Earlier this week we saw the release of the Nike Flyknit Racer in the “Be True” colorway. As of now it appears that there is no new colorways of the popular runner expected to release in the near future. Instead we’ll be seeing the debut of the Flyknit Mariah Racer.

So what exactly is the Mariah Racer? The shoe is a mash-up that brings together the Nike Air Mariah from the 1980s and the Flyknit Racer. The shoe features a Flyknit upper along with a TPU heel counter, and a sock-like ankle collar.
