back This Classic 90s Sneaker

If you have fond memories of the ’90s and were into sneakers back then, there’s a good chance that you know what Nike model is pictured above. It’s the classic Nike Air Unlimited. The shoe is back all thanks to the collaboration between Pigalle and NikeLab.

The Pigalle x NikeLab Air Unlimited appear to remains true to form when it comes to how the shoe look. When it comes to the construction of it, there’s no doubt that it’s much better than the pair from 1994. The collaboration gives the shoe a modern aesthetic as the new materials and tonal White colorway vastly help give the shoe an updated feel. The shoe consists of criss-crossed forefoot straps, a neoprene sleeve and a heel cage all playing large roles in the unique look of the shoe. As of right now, we’re not sure if OG colorways of the model will be releasing in the future. What we do know is that this particular shoe will release exclusively at NikeLab’s P75 location and Pigalle Paris on June 25. Would you like to see GR releases in OG colorways of this shoe? Let us know in the comments below

via: NikeLab

Author’s Take

I wasn’t into shoes back in ’94, so I know very little of this model. With that being said, I don’t think I’d rock these if they ever releases GRs here in the states.

The Nike Sock Dart Dark Grey Is Now Up For Grabs

NIKE SOCK DART 1 NIKE SOCK DART 2 NIKE SOCK DART 3 NIKE SOCK DART 4

The Nike Sock Dart Dark Grey is another colorway of the model that was also spotted at Canadian retailers today. Just like the Triple Black offering, this pair also released with out a heads up from Nike.

Opting to take the tonal route as well, the Nike Sock Dart comes in a Dark Grey knit upper. The semi-translucent midfoot strap also comes in the same hue to give the shoe a sleek and streamlined motif.  A lighter shade of Grey is placed on the heel region, while a White speckled midsole provides some contrast. Available in Canada, we hope and expect to see these in U.S. soil in the near future.

Author’s Take

I like the contrast this pair has, more than the Triple Black look of the one we went over earlier today. If they drop in the states, I’ll probably pick up a pair.

The Nike LunarEpic Flyknit Low Comes In A Black/White Colorway

Nike LunarEpic Flyknit Low 1 Nike LunarEpic Flyknit Low 2 Nike LunarEpic Flyknit Low 3

Summer is here and Nike has decided to drop the top from one of their latest runners, the Nike LunarEpic Flyknit.

Now known as the Nike LunarEpic Flyknit Low, this runner from the Swoosh incorporates a full Flyknit upper and a Lunarlon midsole that runners will love. The fact that Nike has made it into a low-top now means it can be worn easier as a casual shoe in comparison to the original pair with the Flyknit elevated collar.

One of the first colorways that has released is black/white pair that you see above. Are you a fan of this colorway or will you pass and wait on a different pair?

via: Kicks USA

Author’s Take

I like to low-top version much better than the original ankle-length version. I don?t really like this colorways though so I?ll probably just hold off until I see something that I do like.

Author’s Take

Any time I see a black and yellow sneaker it immediately captures my attention. I?m not a fan of the Foamposite silhouette but I have to admit that this is a clean colorway. There?s no way I would spend $230 on this shoe though.

After releasing the Black/Gum Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 yesterday and getting our first look at the White/Gum colorway earlier today, we are now treated to official images of yet another Zoom Soldier 10.

With LeBron James having worn the Zoom Soldier 10 to capture his 3rd NBA Championship, every colorway that releases gets lots of attention because of the significance of the shoe. The latest take on the Zoom Soldier 10 takes on a predominantly black upper with multicolor detailing appearing on the upper strap and iridescent Swooshes that definitely catch your attention. A white midsole and an icy blue translucent outsole complete the look.

There is no official release date yet for this Zoom Soldier 10 but you can expect this colorway to release sooner rather than later.

Author’s Take

The iridescent Swoosh is a nice touch on the Zoom Soldier 10. I think this will be one of the cleanest colorways that will release.

Pedro Laurenco is a world renowned designer from Brazil. He is also the latest artist to collaborate with NikeLab and release special iterations of the women’s Nike Air Max 90. Today we get our first look at the Pedro Laurenco x NikeLab Air Max 90 collection.

Coming in two different tonal colorways, the shoe’s come dressed in either Obsidian or a String/Phantom-String-Metallic Gold color scheme. While it may be a but difficult to distinguish the materials used on each shoe, based on these pictures it appears as if a combination of different leather, canvas, suede and mesh create the look of the shoe. Get a first look at the shoe, while I do some more research and find out what the theme is behind this collection. Hot or not? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

Both pairs have their own unique look and feel due to the materials being used. If I had to choose one, it would probably be the String colorway only because I’m not used to seeing this model in those materials.

This Nike Air Max 90 Inspired By The Air Jordan 11 Bred

Nike Max 90 2 Nike Max 90 3

The minute I saw this upcoming Nike Air Max 90, the Air Jordan 11 Bred immediately came to mind. It’s pretty easy to see the similarities in colors and color blocking between the two, right? This classic runner is inspired by a classic Jordan model to create this brand new look on the Nike Air Max 90.

Attempting to mimic the look of the Jordan 11 Bred, the shoe comes with a “Bred” make up that consists of a Black and Red upper made out of mesh, suede and patent leather. Just like the Jordan 11, the shoe also comes with a White midsole to complete the inspiration. What are your thoughts on the new AM 90 offering? Do you see yourself picking these up once they release (TBD)? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

I like it. It borrows inspiration but still manages to be it “own” shoe. Nice use of the patent leather on the mudguard.

The Nike Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit made its debut not too long ago by having the Flyknit upper boast bold and vibrant colorways. This time around they tone it down a bit by coming out with a Triple Black colorway.

The all-Black sneaker takes care of the Flyknit upper, as well as the tonal leather Nike Swoosh and heel tab. Tonal laces and Flywire also appear on the shoe. Lastly, the Phylon sole unit also comes in Black to complete the Triple Black motif. Available internationally for $159, we will let you know once thee arrive in the states.

Author’s Take

I heard that the shoe is not as comfortable as it could be. The upper is nice, but it’s pretty much pointless is the shoe lacks in the comfort department.

NikeLab Brings Back The Air Unlimited With A Pigalle Collaboration

Nike Basketball’s product line of the early 1990s is rife with gems, and what’s exciting is that most of it has yet to be re-released. Near the top of many lists of shoes yet to be re-issued is the Nike Air Unlimited basketball sneaker worn by the likes of David Robinson, Chris Webber, and much more. While OG colorways are sure to return, NikeLab is kicking things off with a collaboration with Pigalle; it features the high-top strapped basketball shoe in an all-white aesthetic identical to his Air Raid joints. These are set to release exclusively at NikeLab Paris P75 this Saturday, June 25th, so stay tuned to see where else the Air Unlimited pops up.

Finally we touches of white on the midsole, outsole, inner liner and the Nike tag on the tongue.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the Sprite colorway on some sneakers, but this isn’t one of them. I’m just not really fond of the Nike Cortez.
