PUMA is heating things up to kick off the Summer as they continue to release sneakers left and right that appeal to different types of sneakerheads. For example in the month of June they gave us a collaboration for kids (or the kid inside of you if you’re a fan of Despicable Me), something patriotic to celebrate tomorrow’s Independence Day holiday, and a wavy collaboration with Pink Dolphin. We were fortunate enough to be given these three different releases and we wanted to share them all with you today.

First we have the PUMA x Minions Collection that includes sneakers, apparel, and accessories for the entire family. PUMA decided to hook us up with the PUMA Disc Blaze Minions which comes in all-white with Minions graphics being placed on the inner liner and the paneling that runs down the tongue. They also included the yellow Minions crewneck sweater and the black bomber jacket to make sure we have something to match the kicks. Now the real question is, should I wear all three things to watch Despicable Me 3 this weekend? I think the kicks and the bomber jacket combination will be money!

Independence Day is probably the biggest (sneakerhead) holiday of the year as we see people that we follow on the Gram and Twitter post their patriotic sneakers pictures. PUMA is known for joining in the 4th of July festivities and this year was no different as they released the PUMA Clyde 4th of July Pack, among others. This patriotic Clyde comes with a supple white leather dominating the upper and an embossed, stitched red, white, and blue PUMA formstripe that provides a nice pop. American flag-inspired branding has been added on the tongue and insoles, along with Metallic Silver detailing on the heel and Clyde callout on the side panels. And let’s not forget about the dope laces: one in solid white with red-stripe tips and an all-over print blue star pair.

What was perhaps the biggest release for PUMA last month was their third capsule collaboration with Pink Dolphin. The collection includes two tonal colorways of the Suede V2 along with apparel and a couple of accessories. The quality of the suede material on The Suede (no pun intended) is some of the best I’ve personally ever seen on a shoe and that icy rubber outsole with the Pink Dolphin wave print is a real nice touch. We were also given the Wave Cat short sleeve hoodie which is perfect for those cool Southern California nights.

Seen above, the 2017 PUMA x Minions collection includes an all-white colorway of the Puma Disc Blaze and an all-black Puma Suede, both featuring subtle Minions graphics on various parts of the shoe. Puma’s latest collab has them linking up with Extra Butter. Dubbed the Extra Butter x Puma Clyde Kings Of New York Pack, the inspiration behind the the pack is the grind and hustle that everyone in New York has in order to make it in the city.

Coming in two different colorways to choose from (Cabernet and Peacoat ), the Extra Butter x Puma Clyde Kings Of New York Pack comes with crushed velvet upper accented by the leather hits on the form stripe and the Veg Tan accents on the heel and tongue. The tonal upper also come equipped with the signature Gold foil branding, fat velvet laces, perforated leather co-branded insoles,  a NY monogram pattern on the leather collar lining and a translucent outsole with asymmetrical ?Extra Butter? branding on it. The Extra Butter x Puma Clyde Kings Of New York Pack also includes apparel consisting of a lightweight hooded long-sleeve and tee with graphics that read ?Big City of Dreams? and ?Kings of New York?. Another item on the collection is the Extra Butter x Secrid card protectors that come with a NYC-inspired line art on laser cut aluminum (individually numbered out of 50 editions with custom packaging).

The Extra Butter x Puma Clyde Kings Of New York Pack will begin releasing in limited numbers at a launch party/b-boy exhibition battle in NYC?s Le Poisson Rouge on July 8th, while an in-store and online release date is expected to be announced soon thereafter.

Despicable Me 3 will be making its way theaters this Friday, June 30th and Puma has linked up with the popular Minions characters from the film to release a new capsule collection that will have fans of all ages excited.

The Puma x Minions Collection will include sneakers, clothing, and accessories that the entire family can enjoy. As far as the sneakers for men go we’ll be seeing the Puma Clyde covered in all-black suede throughout the upper with Minion graphics on the toe, tongue, and inner liner. Next we have the Puma Disc Blaze which comes done in white throughout the majority of the shoe with Minions graphics placed on the tongue and inner liner. The collection is finished with a matching Puma x Minions backpack made from a mix of suede and leather with co-branded labels and subtle Minion details throughout.

The PUMA Basket Heart made its debut in late 2016 and will now be returning for the Summer of 2017 with a bold new look.

For its latest drop, the PUMA Basket Heart comes covered in a ravishing Toreador Red leather all throughout the upper with a complementary white PUMA formstripe and outsole. What makes the Basket Heart so bold and popular are the extra large laces that give the shoe that feminine and modern look. Additional details include bold knitted PUMA branding on the famous oversized laces, a red inner liner, and PUMA Basket branding on the side panels.

PUMA is getting ready to launch two new sneaker next week as we’ll see the arrival of the IGNITE Limitless Netfit and the Tsugi Netfit. Both styles are equipped with PUMA’s new NETFIT ? a unique customizable lacing system that offers infinite performance and styling options. Up above we get a look at both silhouettes modeled by musical artist and Global Brand ambassador and creative collaborator for PUMA, The Weeknd.

The Puma Tsugi Shinsei is one of the latest and greatest silhouettes to be released from the brand and today we give you a closer look at two fresh colorways that have dropped which make up the Raw Pack.

Looking at this new lifestyle runner from Puma we see that the sneaker comes comprised out of a knitted upper with an easy slip-on construction. Additional details include a Puma branding on the tongue and heel, a unique sleeve/shroud overlay on the tongue area, a side lacing system, and an IGNITE foam midsole unit. The two color options seen here include Marshmallow (white) and Peacoat (blue) with both pairs being finished off with white sole units. After debuting in April with the help of a special launch at Kith, the Puma Tsugi Shinsei is ready to drop in a few new options this summer. The uniquely stylish and bold new model from Puma combing sport performance with a lifestyle aesthetic will next release in the “Raw” pack, featuring three down-to-basics colorways in all-black, navy/white, and marshmallow/white. With the unique lacing system over the top, the Tsugi Shinsei is built in a knitted sock collar and toe with textured quarter panels, all sitting comfortably atop Puma’s Ignite foam sole.
