Above you will get a first look at the model known as the New Balance 574 Lost Prototype. This version of the 574 is NB’s newest take on the classic model. It gets its inspiration from the brand’s archives as it sources the derived from a lost prototype of the 574 from back in the late 1980s.

Officially known as the New Balance 574 MLP, the shoe features a suede and mesh upper done in your choice of Blue, Dark Navy or Burgundy hues. Each colorway comes with a spit colored (Grey/White) midsole and an Off-White rubber heel counter to give the shoe that retro/vintage feel. If you look closely you will also see that the model combines elements of the 576 from the ?80s and the released 574 design of the early ?90s. Interested in getting a pair? Look for the New Balance 574 Lost Prototype to drop on September 9th.
