Jeff Staple and Puma have teamed up once more to his us with another Puma Suede collab. Slated to be Jeff Staple?s second Suede design, the Jeff Staple x Puma Suede Create from Division looks to modernize the classic Suede model.
Said to be a continuation of STAPLE?s theme of Dualism, the Jeff Staple x Puma Suede Create from Division is inspired by the clash of man versus machine as it transforms the Suede with a monotone Grey palette and mixed materials across the upper. Standout details include the fuse of contrasting patterns and textures that resilt in a progressive take on the timeless silhouette. Notable features include the custom woven label featuring the Staple Pigeon and PUMA logos adorned with a woven fortune knot charm, nodding to Chinese ideology as well as Jeff Staple?s Chinese American heritage Pigeon logo embroidery flipped to the inside heel (opposed to the traditional outside heel).
?The Create from Division Suede was inspired by the concept of dualism and man versus machine ? which is reflected in the contrasting textures and patterns throughout the shoe. The PUMA Suede is the perfect blank canvas ? being one of the most instantly recognizable, classic sneaker silhouettes of all time. It?s also awesome to work with Foot Locker for a second time who has been a longtime supporter of sneaker culture and has a wide global reach to fans everywhere,? said Jeff Staple.
Designed exclusively for Foot Locker and STAPLE stores, look for the Jeff Staple x Puma Suede Create from Division on February 10th for the retail price of $120.
