The Nike LeBron 14 Is Releasing In January 2017
By SoleInsider
The next signature shoe for LeBron James, the LeBron 14, will release in January 2017. European retailers have reported release dates for the first of the new year, although there’s a chance that this release date may come after a U.S./China release in December. This means that currently, the LeBron Soldier 10 is the primary focus on the Nike LeBron front, so expect a push in new colorways and materials as we approach the global unveiling of LeBron James’ fourteenth signature shoe.
Another topic that continues to float around is the possibility of a Retro release; although we’ve yet to see any developments on that front, LeBron himself continues to take to social media, posing the “should my shoes Retro?” question to his followers as recently as last week. Stay tuned for the latest on the LeBron XIV and we’ll let you know when the next chapter of King James is opened.
It appears that LeBron James’ teammate Kyrie Irving is getting a new signature shoe in January as well. We just reported that the LeBron 14 is currently scheduled for a January 1st, 2017 release. Later that month, Nike will debut the Kyrie 3 at retail in an unknown colorway in mens and adult sizes, followed by two more confirmed releases in February (a third All-Star colorway is likely scheduled for that time period as well). Pricing info hasn’t been revealed just yet, but expect a slight increase from the current $120 retail pricepoint. Stay tuned for more details on the Nike Kyrie 3.

Author’s Take
The water drop pattern on the strap is actually pretty dope. In my opinion, I think these would have done well if they would have released them in adult sizes.

Although many people say that camo is “officially” played out, there are many people who still rock with it, including me. If you happen to fall in that category. Check out this brand new NIKEiD options that dresses the Nike Air Force 1 Low in 6 different camouflage options.
Beginning this month, camo options such as the Duck Camo and Desert Camo will all be options on NIKEiD for the Nike Air Force 1 Low. In addition to those two options, you will also have the options to choosing from 4 different other prints. Aside from the camo choice, each pair will also come with reflective hits as well as different colors used on the midsole/outsole of the shoe. Peep the gum bottom sole though! Some of the options will arrive on NIKEiD beginning October 13 and the last one will drop on October 29th.
Over 8 years into the Hyperdunk series, Nike Basketball has made the latest silhouette one of their top priorities, dropping the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 in Low, High, and Elite forms that are all sure to be big hits throughout this upcoming basketball season given the comfortable Zoom Air cushioning system throughout. If that wasn’t enough Hyperdunk madness for you, Nike Sportswear also brought back the original 2008 silhouette for a premium lifestyle redux known as the Nike Hyperdunk Lux.
The Nike Hyperdunk Lux remixes the original 2008 Nike Hyperdunk with a combination of synthetic leather on the upper, woven side panel constructions, embossed Swoosh branding, hidden 3M reflective detailing, and supportive Dynamic Flywire throughout. That’s a lot of technology to take in on a silhouette that looks so naturally simplistic given the monochromatic colorways we’ve seen thus far. Now the Hyperdunk Lux is back in a new “Game Royal” shade that boasts additional reflective tooling on the toecap for a nice added detail.
Be sure to check out more photos of the latest Hyperdunk Lux offering below and expect this pair to be made available through NikeLab accounts later this month for $170 USD. More release date info to come.
First seen in Back To The Future Part II, the Nike Air Mag is a true pop culture icon. Designed by Tinker Hatfield and worn by Marty McFly when he traveled to the future, the shoe was a look into where Hatfield and this team – which including current Nike CEO Mark Parker – felt sneaker design was headed in 2015. Featuring LED panels, a electroluminescent NIKE on the strap and power lacing, the shoe – sans power lacing – released in limited quantities in 2011 for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. It was the realization of the shoe that was once called “the greatest shoe never made.” The shoe – now with power lacing – made its return on October 21, 2015, the day Marty McFly traveled to the future. Michael J. Fox received the first pair courtesy of Tinker Hatfield and Nike. Additional pairs will be available via auction and raffle in 2016 with proceeds going to Fox’s foundation.

10/3/2016: It is being reported that the Nike Mag 2016 will release via live auctions beginning tomorrow, 10/4/2016.
10/3/2016: Nike created a Nike Mag 2016 page on the Nike SNKRS site/app that shoes a video displaying the auto-lacing system on the shoe as well as a caption that reads Nike Mag -10.04.2016.
Juan Martinez (Editor-In-Chief): My nostalgia was never for the Nike Air Mag, but rather for the Mattel hoverboard. I will buy a pair if it’s available to me only if it has power lacing. And even then I’ll only wear them when hoverboards become a real thing and not just something Lexus made to mess with our minds. I’ll wait until I’m 70 if I have to before I undeadstock them.
The Nike Air Talaria finally returned earlier this year, giving fans of the cult-classic running model from 1997 the first ever retro treatment in a number of iconic colorways including the true and through original in that eye-catching volt shade. Now we get to see the Nike Air Zoom Talaria blend flawlessly with another undeniably recognizable Tinker Hatfield creation – the Nike Air Safari.
The Nike Air Talaria “Safari” takes the original combination of white and black Safari speckling from the Nike Air Safari while the Talaria’s bold mesh and leather panels morph into a matching Clay Orange and Black to pay tribute to another cult-classic from Tinker’s design genius. The visible Zoom Air bottom keeps the gradient fade from red to neon intact – one detail of the Nike Air Talaria that remains unchanged in this history lesson of a release. There’s no word yet on when exactly this pair will be available stateside, but just in case you can’t wait for an official release, you can always pick up your size right now on eBay.
The Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 Christ The King Drops This Weekend
By SoleInsider
Additional detailed images of the upcoming Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 Christ The King is showcased once again, as the sneaker is scheduled to arrive in the coming days ahead.
Noted as an homage to one of the top NYC basketball schools — Christ the King High School — the performance basketball sneaker is essentially treated in the school?s respective signature palette, while also coordinating perfectly with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Team Red simply drapes the entire upper, distinctive straps and midsole unit, while subtle pops of metallic gold are prominent on the heel via Swooshes. Finally, a clean white rubber sole unit finishes off its rugged profile.
Priced at $130, you can purchase this pair at select Nike retailers starting Saturday, October 15th.
The colorway is appealing in general. Although I don?t like the silhouette aesthetically, this should still garner some attention, especially for those who attend the NYC high school too.
Fall Tones On The Latest Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Flyknit
By SoleInsider
The Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Flyknit is introduced in a new colorway of neutral olive/black this Fall 2016, as this variation of the silhouette is essentially its lightest interpretation yet.
Revamped with a flyknit upper that offers breathability, stretch and support where you need it most, the Ultra midsole is cored out in targeted areas for reduced weight without sacrificing durability, while it also combines the iconic Max Air heel unit for superb cushioning. Additional elements include no-sew film overlays to enhance its overall structure.
Priced at $160, you can purchase this standout pair at select Nike retailers worldwide and directly through its online shop now.
Recently offered in black/gold, the revived Nike Air Zoom Talaria is treated in the classic Safari theme for its latest iteration this season.
The 1997 retro runner essentially stays true to its original design, as the low-top sneaker is draped in a two-tone combination of clay orange and black across its leather and breathable mesh composition. The defining safari print theme is prominent across its toe cap and collar section, while it’s all adhered a complementing black/white rubber sole unit. Notable branding on the tongue and rear finishes off the design.
A release date for this pair has not been announced yet, but, stay tuned to KicksOnFire for more updates.

If Nike Auctioned The Mags, How Much Would They Sell For Heres What 10,000 People Think
By SoleInsider
Today is the final day for entrants to submit tickets to the Nike Mag raffle. Just 89 pairs will be given out on random, with winners being notified on October 17th. But what if Nike decided to auction them off on eBay, just like what they did with the 2011 release? For one, not many would be happy, because the shoes would be almost unattainable given the predicted prices. We asked the Twitter community what they thought the final average selling price for the self-lacing Nike Mags would be, and with almost 10,000 votes tallied, we have a better idea of what the sneaker community values these shoes at. Of course, there are some philanthropists with deep pockets whose sole focus is to benefit the Michael J. Fox foundation, so these numbers could be higher.
We posed four price ranges, starting from $10,000. See what Twitter thinks the average selling price would be, and remember, Nike is planning on doing live auctions for three more pairs in November (London, Shanghai, and New York City). You can still enter the raffle here until October 11th, 2016.
