adidas Gazelle Releases In Solid Grey Suede
By SoleInsider
Showing up throughout the year in a wide range of colorful options, the adidas Gazelle goes more subtle to match the dreary winter months with this latest look in Solid Grey. Built with the same high quality pigskin suede upper as the majority of the Gazelles we’ve see throughout its comeback year, this new look offers a dark grey upper with white accents for the classic two-tone color block. You can find them arriving now at select adidas Originals retailers around the globe, including END.
The adidas Crazy Explosive Gets A Crazy Graphic Upper
By SoleInsider
The adidas Crazy Explosive broke on to the scene earlier this year as a bold new basketball silhouette with a performance-meets-style design, developed with the most Boost cushioning ever incorporated in any adidas basketball sneaker to date. The latest edition of the Crazy Explosive makes the shoe bolder than ever, featuring an intricate design covering the upper matched with a royal and navy blue color scheme. You can grab your pair of the new adidas Crazy Explosives now at select adidas retailers overseas, and check for them soon here in the US at adidas.com.
This time around the new sleek low top runner from the three stripes comes draped in black throughout the entire mesh and synthetic upper. The adidas branding on the heel, tongue, and side panels have also been done in black with the midsole serving as the only point of contrast as it has been colored in white.
So what are your early thoughts on the spankin’ new adidas X PLR? Are you a fan or not? Peep the on-feet images above of the Core Black pair and look for them to arrive at stateside retailers in the near future.
When i first saw this shoe I thought it was another variation of the adidas NMD. The upper definitely reminds me of the NMD, but the only thing that’s missing is Boost. For that reason I think people will pick the NMDs over these.
Seen above is the adidas Stan Smith Wool which features an all-grey wool upper. Coincidence that it’s the same exact color as the Air Jordan 3? Who knows. Adding to the look are a black leather heel tab and off-white detailing on the laces and rubber sole unit.
You can grab this wool-covered Stan Smith at select adidas Originals retailers now for $120.
The Highs and Lows x adidas EQT Support 93 Interceptor Has Arrived
By SoleInsider
Although the Highs and Lows x adidas EQT Support 93 Interceptor already released last month exclusively Highs and Lows, now the rest of retailers worldwide just dropped this latest adidas collab.
The Highs and Lows x adidas EQT Support 93 Interceptor’s look is inspired by the Mad Max film and the ?Triple Black? XB Ford Falcon coupe featured in the film. Dressed just like the car, the shoe is done in a stealthy finish constructed out of neoprene, waxed sailcloth, aged cowhide and nubuck. To go along with the theme, the shoe also comes with speckles on the midsole that mimic the desert dirt, gradient ?zoomiepipe? stripes and blood-red accents noted on the midsole, outsole, heel and three stripe motif. Available now for $150, find these at select retailers worldwide
Things stay interesting as usual for the adidas Tubular line with this new look for the Tubular Defiant decked out in a snakeskin pattern across the knit upper. The women’s only Tubular model which offers a more feminine yet still bold option to models like the Tubular Doom is built with an eye-catching reptile-like motif across the textile upper in shades of black, grey, and white with black suede at the heel and quarter panels. Ladies can find these arriving at overseas adidas suppliers now, with a drop in the US at adidas.com soon.
adidas Just Dropped A Poor Mans Version Of The NMD
By SoleInsider
There’s no denying that the adidas NMD series is one of the strongest offerings from any brand, but adidas is tinkering with the Boost and Primeknit offering for an everyman’s version known as the adidas X PLR.
The slip-on upper features numerous panels that can be directly traced back to the adidas NMD, from the heel to the synthetic overlay featuring three stripe branding. This “Core Black” colorway skips out on the Boost midsole for a simpler, more cost-effective mold while a breathable mesh upper adds ventilation without cutting back on the sleek silhouette inspired by the NMD. What do you think of the model? Check out more photos below and grab your pair today from select retailers like Titolo.

adidas Harden Vol. 1 Gets XENO For New Black Ops Colorway
By SoleInsider
The new hit signature shoe for James harden goes into stealth mode with this new “Black Ops” colorway for the adidas Harden Vol. 1. But they’re not all about blending in, as the shoe’s all-black colorway also gets hit with the XENO technology for a bright flash of color-shifting reflectivity. The “Black Ops” Harden Vol. 1 sees the first release of the model without a leather or suede toe piece, as this one opts instead for a dynamic elastic shroud in black to match the black knit upper and blacked-out translucent midsole.

The Return Of The adidas NMD In The OG Colorway Has Been Postponed
By SoleInsider
It was around this time one year ago that adidas decided to introduce the world to the adidas NMD. The first colorway that released was this Black, White, Red and Blue version you see above. Now known as the OG colorway, the shoe was supposed to make a return this month but for some reason the release date has been pushed back.
An anonymous source has let it be known that the OG colorway will still be releasing, but not this month. The latest info now states that the shoe will re-release on January 14th, which is only a month away so we won’t have to wait that much longer. Are you excited for this drop? Stay tuned as more info on this highly anticipated release begins to surface.
I can’t believe it’s been close to a year since these released. It would have been dope had they released these exactly on the 1 year anniversary. Regardless of when they do drop, I’m pretty sure fan are pumped to get another shot at these.
As the moniker suggests, the distinctive aesthetic is inspired from the popular film, Mad Max and the legendary ?Triple Black? XB Ford Falcon coupe featured.
Essentially mimicking the vehicle?s design, the low-top sneaker dons a stealthy finish, comprised of neoprene, waxed sailcloth, aged cowhide and nubuck. To further coordinate with its respective theme, speckles of grimy desert dirt, gradient ?zoomiepipe? stripes and blood-red accents are prominent across the midsole, outsole, heel and three stripe motif.
Retailing for $150, you can purchase this limited edition pair at select adidas consortium stockists worldwide tomorrow, Saturday, December 10th.
